Abstract

his research aimed to analyze the point of view about entrepreneurship of students in economic faculty. Respondents of this research were many students in alleconomic colleges/ universities in Surakarta. This case study analyzed with regression analysis. The research result showed that desire in business and support of family andsocial life have a positive and significant influence in entrepreneurship decision making of economics students after graduated. Support of family and social life was the mostdominant factor in their entrepreneurship decision making.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, the sanitary napkins are also not least with other products. Because the pads are human needs, both women and men. Because in this study discusses the decision in purchasing consumer product brand herbal pads fc. The Data used are the primary data obtained from 100 respondents who had used the herbal pads brand products fc. The Data obtained were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this research is the herbal pads brand fc customers in 2012 until 2013 as much as 200 people. The sample of this research as much as 100 respondents which is the herbal pads brand products customers fc. With the technique of sampling, simple random sampling. This research uses a multiple regression analysis with likert scale.The results showed that the marketing mix of product, price, place, and promotion of the simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Some of the marketing mix that most of its influence on purchasing decisions is price.

Abstract

In this research has the objective to determine the effect of Work Stress, Work Motivation, and Leadership on Employee Satisfaction at PT. Pamor Spinning Mills Karanganyar.The hypothesis of this study is thought to influence of Work Stress, Work Motivation, and Leadership have an effect on significant to employee satisfaction at PT. Pamor Spinning Mills Karanganyar either in a persial or simultaneous manner. The result of the analysis in this study can be concluded that work stress, work motivation, and leadership have an effect on significant to employee satisfaction at PT. Pamor Spinning Mills Karanganyar. Necessary data in this study are primary data obtained with questionnaire method from a population of 100 responden. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t-test, f test and coefficient of determination.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the many financial institutions that still use the flower or RIBA system. The purpose of this research is to encourage the management of financial institutions to implement sharia systems and avoid the RIBA system. This method of research uses quantitative research methods. Results of calculation of regression coefficient obtained thitung results from the marketing orientation variable of 4.287 and obtained the variable thitung results from the product innovation variable of2,235. Be The number of respondents in this study as much as 60. Based on result data manner SPSS data version 22.0 Fhitung price as big as 29,718. Because the value of Fcount 29.718 > Ftabel 2.77, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable. Therefore the marketing orientation (X1) and product innovation (X2) simultaneously affect the marketing strategy (Y).

Abstract

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) BMT Hira Sragen of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance in Koperasi SimpanPinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) BMT Hira Sragen either partially or simultaneously. Data needed in this research is primary and secondary data where primary data is data obtained by using the questionnaire method from sample as much as 84respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the motivation of work, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on theperformance of employees in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) BMT Hira Sragen either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. Another output is an article in this journal

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) on purchase decisions (Y) of Gambyong Brand Tea (Case Study in Pondok Gambyong and Homestay Karanganyar) either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research using 100 respondents as the research sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the t-test for product quality (X1) are 2.193, price (X2) is 4.482, and promotion (X3) is 5.092 where the value is > ttable (1.985). The significance level for each variable is 0.031 (product quality), 0.000 (price), 0.000 (promotion) which means <0.05. And then, in the F test for all independent variabels the calculated F result are 57,322 > Ftable (2,70) with a level of significance 0,000 < 0,05.The results showed that product quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant influence on purchase decision (Y) either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction, brand image, and trust toward consumer loyality to use Maxim online transportation services in Karanganyar. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population of this research is a consumer of online transportation maxim in the essay. The population in this study was 100. This research uses descriptive research method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable customer satisfaction (X1), brand image (X2), trust (X3) had a positive influence on consumer loyalty. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the variable customer satisfaction (X1), brand image (X2), trust (X3) have a significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y) to use Maxim online transportation services in Karanganyar. The variable customer satisfaction, brand image, and trust toward consumer loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decision to use Maxim online transportation services in Karanganyar.

Abstract

       This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on member loyalty in the Mekar Surya Cooperative, Karanganyar Regency. The population in this study amounted to 253 members of the Mekar Surya Cooperative, Karanganyar Regency recorded in December 2020. The sampling technique in this study used a proportional random sampling technique, the sample was taken by 25% of the population, namely 59 respondents who met the sample selection criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F- statistics with a significance level of 5%. The results show that the service quality variable partially affects member loyalty with a value of 3.740 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.003 with a significance of 0.000 and the satisfaction variable partially also affects member loyalty with a value of 5.749 greater than the t-table value. 2,003 with a significance of 0.000 as well. Abstract

Abstract The first activity carried out in this service activity was observation to determine problems in activities at PT Bali Moda Busana. Observations are only focused on the production department and some management staff. Based on the observations that have been made, it is found that the working environment at PT Bali Moda Busana, has the potential for physical hazards and the workers have not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at work which allows work accidents. The expected results in service activities are that employees in the production department have more knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Based on the results of this service activity in the form of counseling, training and mentoring that has been carried out; employees of the production department, to acquire knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), then implement it in daily work, as the motto of work “Savety 1st”  Kata Kunci:  K3, APD, karyawan
