Abstract

Recently, there are many hospitals as the health-care services choose to use the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build the trust bridges between the hospitals and their patients. The implementation of CRM in health caring, especially for pregnant women needs to do; such as the delivery of information related to the pregnant women to get antenatal care as the scheduled or pregnant women desire to obtain information dealing with their pregnancy. The irrelevant, slow and inaccurate information can cause the health care services given to the patients are not optimal, so that they can reduce patients’ loyalty toward the health-care services. This research resulted health care information system based on Customer Relationship Management using Short Message Service (SMS) technology with case study of health care for pregnant women. The resulted information system is produced by the System Development Life Cycle methodology using the Waterfall model. One of the features produced is the pregnant women will receive a confirmation SMS to obtain antenatal care with a schedule until 28 weeks of their pregnancy check up every four weeks, 28-36 weeks of their pregnancy check up every two weeks, and 36-40 weeks of their pregnancy check up once a week.   Keywords: Pregnant Women, Antenatal Care, Customer Relationship Management, Short Message Service

Abstract

A company, majorly company that active in commercial (profit orientation) need to analyze their sales performance. By analyzing sales performance, company can increase their sales performance. One of method to analyze sales performance is by collecting historical data that relates to sales and then process that data so that produce information that show company sales performance.   A data warehouse is a set of data that has characteristic subject oriented, time variant, integrated, and nonvolatile that help company management in processing of decision making. Design of data warehouse is started from collecting data that relate to sales such as product, customer, sales area, sales transaction, etc. After collecting the data, next is data extraction and transformation. Data extraction is a process f or selecting data that will be loaded into data warehouse. Data transformation is making some change to the data afte r extracted to be more consistent. After transformation processing, data are loaded into data warehouse. Data in data warehouse is processed by OLAP (On Line Analytical Processing) to produce information.  Information that are produced from data processing  by OLAP are chart and query reporting. Chart reporting are sales chart based on cement type, sales chart based on sales area, sales chart based on plant, monthly and year ly sales chart, and chart based on customer feedback. Abstract

Quality of human resources faculty can be reflected from the implementation of productivity and quality Tridharma (education, research, community service  and  supporting  field  activities).  Lecturer  Workload  and Evaluation of  Higher Education  Tridharma  (BKD  and theEPT-PT)  aims  to  ensure  the  implementation  of  the  faculty  task  runs  according  to  the  criteria  set  out  in  legislation.  Data  clusteringTridharma  implementation is needed to  get  some  knowledge  of the  pattern of Tridharma  implementation  at  college.  Clustering  as a  data mining  technique  should be  scalable, reliable  and  meet  an  agreed  standard.  CRISP-DM is the standardization of  data mining  is  used  in this study. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the most influential variable in the implementation of ICT in schools. Principal component analysis  using linear algebra to reduce the dimension of data with variables that are interconnected into a new set of data with variables that are not related to each other, called the principal component. Principal component is used to save and calculate how much correlation within varian. The ICT data is collected from 50 schools, this data is grouped into five group based on reference domain of ICT for education indicator by UIS 2009. Dataset per group is used as input for principal component analysis algorithm with Matlab R2014a and produce principal component. Principal component analysis produce five variable with the most influence based on their domain, there are mean hour for individual using of ICT in curicculum domain, existence school in internet in infrastructure domain, learner proportion in using computer laboratory for learning in teacher development domain, learner propostion that computer basic skill course in participation domain.

Abstract

In this present study has done business feasibility of the micro industrial sector based on the importance of Business Feasibility Study (BFS) on business organization that requires an assessment of the business feasibility process as a benchmark for investors or business owners and also to minimize the business risks that may occur at a later date to be addressed appropriately. This study aims to create a Business Feasibility Information System (BFIS) using a forward chaining. Forward chaining method has a high success rate when applied in various fields. Forward chaining developed for excellent performance in solving various problems. The process of doing a forward chaining requires input variables. The input process covers legal aspects human resources and management environmental aspects marketing aspects aspects of production and financial aspects. Six variables are processed in the database that was later acquired data using inference machine to form a pattern of reasoning that is assembled using forward chaining algorithm. Further reasoning patterns are registered into a database rule to get the address data. Results from this study is a Decision Support System (DSS), which can give a decision on the feasibility assessment and business micro-enterprises in the industrial sector. This device can be developed to help entrepreneurs and investors in the micro industrial sector to assess their business activities

