The respondents in accordance with the rule of thumb is 31 respondents. The subjects were every diabetic patient who full fill inclusion criteria and did not full fill exclusion criteria that chosen by probability sampling, i.e. simple random sampling. The research was conducted through medical record attendance PROLANIS participants in PROLANIS activities and HbA1C test results by using color refraktometer. The result was tested by using Independent T Test. Results: From the Independent T Test showed that adherence to PROLANIS activity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1C levels have a significant correlation (p=0.013)Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between the level of adherence to the PROLANIS activity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1C level. Keywords : the level of obedience , PROLANIS , diabetes mellitus , HbA1C

Methods: This research was an analytic observational with cross-sectional design. Subject were 83 tenth grader at SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. There were two variables in this research, knowledge as independent variable and preventive action as dependent variable. Knowledge and drug prevention were measured by questionnaires. Data were analyzed using chi square test. Result: From the result, 23 students (59.0%) were deficient in both knowledge and preventive action. 16 students (41.0%) were deficient in knowledge, sufficient in preventive action. 29 students (65.9%) were sufficient in both knowldege and preventive action. 15 students (34.1%) were sufficient in knowledge, deficient in preventive action. This research showed that there was significant relationship between the knowledge about drugs and drug abuse prevention among tenth grade student of SMA Negeri 3 Semarang, with p value = 0.023. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between knowledge about drugs and drug abuse prevention among tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Each subject was measured consumption of omega-3 with Semiquantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQ) consumption omega-3 fatty acids and dysmenorrhea with questionnaire modified from Menstrual Symptom Questionnaire (MSQ). The data of this study then analyzed by using chi-square test to determine the relationship between consumption of foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids and dysmenorrhea. Results: 125 students were observed and obtained 79,2% of them consume adequate amounts of omega-3 fatty acids (≥1.1 g/day) and 28% experienced dysmenorrhea. The results of data analysis using chi-square test was obtained p = 0.001  that shows there is a significant or meaningful relationship between consumption of foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids and dysmenorrhea. Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between omega-3 fatty acids and dysmenorrhea. Keywords: Omega-3 fatty acids, Dysmenorrhea.

Research subjects filled (1) informed consent, (2) L-MMPI questionnaire to determine the honesty of respondents in filling out the questionnaire, (3) personal information form and the degree of dysmenorrhea questionnaire, (4) measured height and weight. Ninety two sample was obtained and analyzed using chi-square test followed by Somer?s d correlation test. Results: Based on the data analysis with significance ? = 0.05, we obtained value of p = 0.004 (p <0.05),  whereas correlation coefficient was 0.096. Conclusions: Statistically, there is significant but very weak relationship between nutritional status and dysmenorrhea degree in female students of SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta. Students perception of the learning environment is also found to influence their behaviour. Student participation in problem-based learning (PBL) curricula leads to use of Self Directed Learning (SDL) skills. SDL, which is a prerequisite for life-long learning can flourishin certain learning environments. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between students perception of learning environment and self directed learning readiness in the Faculty of Medicine Sebelas Maret Universtity. Method: This study was an observational analytic study with cross sectional method approach among 106 medical students of Sebelas Maret University that selected by Systematic Random Sampling method. This research used DREEM (Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure) that measured the students perception of learning environment and SDLRS that measured students self directed learning readiness. Data analysis used Pearson correlation (? = 0.05). Result: Pearson correlation test results a significant correlation between Students Perception of Learning Environment with Self Directed Learning Readiness in The Faculty of Medicine Sebelas Maret University with p <0.05 (p = 0.000). The test results also showed a moderate correlation between two variables with a correlation coefficient (r) 0.551, with increased students perception of learning environment will increase self directed learning readiness in the Faculty of Medicine Sebelas Maret University. Conclusion: There is a moderate relationship between Students Perception of Learning Environment and Self Directed Learning Readiness in The Faculty of Medicine Sebelas Maret University. Better students perception of learning environment, will increase students self directed learning readiness Keywords: learning environment, perception of learning environment, self directed learning readinesss

Rabies is caused by a virus in the Family: Rhabdivoridae, Genus: Lyssavirus. Control and vaccination strategies in dogs is deemed to be the most effective and economical method in preventing the incidences of rabies in humans. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between level of knowledge of and attitude practise employed for rabies in residents of the area covered by Puskesmas Kuta II. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study analysing observations in a sample of people. Sampling was carried out by simple random sampling of 96 residents in the area of Puskesmas Kuta II. In this study, the independent variables are knowledge of and attitudes towards rabies disease while the dependent variable is the practice for rabies. Data for these variables were collected via a questionnaire-based interview. Analyses were then carried out using the chi-square (x2) followed by multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression, Results: This study showed that knowledge has a significant relationship with practice for rabies disease (p = 0.013; OR 4.240; 95% CI 1.352 up to 13.296). Attitude has a significant positive relationship with the value of practice for rabies disease (p = 0.015; OR 3.073; 95% CI 1.233 up to 7.627). The combined effect of knowledge and attitudes to practice for rabies were approximately 20.90% (Negerkerke R square = 0.209). Conclusions: There was a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes to practice for rabies disease in residents in the area of Puskesmas Kuta II, the higher level of knowledge and improved attitudes will improve practice for rabies disease amongst residents in the area of Puskesmas Kuta II.
