Abstract

This article aims to analyze religiosity and spirituality's roles to prevent the impulsivity of buying. Impulse buying is an irrational, unplanned, spontaneous buying behavior aimed to seek pleasure and emotional fulfillment. The research method is a literature study of journals related to religiosity and spirituality in customer decision making. The study results concluded that several factors cause impulsive buying, such as less self-control, hedonic lifestyle, and materialism. Furthermore, there are significant roles of religiosity and spirituality in encouraging robust self-regulation to prevent impulse buying. The higher a person's religiosity and spirituality, the better they build powerful self-control for impulse buying. This research is expected to contribute research in consumer behavior with an approach of religiosity and spirituality.

Abstract

Sales of the BlackBerry (BB) in the global market continues to decline, but not so with the Indonesian market. The Indonesian market is unique. In this country, the madness of the BlackBerry is not like in other countries. In Indonesia, the BlackBerry dominates the smartphone market. Blackberry successful creating a trend, the BlackBerry boom in Indonesia due to the highly loaded BlackBerry messaging functions. This, along with the character of the people of Indonesia who love messaging, chat, and SMS. Consumers often compare their brand image with a picture of himself in making a purchase. The process of matching between the image of the brand with the consumer's self-concept is called the self-congruity. While consumers are trying to maximize the benefit (utility) in the purchase of products based on objective criteria such as price or performance of the product attributes influenced the functional congruity models. The purpose of this study to understand customer behavior Blackberry influence self congruity and functional congruity towards attitudes and customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach to test the hypothesis. Using 110 respondents consumer Blackberry, generation X and generation Y. Data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are self congruity significantly influence the functional congruity, attitudes and brand loyalty. Furthermore, self congruity direct influence on brand loyalty. While the functional congruity the variables significantly influence attitudes, and attitudes affect brand loyalty. whereas age did not moderate the users self congruity and functional congruity toward customer attitudes

Abstract

This article aims to describe efforts to increase the effectiveness of the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in improving learning outcomes and improving the quality of Human Resources (HR). The writing of this article uses the literature study method, namely reviewing and researching various literatures related to the topic of the problem being studied. The required data was collected through a contextual study which was then analyzed for its contents. The use of LMS in learning makes it easier for education and training management institutions to improve the learning process, learning can be accessed from various places and unlimited times, and learning can be carried out more simply. The use of LMS also makes learning more flexible in terms of study time and makes students more independent. Instructors can also monitor student activities through the LMS in detail.

Abstract

The main function of division Master Engineering Documents of the Design and Development Department is to store and maintain technical documents for all PGs. The work will increase every year, the documents stored will also continue to grow. The large number of documents in the form of hard files stored in the “Dokumen Teknik Induk” building makes it difficult for staff in the management process, both when searching for documents and maintaining them. In the document management process, it is necessary to have a master data that can accommodate all soft file documents. In addition to facilitating the process of data maintenance and document management, the existence of a master data document in the form of a softfile will make it easier for staff during the document search process according to user needs, the data distribution process will also become more effective. "Digitizing Master Engineering Documents" application is intended to convey aspirations / complaints about problems in the need of engineering documents in PT Petrokimia Gresik stakeholder environment. Archive digitization is a digital document storage system. Because it is done digitally, e-archive is done using technology such as computers, recording devices, servers, and other devices. The development of the world of information and communication technology (ICT) today has brought the world into industry 4.0. This era is marked by the abundance of data and information, cyber physical systems, to the management of big data. For information workers including archivists this is something that must be anticipated from the start because the landscape can be completely different from what exists today.

