The allocation of workers is very much needed by the company. But in reality the company is difficult to place employees in every allocation. But with the development of existing technology, it can be minimized by calculating the cost of each worker and each allocation by utilizing existing data and extraction to generate new knowledge. Implementation of operational research techniques using hungarian methods and tested using a system or application as a decision tree to assign some decent workers to be placed on existing jobs within the company. The extension process can show the group of employee data that fall into the category of workers and the allocation so as to optimize the costs that are out by the company. So PT.Ira Widya Utama Medan can be a reference to take decisions in assigning and allocating employees next.

The development of Indonesias population at this time is very rapid so that Indonesia has many problems including poverty problems that occur in the midst of society. In dealing with these problems the government has a program with a form of social assistance known today as the Elderly Family Hope Program (PKH). In accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Social Protection and Security Number 26 / LJS / 12/2016 in terms of social assistance the Recipients are those that have been determined by the Director General of Social Family. As well as in the Distribution this assistance is distributed in four stages one Year. Decision Support System is a computer-based system consisting of several components, namely language system components, system components of knowledge, and problem processing system components that are interrelated with one another, in making decisions through the use of data. data and decision models in order to solve a problem. Employee is a supporting factor in a company, because with the existence of employees who have company qualification standards then the productivity of the company must be maintained and increasing. To obtain information quickly and accurately the achievement of appropriate employees meet the expected criteria, required a decision support system selection of outstanding employees. To know this, with a multi-criteria decision-making method by solving complex and unstructured situations into sections and arranging them in the hierarchy. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method on Decision Support System, the determination of achievement employees can be calculated based on the calculation of each criterion's weight, so it can select the employee achievement in the company quickly.

Often times when reading the Bible, readers find many of the same words often appear which are sometimes not understood by readers in every different Bible verse, so that it arouses readers' curiosity. Using Strong Concordance, you can see where and how the words that occur frequently are found. Thus, an example is the word love. Readers can know that there are many words of love that readers find in every Bible verse when the reader is reading them, but when the reader wants to know where the word love is located, the reader cannot quickly find out where and how many words of love often appear. TextRank is a graphical ranking algorithm for processing text that has been grouped by frequently occurring values. The problems that occur in chef selection have been carried out by the Head of Chef and most likely not all criteria for lexis are made judged, sometimes only a few criteria are assessed. A good restaurant certainly needs to reconsider the chef who will be accepted according to predetermined criteria. The success of a restaurant business in the background of pengelolahan in it, including the selection of a good chef will encourage the success of the restaurant. In dealing with chef selection problems conducted by the Head of Chef, a decision support system can be developed in the face of chef acceptance selection problems, namely by using the Composite Performance Index method. The criteria that will be used as an assessment are the taste of cuisine, experience, speed, creativity, education, and cleanliness. Translator is a tool to assist in translating a language from another language. Translator is very useful for tourists when traveling to other countries or other regions that do not understand the language of the country or area visited. Translator is also very useful for a student or student to learn and add knowledge about foreign languages that are not understood. The availability of translators in a university to improve services for students or those who need them. Students don't all understand foreign languages. String matching is a search technique in a text that is often called string search. String matching is often used in text search, location search, dictionary and so on. String matching has several algorithms, including brute force, boyer moore, knuth morris pratt and many more algorithms contained in string mathing. The Indonesian to English translator application uses the string mathing brute force algorithm. Young Lecturers are lecturers who have a relatively new tenure compared to lecturers who have served more than 10 (ten years) at a university. Assessment of the performance of young lecturers at universities is very necessary, it aims to get an assessment of the performance achievements of the tri dharma of higher education that have been passed in several years. In order for the assessment of performance achievements to be more effective, a method is needed in generating decisions. In this study, an analysis of the combination of the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods was carried out with the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The WASPAS method is a ranking method that requires weights. For this reason, the ROC method is used to generate weight values. While the PSI method is a PSI method that is used to rank without the need for a weight value for each attribute. The results showed that alternative A1 is the best alternative with the highest performance with a value of 0.323 (WASPAS+ROC method) and a value of 2.016 (PSI method).

Attendance is one of the most important repetitive transactions because it is related to the productivity of employees and employees and is one of the controlling indicators Human resources (HR) which aim to increase the potential of human resources as well used in the framework of efficiency. Current technological developments allow making a system that can assist humans in recognizing a digital image. One of them, a field that is currently being developed is pattern recognition. This technology identifies the special physical characteristics of a person. An example of pattern recognition is an example of face recognition, iris recognition, fingerprint recognition (finger recognition), and others. The face is part of the human body to be the focus of attention in social interactions. The face has a very important role that can show someone's identity; therefore a face can be used as a part of the human body that is used as an indication of knowing someone or face recognition. Attendance is an administrative act regarding attendance and absence attendance of employees. In this facial recognition, research uses a camera to capturing someone's face was then compared to the face that had previously been stored in a specific database. Broadly speaking, the process of facial recognition is the webcam camera captures the face. Then we get an R (read) value, G (Green), B (Blue). Using pre-processing, cropped, RGB to grayscale. After the Grayscale process is carried out, the face processing stage is carried out using the eigenface method. In this eigenface method, there are several core stages namely: converting faces to matrices, calculating Flat Vector averages, determining values eigenface, and perform the face identification process by looking for the eigenface value approaching. One of the ways of facial recognition can be developed into an application absence that can be applied in companies to prevent manipulation of absences by employees or employees.

With the development of information in this day and age chat plays an important role in all aspects of human life. Where chat as a communication tool that can help communicate without any time restrictions and is free from obstacles. But in communicating through chat applications can not be free or as free in communicating as usual. Where chat has a predetermined number of bits, so that in sending text messages the chat application cannot be at once or in one delivery but in multiple transmissions. Therefore the chat application requires a compression where the text messages to be sent through the chat application do not take a long time and do not send several times. It is enough to send only one text message to those addressed. But sometimes text messaging is not only a problem in many or few text messages to be sent there are other obstacles in sending text messages that must be overcome. Text messages that have been sent to those intended, sometimes the text messages have changed not at its disposal or not the same as what was sent. Therefore the chat application is in need of security on the chat application which can secure text messages to be sent to the intended destination without changing one bit. Chat applications provide solutions to communication problems because they are hampered by distance and time. Chat application provides convenience in communicating chat to several people who have great distances by applying the Rice Codes and Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) algorithm to chat applications that are designed using Miscrosoft Visual Basic 2008 programming language as a means of compressing and securing text messages.
