Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persentase penambahan wortel dan daun kelor terhadap tingkat kesukaan (warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur) nugget ayam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa timoreng panua (25 orang) kecematan pancarijang, kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Pada bulan mei 17 2024. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua perlakuan yang pertama dengan penambahan wortel dan kedua dengan penambahan daun kelor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh persentase penambahan wortel terhadap tingkat kesukaan warna Pada nugget ayam penambahan wortel adalah 4,44. tingkat kesukaan aroma Pada nugget ayam penambahan wortel adalah 4,36. tingkat kesukaan rasa Pada nugget ayam penambahan wortel adalah 4,48. tingkat kesukaan tekstur Pada nugget ayam penambahan wortel adalah 4,52. Sedangkan persentase penambahan daun kelor terhadap tingkat kesukaan warna Pada nugget ayam penambahan daun kelor adalah 4,52.tingkat kesukaan Aroma Pada nugget ayam penambahan Daun Kelor adalah 4,4. tingkat kesukaan Rasa Pada nugget ayam penambahan Daun Kelor adalah 4,44. tingkat kesukaan tekstur Pada nugget ayam penambahan Daun Kelor adalah 4,44. Dari perbedaan pengaruh pedambahan wortel dan daun kelor didapatkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara parameter kedua perlakuan tersebut dikarenakan dikarenakan dari segi warna dan aroma nugget ayam dengan penambahan daun kelor lebih dominan sedangkan dari segi rasa dan tekstur nugget ayam dengan penambahan wortel lebih dominan, jadi kedua perlakuan tersebut dapat diterima dimasyarakat.

Abstract

The problems that occur in the Asoka Women Farmers Group include agricultural activities, increasing product innovation capacity, resulting in a lack of access to agricultural education and training which hinders the progress of the women farmers group. The problem that occurs with domestic waste is difficulty in management. Overcoming the domestic waste problem requires a holistic approach through innovative green waste management. The aim of the implementation is to carry out mentoring activities for green innovation in the transformation of agricultural waste into quality products. The method is a method of counseling and training in making dodol from banana peels, crackers from tofu dregs and candied watermelon peels. The partners involved in this activity are the Asoka Farming Women's Group, Kelurahan Kadidi. The activity was implemented on January 13 2024. The results of this activity were an increase in knowledge which could be seen from the community's activeness in the activity. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity is that the implementation of the activity ran smoothly in collaboration with Kadidi Village officials. Participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in the activity.

Abstract

Soy milk is a drink that has high nutrition, especially because of its protein content. Soybeans have a protein content of around 35%, even in superior varieties, the protein content can reach 40-43% (Margono et., al. 2000). Apart from that, soy milk also contains fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, pro-vitamin A, vitamin B complex (except B12) and water. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding a variety of spices (cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), nutmeg (Myristica fragrans)) and cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)) with different concentrations in making soy milk. Based on the results of organoleptic tests that were carried out on samples with the addition of 2% spices, it was found that the average level of panelists' liking was higher in the SK 4 (cinnamon) samples with values for color (3.72), taste (3.62), aroma (3.72), and texture (3.76). Meanwhile, the results of the organoleptic test on samples with the addition of 3% showed that the average level of preference for the panelists was color SK 2 (3.56), taste SK (3.61), aroma SK (3.57), and texture SK (3 .76).

Abstract

Persepsi merupakan kemampuan otak dalam menterjemahkan stimulus yang masuk ke dalam alat indera manusia. Dalam persepsi akan terdapat perbedaan sudut pandang dalam pengindraan. Ada yang mempersepsikan sesuatu itu positif ada pula yang mempersepsikan sesuatu negatif yang mana hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap tindakan manusia yang tampak atau nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan persepsi orang tua dengan profesi petani karet terhadap pendidikan bagi anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang disajikan dengan deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif adalah suatu bentuk penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, baik fenomena alamiah maupun fenomena buatan manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi setiap orang tua berbeda-beda, yang mana sebagian besar orang tua dengan profesi petani karet berpersepsi bahwa anak mereka hanya perlu sekolah sampai tingkat SLTA, sedangkan sebagian kecil orang tua dengan profesi petani karet memberikan kebebasan kepada anak-anak mereka bersekolah setinggi-tingginya.

Abstract

In this study, zinc oxide (ZnO) and silver (Ag) nanoparticles were synthesized using Annona muricata leaf extract as a reducing and stabilizing agent with variations in the molar ratio of 1:3, 1:5, and 1:7. Optical characterization using UV-Visible spectroscopy revealed that the variations of molar ratio influence the absorption peak and band gap energy of the resulting ZnO and Ag. UV-Vis results show that the molar ratio 1:5 was optimal for synthesizing ZnO and Ag. The band gap value of synthesized ZnO and Ag at a 1:5 molar ratio was 3.27 eV and 2.01 eV, with absorption peaks at 355 nm and 435 nm respectively. XRD characterization shows that ZnO nanoparticles has a hexagonal wurtzite structure with lattice parameters of a = 76 Å and c = 4. 95 Å and for Ag nanoparticles has a face centered cubic structure with lattice parameters a = b = c is 4.15 Å. Annona muricata leaves extract shows photocatalytic properties that can be applied to the degradation of polluted water. This shows that ZnO nanoparticles via green synthesis using Annona muricata leaf extract is a very simple, low-cost and environmentally friendly method.

