Abstract

This study examines the creation of Customer Value with the supporting variables Relationship Quality and Cost-to-Cost as variables that can affect value. Customer Value for the company in building relationships in the future.This research takes companies that supply fabric dyes to textile companies by conducting interviews via emailand in-person interviews. The method used is to examine qualitatively and quantitatively. In qualitative research,it examines the costs incurred which have a correlation with customer service and the estimated actual costs forindividual services. Furthermore, quantitative measurements are carried out to check the quality of RQ,profitability from past customers, Customer Lifttime Value (CLV) by presenting the proposed framework. In thefinal section, an evaluation of the effect of RQ on CLV is carried out which results in the conclusion that RQ hasan effect on driving customer costs and profitability in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 < = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 < = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows β2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline. Abstract

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

Abstract

Nowadays many companies, shops and home industries need promotional media to be known by the wider community. Many promotional media are used to promote a company or product being sold, one of which is brochures, stickers, banners and x-banners. For a company or store that offers its products, brochures, stickers, banners and x-banners serve as promotional media so that people are more familiar with the products being sold and know the latest information related to the promotion of the store or company.One such company or store is the Indo Raya Fishing Shop. Indo Raya Fishing Shop, located in the city of Semarang, is engaged in the sale of fishing equipment and other supporting accessories. In this case, Toko Pancing Indo Raya wants to promote the goods sold in its store and the latest information, which previously only sold wholesale, can now buy in retail or individually. From this problem, the author uses the interview method, namely the author conducts direct talks with the Indo Raya Fishing Shop and the author's observations go directly to the field to find the data needed.Making designs based on existing theories and using design principles and then processing them with computer programs such as Adobe Photoshop Cs3 and Corel Draw X4

Abstract

CV KAP Semarang is a company is engaged in Manpower Providers, the employee data management system and salary calculation at CV KAP Semarang , is still carried out in the conventional way, namely bookkeeping is carried out every 25th of every month taken from each worker, then the company makes billing to each user or outsourcing service user on the 1st to 10th every month, there are weaknesses or obstacles to the system, namely: Often there is a data discrepancy, which is obtained by the finance department from the personnel section of the user, so that the salary calculation process in the financial section is long delays in data input and can also result in incorrect salary calculations .. With a manual system or it takes a long time and is inefficient because you have to wait about 10 days or 1 week to wait for the data input process to calculate the salary. The process of reporting to the leadership also experienced delays because of the delay in the process.

Abstract

This community service aims to support the development of batik businesses in Kampoeng Jadoel, Semarang, through the implementation of digital marketing strategies. This activity is motivated by the challenges faced by batik MSMEs, such as limited market access, low digital literacy, and competition in the era of globalization. The implementation method includes digital literacy training, mentoring in creating marketing content, and optimizing the use of digital platforms such as social media, marketplaces, and websites. The results of the program show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of digital marketing, the ability to utilize digital media for promotion, and an increase in sales of batik products. In addition, stronger branding and more interactive relationships with consumers are created. This program also provides recommendations for business sustainability, such as the development of an integrated digital marketing system and ongoing coaching. It is hoped that this service can be a model for community empowerment in supporting economic independence based on local wisdom.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently increasingly rapid and diverse, supported by computer devices. Primarily in the field of information systems, information systems in related educational institutions are usually called academic information systems, for example student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, schedule data, grade data. Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatusuban Semarang is a school that conveys information through media, so that when conveying information it is not fast enough because the means of communication are lacking between the school, students and parents are not good at digesting academic information, to overcome the problem the author created an Academic Information System with a Knowledge Management method based on Web and PHP as programming languages ​​and use MySQL database. With the existence of a web-based information system with the Knowledge Management method, this can be a solution to solving the problems that exist at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatusuban Semarang because web technology is easy and easy to access anywhere by parents and students, as well as teachers and employees can manage academics. offline (in a school environment) because the Knowledge Management method itself is a collection of information that is put together in one place and can provide knowledge to users effectively and efficiently in supporting activities

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menghasilkan sebuah permainan edukatif anak berjudul "The Way of Life" yang diperuntukkan bagi siswa sekolah dasar dengan memanfaatkan multimedia. Permainan ini dibuat untuk mendukung anak-anak dalam memahami nilai-nilai kehidupan dan keterampilan dasar melalui interaksi yang menyenangkan dan informatif. Proses pembuatan game ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan konten yang sesuai dengan kurikulum pendidikan dasar. Konsep permainan mencakup elemen pendidikan seperti pengenalan nilai-nilai etika, keterampilan sosial, serta pengetahuan dasar lainnya yang disampaikan melalui cerita yang menarik dan interaksi multimedia. Rancangan game ini mencakup penggunaan grafik warna-warni, animasi, dan suara untuk menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan interaktif. Metode pengembangan yang diterapkan meliputi tahap perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi untuk memastikan bahwa game ini mencapai tujuan edukasi dan berfungsi optimal pada perangkat yang digunakan oleh siswa. Temuan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan "The Way of Life" mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai kehidupan serta keterampilan dasar dengan pendekatan yang menarik dan efektif. Percobaan yang dilakukan pada sekelompok murid sekolah dasar menunjukkan reaksi positif terhadap elemen pendidikan dan kesenangan dari permainan ini. Dengan cara ini, permainan edukasi ini dapat berfungsi sebagai perangkat yang berguna dalam proses pengajaran, menawarkan pilihan inovatif untuk materi pembelajaran konvensional. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan media pendidikan berbasis multimedia yang mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan untuk anak-anak.
