Abstract

Kehadiran KSPPS di Indonesia adalah salah satu perwujudan konsep keuangan yang sejalan dengan prinsip Islam sebagai agama mayoritas penduduk Indonesia sehingga memberikan banyak peluang bagi masyarakat dalam menjalankan bisnis atau usahanya. Masalah terbanyak yang muncul adalah tingkat literasi syariah dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia masih rendah. Tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman literasi keuangan Islam kepada para pengelola Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) agar mereka mampu mengembangkan usaha KSPPS sehingga dapat meningkatkan roda perekonomian negara sesuai syariat Islam. Metode atau tahapan dalam kegiatan ini mengikuti siklus PDCA dengan kegiatan utamanya adalah sosialisasi materi konsep keuangan syariah dengan menekankan pemahaman tentang produk yang dapat ditawarkan kepada anggota dan melakukan pendampingan pelaksanaan akad-akad keuangan syariah. Tim pengabdian masyarakat mencoba mengoreksi praktik yang masih belum sesuai dengan konsep keuangan syariah serta memberikan masukan dalam hal peningkatan layanan keuangan syariah sehingga anggota semakin merasa terbantu dan yakin dengan keberadaan KSPPS tersebut.

Abstract

The study determines the relationship between demographic factors and personality traits with the performance of cryptocurrency traders. The research data is obtained from 100 cryptocurrency traders using the quota sampling method, correlational, with a quantitative approach. This study applies the Chi-square test to examine the relationship of demographic factors with performance and the Rank-Spearman test for the relationship of personality traits with performance. The results found that demographic characteristics (gender, age, length of trading) were positively associated with performance. Furthermore, personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience) have negative and insignificant influences on the performance of cryptocurrency traders.

Abstract

Rancangan penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian explanatory research. Penelitain ini menggunakan alat analisa Partial Least Square, populasi yang digunakan seluruh tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling besar sampel 99. Landasan teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang sudah dilakukan menjadi dasar kerangka konseptual dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja tenaga kependididkan di Universitas Jember. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember. Kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember. Kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember. Pengembangan Karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Jember.

Abstract

Employee is part in a company, besides it's also in the environment employee there is a leader or someone who can set and carry direction coordination of goals organization. This study aims to test and analyze role commitment organization as mediation influence leadership transformational and work life balance towards performance general sales employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Situbondo Cluster. This research includes in approach quantitatively using questionnaire as tool data collection from respondent. Respondents in this study were 52 sales employees using sample saturated. Method analysis use Partial Least Square Equation Model (SEM-PLS) structure using smartPLS 3.0 software. Research results shows that leadership transformational own no influence significant to commitment organization and performance employees, while the work life balance has significant influence to commitment organization and performance employees, as well as commitment organization own significant influence to performance employee. Commitment organization No can role as mediation from leadership transformational to performance, however commitment organization can role as mediation Partial from work life balance to performance employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Entrepreneurial Education dan Institutional Support melalui Team Entrepreneurial Competence terhadap Entrepreneurial Interest mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa mahasiswa program studi Manajemen Agroindustri Semester 6 dan mahasiswa program alih jenjang Manajemen Agroindustri Polije yang menempuh mata kuliah Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Produk pada semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Total mahasiswa sebagai subjek penelitian ini adalah 145 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan rumus Slovin adalah 106. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Analisis menggunakan SEM AMOS 24. Entrepreneurial Education tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Interest mahasiswa. Institutional Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Interest mahasiswa. Entrepreneurial Education berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Team Entrepreneurial Competence. Institutional Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Team Entrepreneurial Competence. Team Entrepreneurial Competence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Interest mahasiswa.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the perception of the batik craftmen  toward self-help groupsthat had been advocated for development and strengthening the center of the batik industry in Tuban District.This study is a descriptive research. The respondents were determined by snowball sampling method consisting of 84 batik craftmen  in the batik industry.  Both qualitative and quantitative research approaches were used  in this study. Aside from the secondary data, the primary data was collected by ethnographic (unstructured and semi-structured interviews, and direct observation) and participatory methods (key informant interviews).The result  of the study shows  that  the perception of the batik craftmen toward the contribution of self-help groups  for development and strengthening the center of the batik industry in  Tuban District  is categorized “moderate”.  Therefore, improvement in the aspects of  raw materials supply, technology applied, and business management in  the  business performance  of batik  industries  are still needed.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research conducted at elementary school in Ex City Administrative of Jember. This research method uses structural equation modeling. There are 16 primary schools that serve as research sites with a population of 128 teachers. The sample in this research is 116 people. This research uses two stage sampling, where nonprobability sampling method that is purposive sampling is applied to determine research place and second stage when determining research sample.The results of this study indicate that the headmaster's transformational leadership style positively and significantly influence teacher performance with path coefficient 0,147, probability equal to 0,012, and CR value 2,892. The results of the study showed a positive and significant outcomes between the principal transformational leadership style to teacher motivation and teacher motivation to teacher innovation. Positive and insignificant results between the principal's transformational leadership style to teacher innovation. The result of the research which shows negative and not significant is teacher's motivation to teacher performance. While the results of teacher innovation testing to teacher performance showed a negative and significant influence. These results it can be concluded that the principal's transformational leadership style does not require intervening motivation and innovation of teacher variables to influence teacher performance..