Abstract

Tofu dregs are a solid waste generated during the tofu production process, but they can be repurposed as food due to their rich nutritional content, including protein and minerals. One innovative use of tofu pulp is to process it into serundeng (a flaked coconut dish). To enhance the nutritional quality, particularly the protein content, dried shrimp (rebon), which is rich in protein, can be added. This study aims to determine the impact of adding dried shrimp on the moisture content, protein content, yield, and the processing method based on sensory evaluation, such as color, aroma, taste, and texture. The method used was a completely randomized design with four treatments and three replications: A (0% dried shrimp), B (5% dried shrimp), C (10% dried shrimp), and D (15% dried shrimp). Adding dried shrimp significantly affected the moisture and protein content but did not significantly affect the yield. The highest moisture content was found in treatment A (0%) at 18.63% and tended to decrease with the increase of dried shrimp due to its dry nature. Conversely, the protein content increased with the addition of dried shrimp, with the highest value in treatment D (15%) at 26.20%. The highest yield was recorded in treatment C (10%) at 22.77%, but the differences between treatments were not statistically significant. Each attribute showed a different best treatment based on the sensory evaluation results. Treatment A (0%) scored the highest for the color attribute at 4.20, indicating that the panelists preferred the panelists most preferred the product without dried shrimp addition. The best taste was found in treatment D (15%) with a score of 4.27, while the best aroma was found in treatment C (10%) with a score of 4.11. Treatment C (10%) scored the highest for the texture attribute at 4.23, indicating the most preferred texture. Treatment C (10%) was considered the most balanced regarding taste, aroma, and texture, making it the best formulation regarding panelist preference.

Abstract

Various types of jobs that require a lot of manpower, are now easy to do with the presence of technology. One of the technologies that is massive and highly developed today, and has penetrated into various human sectors is AI (Artificial intelligence), or what is commonly called artificial intelligence. The implementation of the use of AI in education has great potential to change the way learning and educational efficiency are achieved. In the reality that is found today, the use of AI, which should be used for positive things, tends to be negative. The purpose of this study, namely to identify the problem of AI advancement or artificial intelligence and its implications for the character of students, then is relevant to the concept of Said Nursi's character education as an effort to provide solutions to the problem of using AI in Islamic education which has implications for the characteristics of students. The method used in this study is qualitative, through literature review. The results of this study show the impact caused by AI on human characters, such as excessive addiction, loss of human interaction, potential for plagiarism and cheating, in his teaching Said Nursi emphasized the importance of character education, His approach to education is holistic and integrates faith and knowledge, which has significant relevance in the era of artificial intelligence such as holistic education, ethical foundations, integration of science and faith, the role of educators, human-centered AI, and spiritual resilience.

Abstract

Latar Belakang Hipertermia merupakan suatu kondisi meningkatnya suhu tubuh di atas batas normal (>38°C), yang sering terjadi pada anak usia balita sebagai respon terhadap infeksi atau gangguan sistem tubuh lainnya. Kondisi ini berpotensi menimbulkan komplikasi serius seperti dehidrasi, kejang demam, hingga gangguan neurologis jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada An. A Usia 26 Bulan Implementasi Terapi Kompres Bawang Merah Untuk Menurunkan Suhu Tubuh Dengan Diagnosis Keperawatan Hipertermia. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain studi kasus deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah klien anak dengan diagnosis hipertermia yang berada di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Talise, sampel adalah klien anak dengan masalah hipertermia. Hasil penelitian dari pengkajian yang di lakukan kepada An. A di temukan data subjektif ibu klien mengatakan klien demam sejak 2 hari yang lalu, demam dirasakan pada malam hari, batuk berdahak, gelisah, rewel, flu dan sulit tidur klien juga nampak suhu tubuh meningkat diatas batas normal, kulit teraba hangat, gelisah dan rewel. Tanda-tanda vital : TD= 106/63 mmhg, N= 150x/mnt, S= 38,4°C, RR= 55 x/mnt.diagnosa yang ditemukan pada anak an. A yaitu hipertermia. Setelah diberikan terapi kompres bawang merah terjadi penurunan suhu tubuh yaitu pada implementasi h-1 didapatkan hasil tubuh dari di dapatkan hasil suhu tubuh dari 38,4°C menjadi 38,0°C. Pada implementasi hari ke 2 di temukan hasil suhu tubuh dari 37,9°C menjadi 37,7°C dan pada implementasi hari ke 3 di temukan hasil suhu tubuh dari 37,6°C menjadi 36,6°C. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa adanya penurunan suhu tubuh setelah dilakukan kompres hangat. Pada hari pertama pengkajian didapatkan hasil suhu tubuh 38,4°C. Setelah dilakukan tindakan terapi kompres bawang merah sampai hari ke-3, suhu tubuh menurun menjadi 36,6°C.
