Abstract

Indonesia ranks second in Asia Pacific in the list of the highest number of deaths due to natural disasters. In a year, more than 300 flood events occur, resulting in large losses, environmental damage and even loss of life. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a tool for monitoring water levels and rainfall. This research aims to design a flood detection system using the fuzzy method and using a float switch water level sensor. The results of the research show that this system can monitor water levels and rainfall using a web server. In the first test, it produces a fuzzy warning level in a safe condition. In the second test, the water level reached 51 cm with rainfall of 0.47 mm, and the fuzzy warning level was in a safe condition. Finally, in the third test, the average water level reached 99 cm with rainfall of 0.69 mm, resulting in a fuzzy warning level in an alert state. It can be concluded that this system needs to be improved in quality by adding items to the system.

Abstract

Pelanggaran lalu lintas yang terjadi dijalan raya saat ini menggunakan sistem tilang elektronik (E-Tilang). E-Tilang menggunakan kamera untuk memonitoring kendaraan dijalan raya. Namun, identikasi kendaraan yang melanggar aturan lalu lintas masih secara manual dilakukan oleh operator. Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor (TNKB) merupakan nomor registrasi yang sah dan ciri dari sebuah kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membaca TNKB menggunakan pengolahan citra digital dengan metode canny filter OCR. Sebelum melakukan pengambilan data dengan kamera, dilakukan kalibrasi kamera dengan mengukur intensitas cahaya pada gambar yang diambil. Proses kalibrasi kamera dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa kamera yang digunakan memberikan hasil yang akurat dan konsisten. Indentifikasi TNKB menggunakan metode canny filter OCR mampu mengidentifikasi TNKB pada siang hari dengan rata-rata akurasi 73,75%. Dari dua belas pengujian di siang hari, dua TNKB dengan akurasi 100% dan sepuluh TNKB lainnya memiliki tingkat akurasi 50%-87%. Pada malam hari dengan tingkat intensitas cahaya <40 lux, sistem juga mampu mengidentifikasi TNKB dengan rata-rata akurasi 67,50%.

Abstract

Desa Tangkit Baru, yang dikenal sebagai sentra produksi nanas di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar melalui produk olahan nanas dan agrowisata. Namun, pelaku usaha lokal menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, promosi yang lemah, dan desain kemasan yang kurang menarik, sehingga membatasi jangkauan pasar dan daya saing produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terletak pada perlunya peningkatan kapasitas UMKM desa dalam pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk untuk mendukung Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia (BBI). Tanpa intervensi yang tepat, potensi ekonomi lokal sulit berkembang optimal di era digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan pelaku usaha lokal melalui pelatihan digital marketing, pendampingan branding dan kemasan produk, serta penguatan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran utama. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi, khususnya bagi generasi muda dan pelaku UMKM di desa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman digital masyarakat. Program ini juga mendukung indikator kinerja utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi melalui pelibatan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan di luar kampus serta penerapan hasil penelitian di masyarakat.

Abstract

The global transition toward renewable energy is increasingly urgent to mitigate climate change and reduce dependence on fossil fuels; however, it also introduces economic risks such as greenflation, driven by rising demand for green commodities. In Indonesia, renewable energy development has become a national priority, with Jambi Province identified as a strategic region due to its significant micro-hydropower (PLTMH) potential. This study aims to predict PLTMH potential as a means of supporting energy transition planning and preventing greenflation through data-driven policy decisions. The research employs a Bayesian Structural Time Series (BSTS) approach using JASP software, integrating Kalman Filter, spike-and-slab regression, and Bayesian Model Averaging. Time series data from 2008–2024 were analyzed with 2,000 MCMC draws and a 1% burn-in to ensure estimation stability. The results demonstrate a strong upward trend in PLTMH capacity, with high model accuracy indicated by an R² value of 0.991, low residual standard deviation, and acceptable prediction uncertainty. Forecasts suggest continued growth in PLTMH capacity over the next two decades before reaching a steady state. The study concludes that BSTS is a robust and reliable method for predicting renewable energy potential and supporting counterfactual policy analysis. This research contributes empirically to applied Bayesian time series modeling and practically to renewable energy policy planning, offering evidence-based insights to enhance energy security and mitigate greenflation risks.
