Abstract

Graphic designer recruitment problem is faced by SS Embroidery, that is, according to several different criteria and different evaluation weights, it is difficult to make a decision to determine the graphic designer problem when the evaluation process is objective, which leads to the final decision. Therefore, to overcome the problems faced by companies in SS embroidery, a decision support system is needed to select prospective graphic designers. When choosing a method, it is necessary to use the additive ratio assessment method (ARAS). The system will obtain a ranking decision based on each alternative choice based on a number of predetermined criteria. The alternative with the most weights is the recommended alternative. To realize the decision support system, a decision support system application program is designed. Designed using the Visual Basic 2008 application, which is designed only for user convenience, through the application of this decision support system, it is expected to facilitate the recruitment of prospective graphic designers at SS Embroidery so that the selection of graphic designers is expected to get the best results from the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. It is hoped that the ARAS method can provide assistance to the company in determining the recruitment of graphic designers. The results of the Decision Support System for the recruitment of graphic designers are Alternative A6 with a value of 1,307 on behalf of "Setiawan".

Abstract

For students, especially informatics majors, if they plan to study programming, they should first know the terms in it. Learning programming can sharpen problem-solving skills and create creative reasoning. The problem is that learning programming is relatively difficult and has many obstacles. Some of the obstacles include difficulty in understanding some of the terms found in the programming field. If ignored, there will be ambiguity about the term and it will be more difficult to learn it. The solution to this problem is to provide digital information media in the form of a translation dictionary in the form of a website-based application that is implemented online with the concept of the Interpolation Search method. In this method, the process is that theoretical data collection is also calculated using the interpolation method and then the index position is determined, and the results of the same index between theoretical and practical tests are carried out by producing a predetermined scheme. This research will produce a website-based application that translates programming terms with simple, effective, and accurate searches.

Abstract

Traveling is a very pleasant thing, but traveling is really bad if the Traveler has motion sickness. So that the trip can be enjoyed more, travelers should drink or use anti-motion sickness drugs. There are several recommendations for anti-motion sickness drugs for travelers, such as: Dimenhydrinate, Antimo Strip, Tolak Angin, Dramamine, Promethazine, and Ondansetron. There are many anti motion sickness drugs circulating in the market today, so in this case a decision support system is needed to determine which anti motion sickness drugs are good for consumption by all groups, in determining them there are several alternatives and criteria including Certificates and Permits, Content, Dosage , contraindications, and side effects. A decision support system is needed in determining the best recommendations for motion sickness drugs with a combination of the ROC (Rang Order Centroid) method to produce weight values for certain criteria and the OCRA (Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis) method which produces the best preferences based on data such as alternatives and criteria. which has been determined, then produces the best preference value in the 3rd alternative, namely Reject Wind with a final preference value of 1.2725 as the best alternative.

Abstract

Determining outstanding students in an educational institution is a decision made based on variables that are considered capable of determining student achievement. Therefore, in its determination, it is hoped that there will be minimal errors, so that qualified technology and techniques are needed. In determining the outstanding students, the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) technique was used. K-NN is a classification technique that is able to handle an object with various patterns in a large number. This method will group the data obtained with neighboring data based on their distance. This method is often used because it is very simple and easy to understand. This research produced outstanding students at Islamic Imam Islamic boarding schools by looking at the variables used as benchmarks for students.

Abstract

Abstrak−Kasi (Kepala Seksi) pada suatu pemerintahan desa merupakan unsur pelaksana operasional pemerintahan yang dipimpin seorang kepala seksi. Peran kasi sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemerintahan desa. Dalam penentuan Kasi terbaik haruslah memenuhi beberapa kriteria seperti Lama Bekerja, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Loyalitas Kerja, Usia dan Pendidikan Terakhir. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut menggunakan metode Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) untuk memperoleh data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam menentukan kriteria Kasi terbaik. Sehingga dalam penelitian penentuan Kasi terbaik ini, menghasilkan alternatif A5 dengan nilai 1.347 sebagai alternatif terbaik. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Kasi; Metode OCRA Abstract−Kasi (Section Head) in a village government is an element of implementing government operations led by a section head. The role of the cation is very much needed in improving the quality of village governance. In determining the best Kasi must meet several criteria such as Length of Work, Community Service, Work Royality, Age and Last Education. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to overcome this problem using Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) to obtain the data needed to determine the best Kasi criteria. Abstract

Princess tourism is one of the promotional media to introduce the culture of the region and the tourism potential that each region has. The tourism and culture office of West Nias regency held a selection to get the best daughter to become a tourism princess in accordance with the provisions. The process is still classified as manual making the selection process longer and less efficient. The assessment system using SPK is very helpful for judges in the selection process to get the best daughters from the many daughters listed. In this study, the authors used the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to assist a system that can assist judges in the selection process based on predetermined criteria. The application of Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) (WASPAS) is expected to facilitate judges in the selection process that is in accordance with the criteria, faster and more efficient as expected.