Abstract

Latar belakang: Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa yang menyebutkan bahwa keuangan desa adalah semua hak dan kewajiban Desa yang dapat dinilai dengan uang serta segala sesuatu berupa uang dan barang yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban desa yang menimbulkan pendapatan, belanja, pembiayaan dan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Sehingga yang menjadi pertanyaan sejauh mana implementasi dari ADD sehingga dapat diprioritaskan dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan utama masalah stunting yang menjadi PR bagi pemerintah Indonesia. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan crossectinonal dengan tempat penelitian di Desa Kubutambahan. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah, kepala desa, Puskesmas dan Masyarakat yang berjumlah mencapai 100 responden. Instrument pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner tertutup dengan nilai uji valid dan reabilitas 0,6 dan wawancara terstruktur bagi kepala desa, kepala puskesmas, sekdes, Bides dan BPD. Hasil dan Pembahasan Rekapitulasi indikator implementasi kebijakan dana desa yaitu 78 % yang terlaksana sesuai dengan prioritas dana desa bahwa desa Kubutambahan merupakan daerah slot stunting yang perlu mendapatkan upaya program pencegahan stunting di Desa Kubutambahan. Kesimpulan dan Saran Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Kubutamabahan utamanya dalam upaya pencegahan stunting berjalan cukup lancar. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari tahap persiapan berupa penyusunan Daftar Usulan Rencana kegiatan (DURK), penyelesaian setiap kegiatan sampai dengan tahap penyusunan pertanggungjawaban. Namun demikian pencapaian tujuan Alokasi Dana Desa belum optimal. Sehingga disarankan ada sosialisasi lebih luas terkait ADD ini.

Abstract

Background: Services to patients in hospitals often experience problems of dissatisfaction due to waiting time. There were complaints submitted by outpatients regarding the long waiting time for polyclinic services. This study aims to analyze the application of the lean method in the problem of waiting time efficiency at Jember Klinik Hospital. Subjects and Method: This research design is qualitative. The research location is Jember Clinic Hospital. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Research informants are leaders, medical staff in the registration and service department. This research does not use variables but focuses on place, actor, activity, value stream mapping (VSM). Methods of data analysis using interpretive thematic analysis. Results: 1) the outpatient service process at the Jember Klinik Hospital is carried out starting from the registration counter until the patient enters the examination room. Lead time at the outpatient registration area (6 patients) was 261 minutes, lead time at the filing room (6 patients) was 125 minutes, lead time at the polyclinic (6 patients) was 663 minutes; 2) Flowchart of outpatient services (outpatient waiting time) starting from the patient registering at the Outpatient Registration Center (TPPRJ) until the patient is examined by a specialist starting with the registrar calling the patient, the registration officer validating the completeness of the requirements, input SIMRS data and v -claims, search and distribution of BRM to polyclinics, and examination by DPJP and 3) VSM starts from TPPRJ to polyclinic. The process required for the registration process is 43.50 minutes. Conclusion: The application of the lean method in the problem of waiting time efficiency at the Jember Klinik Hospital is still not optimal with the mapping of waste at the Jember Klinik Hospital explained Lead time, Flowchart of outpatient services and VSM starting from TPPRJ to the polyclinic. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work-family conflict management, training, health and safety on the performance of female nurses in RSUD BLAMBANGAN Banyuwangi. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers on the questionnaires used in the study. Method of data analysis using Descriptive Statistics, Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test consisted of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T test, and F Test. The result of the research shows that the work-family conflict management, training, health and safety have positive and significant influence on the performance of female nurses in RSUD BLAMBANGAN Banyuwangi. This leads to better work-family conflict management , health and safety coach will improve the performance of female nurses at BLAMBANGAN Banyuwangi Hospital.
