Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, terutama bagi anggota PKK, termasuk sekretaris kelompok PKK RW 13 Desa Cibubur. Kerja sama dengan mitra PKK RW 13 yang fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan berbicara membuat kegiatan ini semakin berarti. Simulasi digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pengalaman pelatihan. Kegiatan ini, diadakan pada 28 Oktober 2023 dari 08.00 hingga 12.00, memberikan anggota PKK peluang untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri berbicara di depan umum, meningkatkan komunikasi internal PKK secara lebih luas, dengan fokus pada pengembangan pribadi. Temuan dari pelatihan ini antara lain meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan rasa percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai hasil positif dalam pelatihan ini melibatkan: simulasi berbasis peran, pendekatan terarah dan terstruktur dan kolaborasi aktif dengan peserta. Dengan meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking, diharapkan terjadi perubahan positif dalam dinamika masyarakat, memperkuat peran PKK sebagai penggerak perubahan yang baik.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the development of the UI/UX design of the Galva Service Tracking website using the Design Thinking method. The main goal of this research is to improve the user experience by creating a more intuitive and efficient design. Here are the details of the methods used in this study. In addition, another purpose of this study is to develop a UI/UX design on the Service Tracking website of PT Galva Technologies Tbk using the Design Thinking method. With the application of information technology that is increasingly crucial, UI/UX design improvements are expected to increase user satisfaction and the effectiveness of the services provided. Through the Design Thinking approach, this research involves users in every stage of development starting from empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototype making, to testing. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method is used to evaluate the usability of a website. The results of the study show that the application of Design Thinking has succeeded in improving the quality of website design and function, as well as providing a better and more satisfying user experience. Thus, it is hoped that the Service Tracking website of PT Galva Technologies Tbk can meet the needs and expectations of users more optimally.

Abstract

Maraknya penggunaan sosial media saat ini memungkinkan seseorang untuk berkreasi dengan memanfaatkan konten-konten yang di dalamnya. Salah satu pengguna sosmed yang paling dominan adalah generasi remaja yang termasuk dalam generasi millennial terutama bagi mereka yang aktif dalam organisasi semisal Karang Taruna. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Karang Taruna tentunya sangat bermafaat bagi masyarakat sekitar. Keberadaan sosmed juga menyentuh para anggota Karang Taruna baik dalam berkomunikasi maupun ikde-ide kreatif lain. Permasalahan yang sering timbul di kalangan remaja saat berinteraksi dengan sosial media adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan sosial media kearah yang lebih produktif semisal digital marketing, juga masih minimnya pengenalan bisnis khususnya digital marketing di kalangan remaja Karang Taruna sehingga belum dapat memanfaatkan peluang dari sosial media yang mereka punya Melihat permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) khususnya di Karang Taruna RT 016 Kapuk Cengkareng memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan sosial media sebagai sarana digital marketing. Selain memberikan pengenalan akan pentingnya sosial media saat ini, tujuan pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah wujud sumbangsih dari tiap dosen dalam mengembangkan pengetahuannya serta sebagai transfer knowledge.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dosen Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas BSI difokuskan pada pelatihan pengenalan sistem informasi manajemen dan sukses menjadi content creator bagi pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna Rt 016 Kapuk Cengkareng yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan yang memiliki visi mengembangkan setiap potensi personil anggotanya sekaligus sebagai mitra PkM. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada mitra diantaranya: terbatasnya pengetahuan mengenai penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen sebagai alat untuk pengembangan organisasi, belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan sarana digital seperti internet, handphone dalam menghasilkan konten kreatif, ide-ide atau gagasan yang inovatif masih belum tergali dengan baik. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi memberian pengetahuan secara komprehensif tentang konsep dasar sistem informasi manajemen, emberikan kiat sukses menjadi seorang content creator merubah midset peserta untuk lebih berpikir kreatif. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dilakukan secara daring (online) menggunakan media zoom meeting. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa publikasi pada media dan jurnal serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan pribadi merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kestabilan kondisi finansial individu, terutama dalam menghadapi kebutuhan hidup yang semakin beragam. Kemampuan dalam mencatat, mengelompokkan, dan memantau pemasukan serta pengeluaran secara teratur dapat membantu pengguna mengambil keputusan keuangan yang lebih tepat. Namun, pada kenyataannya masih banyak pengguna yang melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara manual atau tidak konsisten, sehingga sulit mengetahui kondisi keuangan secara menyeluruh. Permasalahan tersebut menunjukkan perlunya sebuah aplikasi sederhana, mudah digunakan, dan mampu menyajikan informasi keuangan secara jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi desktop pengelolaan keuangan pribadi berbasis Python serta mengevaluasi tingkat usability antarmuka pengguna yang dihasilkan. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan perancangan sistem desktop menggunakan framework Tkinter sebagai antarmuka pengguna, SQLite sebagai media penyimpanan data, dan pustaka matplotlib untuk menampilkan visualisasi grafik keuangan. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi pencatatan transaksi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, pengelompokan kategori transaksi, penyajian riwayat transaksi, perhitungan saldo, serta visualisasi data dalam bentuk grafik agar pengguna lebih mudah memahami kondisi keuangannya. Evaluasi usability dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Heuristic Evaluation untuk menilai tingkat kemudahan penggunaan, kenyamanan antarmuka, konsistensi tampilan, serta efektivitas fungsi aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu membantu pengguna dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi secara lebih terstruktur, praktis, dan informatif. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memiliki tingkat usability yang baik, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu pencatatan dan pemantauan keuangan pribadi.