Abstract

Sistem informasi dan komunikasi saat ini sangat cepat bahkan pengiriman pesan, dampak dari perkembangan teknologi ini sangat mudah menyerang komputer dan internet, karena kemajuan atau kejahatan juga semakin meningkat dibidang informasi teknologi. Algoritma affine chiper merupakan salah satu bentuk dari caesar chiper dimana cara melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi hampir sama dengan caesar cipher hanya saja digunakakn formula plaintext dan chipertext .sebelumnya algoritma algoritma affine chiper merupakan uraian dari caesar chiper mengalihkan plaintext dengan sebuah nilai dan menambahkannya dengan sebuah pergeseran. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu mengatakan bahwa affine chiper untuk meningkatkan keamanan pesan asli yang di acak sedemikian rupa sehingga menjadi pesan sesuatu yang sulit dimengerti oleh orang lain. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana metode kriptografi dapat dikombinasikan dengan steganography untuk mengoptimalkan keamanan pesan. Algoritma affine chipper digunakan untuk mengenkripsikan dan deskripsi pesan yang akan disembunyikan saat menggunaan metode pixel value differencing (PDV) menyembunyikan pesan rahasia yang telah terenkripsi pada bentuk citra digital.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan konseling merupakan guru yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam membantu permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di sekolah dan lingkungannya, bertujuan untuk membantu siswa mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangan secara optimal sebagai makhluk Tuhan, sosial, dan pribadi. Sehingga perlu melakukan seleksi dalam penerimaan guru bimbingan konseling karena layanan bimbingan konseling mempunyai peranan penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Proses seleksi penerimaan guru bimbingan konseling saat ini masih dinilai secara subjektif sehingga mempengaruhi kelancaran dalam proses pembelajaran siswa. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, untuk menjunjung tinggi objektivitas dalam seleksi penerimaan guru bimbingan konseling maka perlu dibangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menyelesaikan proses seleksi penerimaan guru bimbingan konseling. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah suatu sistem yang dibuat untuk memecahkan masalah. Saat ini sudah berkembang metode-metode penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan, diantaranya AHP dan MOORA. Penerapan metode AHP dan MOORA dinilai mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Hasil yang diharapkan dari perancangan sistem adalah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan agar dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam melakukan seleksi penerimaan guru bimbingan konseling secara objektif dengan menerapkan dua metode yaitu metode AHP dan metode MOORA, yang mana Metode AHP dapat memberikan bobot yang optimal karena melakukan perbandingan terhadap kriteria secara berpasangan dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode MOORA untuk perangkingan.

Abstract

In the current era of technological progress, many institutions have used and taken advantage of these technological advances. Not only large-scale institutions or organizations, small-scale institutions or organizations have also taken advantage of the role of this technology. Likewise with Mangga Dua Village which has taken advantage of these technological advances. Mangga Dua Village collaborates with Karang Taruna to assist in the process of disseminating information conveyed to communities outside Mangga Dua Village by utilizing the role of technology. In Mangga Dua Village, the role of Karang Taruna is to help advance and develop Mangga Dua Village. One of the main roles of Karang Taruna is to assist in the use of technology for the process of product marketing activities produced by the community in Mangga Dua Village. The promotion process for Mangga Dua Village products and also the Mangga Dua Village profile will later be carried out in the form of videos to make it easier to see the message conveyed. The lack of knowledge or expertise of Karang Taruna members is because there is still no training or assistance in the process of creating video content. The video editing process has now been helped a lot with free applications that can be accessed and used by anyone. Video editing training conducted by the Budi Darma University dedication team to members of the Mangga Dua Village Youth Organization is useful for assistance in video editing and also aims to increase creativity for Karang Taruna members.

Abstract

Di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, khususnya Kecamatan Peukan Bada terdapat 126 UMKM yang terdata pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Aceh. Yang terdiri dari 100 usaha Mikro, 25 usaha Kecil dan 1 usaha kecil (Aceh, t.thn.). Dari 126 UMKM yang ada sebagian besar membuat produk khas Aceh, seperti membuat kue tradisional, membuat kerajinan tangan dari rotan, dan lain sebagainya. Ada berbagai cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan produk hasil dari UMKM tersebut selain dari meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dijual. Cara yang cukup praktis untuk di tempuh adalah dengan promosi produk agar produk tersebut dapat di kenal oleh masyarakat secara luas sehingga masyarakat mengetahui kelebihan-kelebihan dari produk tersebut dan tertarik untuk membelinya. promosi menggunakan media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Sebagian besar UMKM di kabupaten Aceh Besar khususnya di kecamatan Peukan Bada belum melakukan promosi produk melalui media sosial. Karena jumlah pengguna yang sangat banyak maka platform TikTok sangat cocok dijadikan platform media sosial sebagai sarana promosi produk-produk UMKM di kecamatan Peukan Bada. TikTok memiliki fitur yang bernama TikTok Ads Manager yang berfungsi untuk mengatur iklan promosi produk sehingga iklan tersebut sampai kepada responden yang memiliki peluang besar untuk membeli produk yang di iklankan. Penggunaan TikTok juga karena TikTok merupakan platform yang ideal untuk bisnis berskala kecil.