Abstract

Kwalitas sumber daya manusia dosen dapat tercermin dari produktivitas dan kwalitas pelaksanaan tridharma (pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian pada masyarakat dan kegiatan bidang pendukung). Program Beban Kerja Dosen dan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi (BKD dan EPT-PT) Dikti Tahun 2010 bertujuan untuk menjamin pelaksanaan tugas dosen berjalan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Data clustering pelaksanaan tridharma diperlukan agar mendapatkan suatu pengetahuan (knowledge discovery) tentang pola (pattern recognition) pelaksanaan tridharma pada perguruan tinggi. Clustering sebagai salah satu teknik data mining harus terukur, dapat dipercaya dan memenuhi suatu standar yang telah disepakati. CRISP-DM adalah standarisasi data mining yang digunakan pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pada pembangkit listrik untuk mengalirkan uap dari Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) menuju turbin, maka diperlukan perpipaan sebagai media penyalur uap. Melihat pentingnya peranan pipa dalam operasi pembangkit maka diperlukan suatu analisis tegangan dalam perancangan yang mengacu pada code ASME B31.1. Kondisi uap yang dialirkan bertemperatur sebesar 535 0C pada kondisi operasi maksimum dan tekanan maksimum sebesar 47 bar menuju turbin uap high pressure. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan software analisa tegangan pipa berbasis metode elemen hingga dengan elemen garis yaitu pada beban sustain, ekspansi termal dan occasional (akibat pengaruh aliran uap terhadap belokan dan percabangan pipa). Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan terdapat nilai tegangan pada beban sustain sebesar 24,482 MPa dengan rasio terhadap tegangan ijin 42,9%, pada beban ekspansi termal sebesar 95,301 MPa dengan rasio terhadap tegangan ijin 48,4%, dan beban occasional sebesar 24,590 MPa dengan rasio terhadap tegangan ijin 37,4%. Tegangan tertinggi terdapat pada percabangan tee 450 akibat tekanan internal dan kombinasi gaya serta momen dari sistem perpipan, namun tegangannya masih dalam batas di bawah tegangan ijin code. Untuk menurunkan tegangan pada tee 450 bisa dilakuan dengan metode reinforcement. Didapat hasil tegangan setelah dilakukan reinforcement yaitu pada beban sustain sebesar 21,002 MPa dengan rasio 36,8% dan beban occasional sebesar 21,101 MPa dengan rasio 32,1%. Selain itu dilakuan pula pengecekan menggunakan software lain dengan elemen volume yang didapatkan hasil tegangan equivalent sebesar 55,572 MPa dari beban sustain dan 56,1 MPa dari beban occasional. Disimpulkan bahwa tegangan yang terjadi masih berada di bawah tegangan ijin code, sehingga sistem perpipaan dapat dikatakan aman. Kemudian dilakukan simulasi dinamis dengan Eigensolver untuk mengetahui modus getar dan frekuensi pribadi sistem perpipaan. Didapatkan frekuensi sebesar 48,0815 Hz pada mode ke 13 yang mendekati frekuensi turbin 50 Hz. Tampak perilaku dinamis pipa di dekat turbin yang bergerak arah vertikal sumbu Y

Abstract

Perancangan sistem perpipaan bawah laut ini mengacu pada code ASME B31.4 Chapter IX. Sistem perpipaan ini dibagi menjadi 3 jalur, yaitu jalur pipa SPM (Single Point Mooring) ke tangki ballast water, jalur pipa tangki black oil menuju SPM, dan jalur pipa SPM menuju tangki flushing oil. Jalur pipa tangki ballast water menuju SPM memiliki tekanan operasi 980.665 KPa, temperatur 40oC, dan laju aliran 500 m3/hr. Jalur pipa tangki black oil menuju SPM memiliki tekanan operasi 196.133 KPa, temperatur 80oC, dan laju aliran 1000 m3/hr. Jalur pipa SPM menuju tangki flushing oil memiliki tekanan operasi 196.133 KPa, temperatur 60oC, dan laju aliran 500 m3/hr. Ketiga jalur perpipaan tersebut dimodelkan dengan gambar isometri menggunakan software PDMS dan dianalisa tegangannya menggunakan software Caesar II. Hasil analisa tegangan pada Caesar II didapatkan nilai tegangan tertinggi terdapat pada jalur black oil dengan besar 338995.2 KPa dan intensitas tegangan tertingginya 326198.5 KPa dengan tegangan ijinnya 358527.4 KPa. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas cara dan prosedur proses desain dan permodelan ulang hand dryer double slimming nozzle berdasarkan hukum dasar desain, prinsip desain, dan panduan desain menurut Pahl & Beitz dan Narayana dkk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses desain dan permodelan dan menguji hasil desain dengan representasi detail engineering drawing yang mendiskripsikan karakteristik produk hand dryer. Produk ini dirancang ergonomis dan efisien berdasarkan susunan geometri. Proses pengkonsepan produk dan pembentukan produk dengan bantuan software CAD dilakukan untuk membentuk model hand dryer double slimming nozzle. Hal yang menarik dari hand dryer jenis ini yaitu easy use, ergonomis, less energy. Hasil desain berupa susunan 30 jenis komponen, 4 jenis subassembly, dan 1 full assembly hand dryer. Hasil desain juga diuji secara virtual dengan penyederhanaan beban gaya dan penyederhanaan aliran fluida pada komponen – komponen utama produk untuk mendiskripsikan karakteristik produk dan cara kerja produk ini