Abstract

Assessment of beauty in other countries is very different, this shows that beauty is something that is very relative and cannot be measured. Several factors cause the construction of beauty in each area to be different, one of which is the cultural factor. It is undeniable, in the current era of globalization, industrial development is growing rapidly in countries around the world. Beauty is very important for Korean society, especially women. This is the basis why cosmetics are the primary needs of society and the demand for cosmetics in the market continues to increase from year to year. In the case of Korea, the number of Muslim tourists is increasing year by year, and their Korean cosmetic purchases are also increasing rapidly. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method by means of structured interviews regarding the use and interest in cosmetic products originating from Korea by explaining several reference questions, including: This study tries to suggest a more successful entry strategy for Korean cosmetic companies in the Indonesian cosmetic market. However, although a successful entry strategy in this study can explain the Indonesian cosmetic market, it is difficult to explain it as a successful entry strategy into other Southeast Asian countries or Islamic cultural markets. Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the global economy including the hotel industry locally and internationally. It has spread to practically every country in the world. While the survival of the hotel industry was at its stake, there was a need for research to know management's response to this crisis and opted strategies for survival. The purpose of this research is to design a marketing strategy at PrimeBiz Hotel Surabaya that deals with COVID-19. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach based on case studies. This study uses triangulation methods to validate and view from various perspectives. The data collection procedure used in this study was in-depth interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the economic crisis brought on by the coronavirus had an effect on the hotel in Indonesia. Overall, the key findings imply that the PrimeBiz hotel improved and adjusted its marketing mix in response to the issue. The Indonesian PrimeBiz hotel was required to alter its marketing mix as a result of the shift in consumer purchasing behavior, which was a significant factor. In order to prevent the virus from spreading, the Indonesian government and the Public Health Agency put in place measures like social exclusion, travel restrictions, and solid borders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of remuneration on work productivity, the effect of the work environment on work productivity, the effect of employee welfare programs on work productivity, the effect of the three factors mentioned above on work productivity and to find out which variables have the most influence on work productivity. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, data and information were obtained from respondents using a questionnaire. Types of data sources used in this study, namely quantitative data. The data analysis technique in this study used basic statistics, namely descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the calculation of the t-test table (table 18) it can be seen that the confidence level is 0.05 and the t-table value is 2.05, the calculated remuneration value is 8.042 and the probability value of t-value is 0.000 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then this means that remuneration has a significant effect on employee productivity. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the remuneration variable consisting of elements of work standards, working time, number of products, product quality and increasing work ability, each has a significant effect on work productivity variables.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Leadership within an organization implies that has positive outcomes on work engagement, optimism, trust, commitment, satisfaction, creativity, and innovation. Every person can move the soul of leadership on themselves self which is called self-leadership. Background Problems: Self-leadership is defined as the process of determining oneself to establish the self-direction and self-motivation to perform. Additionally, self-leadership is designed to influence the positive outcomes of individuals. Novelty: The main focus of this paper is to access self-leadership and its possible impacts on workers or health professions in healthcare facilities. Workers in hospital and other healthcare organizations may show different behavior which can affect their performance. Research Methods: The current study is a descriptive qualitative study that explores the prior studies associated with self-leadership, human behavior, human resources, and performance. At first, relevant studies were collected related to self-leadership and the possible impacts of self-leadership. After that, the authors sum up the relevant studies and discuss the theory of self-leadership and how it can be used in a healthcare organization and hospital. The next step is revealing the author's views regarding the consequences of self-leadership in hospital and healthcare organizations. Finding/Results: As a result, self-leadership is an essential competency for appropriate behavior and improving individual performance.

Abstract

Tujuh prinsip SROI adalah melibatkan pemangku kepentingan, memahami perubahan, menilai hal yang prioritas, hanya memberikan input yang penting, jangan klaim berlebihan, transparan dan selalu periksa ulang. SROI banyak berkaitan dengan pemangku kepentingan atau stakeholder. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian kausal, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh satu atau beberapa variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan perhitungan rasio, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap Rp 1 yang diinvestasikan pada kegiatan Together Grow Stronger akan menghasilkan timbal balik social sebesar Rp 23,60. Angka rasio ini terbilang cukup tinggi dan menjanjikan return yang tinggi. Empat elemen utama yang diperlukan untuk mengukur SROI, yaitu input, output, hasil dan dampak. Tujuh prinsip SROI adalah melibatkan pemangku kepentingan, memahami perubahan, menilai hal yang prioritas, hanya memberikan input yang penting, jangan klaim berlebihan, transparan dan selalu periksa ulang.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the impact of Creating Shared Value (CSV) activities carried out by the MM UNAIR 58 regular class on the community in Surabaya and encouraging the acceleration of Indonesia's agricultural development in the Digital Era. The approach used in this research is Social Return On Investment (SROI). The data used is in the form of data that has a clear quantitative value and can be measured in financial terms such as rupiah, while other data are assumptions that are monetized using standard document references, research output, community consensus and so on. The results of this study indicate that the ratio resulting from this CSV activity is high and has a large impact on world investment.
