Abstract

In improving the quality and quality of learning in educational institutions, technological development is needed in achieving that goal. Especially in the Lower STM 1 High School at the moment trying to take advantage of technological developments to meet the expected goals. Manual exams conducted at SMA Negeri 1 STM Hilir have many obstacles such as the possibility of fraud committed by students when answering exams and require additional time for the teaching staff to check students' test results. Kahoot is a learning media application, where by using kahoot the manual examination process can be changed to online. Therefore, community service conducted by the team is to conduct training in the use of the Kahoot application instead of a manual exam.

Abstract

Kepalacabangmerupakan orang yang berwenangdanberkuasadalammemimpin meeting maupun briefing bersamadengankaryawannya dan memiliki tanggung jawab atas semua kegiatan perusahaan. Hal inidapatmembantukaryawandalammemahamiapa yang diinginkandandimaksudkanolehkepalacabangselakupimpinan di kantorcabang. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada saat Pemilihan Kepala cabang Pada PT. Dakota Buana Semesta yaitu masih adanya bersifat kekeluargaan dan ketidaksesuaian jabatan sehingga PT. Dakota Buana Semesta tidak mengalami peningkatan, tidak terpacu maju dan akan berdampak ke operasional lainnya. Hal ini tentunnnya sangat tidak baik karena mempengaruhi kelancaran operasional Pada PT. Dakota Buana Semesta dan sasaran tujuan tidak tepat. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan kepala cabang sehingga cara Ini tidak dianggap objektif karena tidak sesuai dengan data kepala cabang.Untuk mengatasi penentuan kepala cabang, maka penulis memilih metodeImplementasi MOORA. Metode ini dapat menyaring alternatif terbaik dikarena Metode Moora mampu menentukan tujuan berdasarkan kriteria yang bertentangan, sehingga penggunaan metode ini tepat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Padapenelitian ini penulis tertarik untuk melakukan suatu penelitian dengan menerapkanmetodeImplementasiMetodeMOORA Penulisberharappenelitianinidapatmemberikanhasil yang lebihbaikdanbersifatobjektifterhadapmenentukanpemelihan kepala cabang yang dilakukanpada PT. Abstract

Jalan merupakan alat transportasi darat yang berperan penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Tingkat penggunaan jalan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara semakin meningkat, dikarenakan jumlah penduduk yang bertambah dari hari ke hari. Sehingga perlu adanya suatu penanganan terhadap kondisi dari kinerja ruas jalan guna untuk mewujudkan kegiatan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan aman, lancar, cepat, tertib, nyaman, dan efisien. Perbaikan yang dilakukan biasanya kurang informasi atau kurang tepat sasaran mengenai jalan yang rusak. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas akan dibangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan lokasi prioritas perbaikan jalan menggunakan metode Preference Selection Index (PSI). Dalam penelitian ini, metode Preference Selection Index (PSI) diaplikasikan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan solusi yang terbaik dalam menentukan lokasi prioritas perbaikan jalan di Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh Dinas Bina Marga yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: umur jalan, volume lalu lintas, luas kerusakan, dan kondisi jalan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk  mempermudah dalam menentukan prioritas lokasi perbaikan jalan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan tepat sasaran, sehingga nantinya system yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 dan  mengggunakan database Microsoft Access 2007 dapat lebih membantu Dinas Bina Marga dalam menenukan pemilihan lokasi prioritas perbaikan jalan di Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Ulos batak toba is one of indonesia traditional fabric, precisely the traditional cloth of the batak toba. From time to time the ulos fabric was growing in terms of  type and motif. One of the companies that produces ulos batak is cv. Ala dos roha. The authors conducted this study aimed at predicting the amount of production of ulos batak to produced later. The author uses the previous request, inventory and production data using fuzzy logic tsukamoto. The final result of the calculation with this method will be more effective and efficient so as to speed up the decision making time to predict the amount of production to be produced next.Keywords: prediction, amount of  production, method of tsukamoto

Abstract

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Abstract

The problem often faced by radiologists in analyzing thorax fractures through manual x-ray images and requiring a longer time to study the image and radiologists also often have difficulty reading x-ray images that have noise when shooting x-ray and can lead to difficulties in diagnosis. The adaptive median filter method is a suitable problem-solving technique. In the improvement of the quality of the x-ray image, the x-ray image must first be converted into the pixel image value, to get the pixel value from the x-ray image. -ray then determine the matrix value to get the maximum, minimum, median and pixel coordinate values. Then determine whether the pixel value will be replaced with a median value, if not noise then the pixel value is not replaced. The end result of this system is in the form of design in reducing noise on x-ray imagery which is used as an aid in analyzing x-ray images. Abstract