Abstract

Every employee is always trying to improve their skills and achievements. So he can get a good career path according to his idea. Institutional Directorate General of Oil and Gas in the Ministry of ENERGY and Mineral Resources, as well as the assessment of employee performance also provided by the company to reward certain achievements. At this time analysis of assessment officers in Ditjen Migas is still done in a subjective. There should be ways and methods as an alternative election leader to suit your needs. In this study, the profile matching method was used as an alternative to providing assessment and evaluation of the key performance indexes of each employee. There are two aspects in conducting assessment and evaluation, namely: the performance aspect and the work satisfaction aspect. There are several levels of performance aspects: leadership of thoroughness and responsibility, verbalization of ideas, encouragement of achievement, concentration, and creative imagination. The work satisfaction aspect has discipline, high moral values, skills, integrity, and loyalty. There is a ranking change from candidates after being counted by the profile matching method whose employees with NIP 1388510026 have the first position in 4.5137.

Abstract

Currently, companies, organizations and institutions are in dire need of the development of technology and information systems, especially information technology through the internet. The American Indonesian Education Institute, the Cijantung Branch, which until now has not yet been computerized. Currently, the registration process to become a student at the American Indonesian Education Institute Cijantung Branch is still manual, both from filling out forms provided by the American Indonesian Education Institute Cijantung Branch to becoming a student. Usually the data collection process is a bit hampered because the number of applicants is more than customer service and it is too difficult for customer service to read prospective student forms. This causes the service from the customer service of the American Indonesian Education Institute Cijantung Branch is not optimal. This study uses the waterfall model as a software development model. From the research conducted, it is expected to produce a new student acceptance control system that can assist customer service in collecting data on prospective students and managing prospective student forms. The design of the new student admission system is expected to be more effective and efficient. So it's good when registration can be completed in a short time. This system is also expected to minimize data collection errors made by customer service.

Abstract

An inventory Information System is an Information System that provides information from several processes including procurement of goods, warehousing, and reporting. Therefore it is necessary to create an Inventory Information System application to improve the company's performance process which originally became computerized which will result in more detailed reports. The creation of this application is done using data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design, and database. Application program creation was developed with PHP and Waterfall model as well as tested using black-box testing. And it is expected that the manufacture of this application can facilitate the company in processing the inventory of goods, then in this research was made Designing Inventory Information System At PT. Arsen Kusuma Indonesia Jakarta.

Abstract

Buyers and sellers who use online transactions for shipping can use two face-to-face shipping methods or delivery services. Everyone needs fast and safe shipping to ensure goods are transported at the right time and place. The interest in dispatch administrations is progressively required. The ongoing portability constraints are compelling many people to purchase online instead of shopping centers. The Analytical Hierarchy Process technique was created in the mid-1970s by Dr. Thomas L. Saaty, a mathematician from the University of Pittsburgh. The Analytical Hierarchy Process is designed to rationally capture people's perceptions closely related to specific problems through procedures designed to arrive at a preference scale among various sets of alternatives. This choice model decays a complex multi-rules issue into a solitary various, leveled structure. From the study results, it can be concluded that J&T has the highest score of 0.345 (34.5%), then JNE with a score of 0.339 (33.9%), SICEPAT with a score of 0.316 (31.6%), so that the most desirable Expedition Service based on data processed from 103 respondents is J&T.

Abstract

The scarcity of cooking oil is the main factor for PT LION Superindo Jatibening to make provisions for limiting the purchase of cooking oil. Of course, some people use this to commit fraud in purchasing, namely, buying cooking oil beyond the predetermined limit by repurchasing it after a few hours from the previous purchase. Of course, some use this to cheat on purchasing cooking oil over the predetermined limits of repurchase within a few hours of previous purchases. Thus, the governmental tribunician is disproportionate to other customers, so many are not getting cooking oil. RFID technology (radio identification) to make automated systems as authentication media and security systems. The system is a card reading that contains the user or item data. This technology assists in limiting purchases to greater efficiency, safety, and protection of people against the repurchasing of cooking oil. Fry oil distribution systems use IoT devices by applying PHP programming language based on websites that can be accessed and integrated with MySQL databases as data storage. For IoT devices, the main device uses NodeMCU esp8266 as a microcontroller and rc522 RFID reader as a module to read RFID cards configured using microcontroller software.