Technology at the moment is very rapid development in business, and education. Many developers or application makers are competing in improving science about the science of technology so as not to miss. Technology is an integral part of human life. Computer application is one part that is not separated from the computer. An application is a software that actually works to simplify the job. Thus, at this time already many computer applications are created. In the course, the application software always experienced improvements made by the manufacturer. These improvements lead to improved facilities to make it easier for users to work. In the world of education or the world of work a lot of work done by using computers such as typing by using text editor applications such as Microsoft Word in the manufacture of scientific work or other work, often mistakes in terms of writing words, often mistakes occur not because of intentional but because of community habits In abbreviating words when writing. It is necessary an application that can facilitate the examination of a writing in order to find the wrong word or abbreviated and automatically the application will fix it (text improvement). To make it easier to find the wrong word in the application, it needs string matching technique using Boyer Moore algorithm. Abstract

In accordance with the vision of Indogrosir who wants to become a National Asset, since September 2001, Indogrosir has also introduced a modern minimarket franchise system under the name OMI (Outlet Partner of Indogrosir). Indogrosir cooperates with government and private cooperatives, MSMEs, gas stations or general entrepreneurs who want to develop their business in the form of modern minimarkets. Decision support system is a computer-based system that helps in making decisions to solve unstructured problems. The Naive Bayes method is a probabilistic classification technique based on the Bayes theorem which uses the assumption of attribute independence (there is no link between attributes) in the classification process. In an easy rule, a Naive Bayes classification is assumed that the presence or absence of certain features of a class has nothing to do with the characteristics of other classes. With the existence of this decision support system, it is expected to facilitate decision making in determining the recipient of new partners where policies and decisions are made based on predetermined criteria

Abstract

Abstract: In today's technological developments, digital images are a medium that is often used to store a person's identity. Digital images are currently widely used for data security needs. On the other hand, images can also be used as a medium for tapping data. Today's digital media provide many things in manipulating and changing the information contained in these images. In this study, the authors conducted a study to examine similarities in digital images so that it could be seen whether the information was authentic or not. detecting image similarities can help find out information whether the image is the same as the original object or not. The method used in this research is the Eigen Face method. The face eigen method is a method that can be used to check and match the similarities of an image. With the eigenface value, Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, it can be determined that with other eigenface values can be determined based on the eigenface matrix values obtained from each image. Based on the values obtained from Figures 1, 2, and 3, it can be concluded that the eigenface method is able to present facial similarities with a presentation value of 80%.            Keywords: Eigenface; Face Recognation; Images; Images Processing  Abstrak: Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, gambar digital merupakan media yang sering digunakan untuk menyimpan identitas seseorang. Gambar digital saat ini banyak digunakan untuk kebutuhan keamanan data. di sisi lain, gambar juga dapat digunakan sebagai media penyadapan data. Media digital saat ini menyediakan banyak hal dalam memanipulasi dan mengubah informasi yang terdapat pada gambar tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian untuk menelaah kemiripan pada citra digital sehingga dapat diketahui apakah informasi tersebut otentik atau tidak. Mendeteksi kemiripan citra dapat membantu mengetahui informasi apakah citra tersebut sama dengan objek aslinya atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Eigen Face. Metode eigen wajah merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengecek dan mencocokkan kemiripan suatu citra. Dengan nilai eigenface, Gambar 1, Gambar 2, Gambar 3, dapat ditentukan bahwa dengan nilai eigenface lainnya dapat ditentukan berdasarkan nilai matriks eigenface yang diperoleh dari masing-masing citra. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh dari Gambar 1, 2, dan 3, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode eigenface mampu menghadirkan kemiripan wajah dengan nilai presentasi 80%.. Kata kunci: Citra; Eigenface; Pengolahan Citra Digital; Pengenalan Wajah

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) is a government program breakthrough in equitable distribution of education development throughout the country. The Smart Indonesia Card is here for those who cannot afford to continue their education to a higher level. It is hoped that the existence of the Smart Indonesia Card can create human resources who can compete and innovate in national and international development. In the process of giving the Smart Indonesia Card So far, there are still many problems. To be right on target for Indonesia Smart Card recipients, it is necessary to first consider using a Decision Support System. Comparison of the MOORA and MOOSRA methods in determining prospective students who receive the Smart Indonesia Card with 5 alternatives and 5 criteria. Then the calculation using the MOORA method produces an optimization value of 0.12205 on alternative A2 while sample calculation data using the MOOSRA method produces an optimization value of 1.78948 on alternative A4 as the first rank.
