Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana brand ambassador Twice serta mutu produk memengaruhi keputusan konsumen saat membeli produk Scarlett Whitening di platform Shopee. Latar belakang studi ini adalah perkembangan pesat dalam strategi pemasaran digital, di mana citra selebriti dan pandangan mengenai mutu produk sangat penting dalam membentuk keputusan beli, terutama di kalangan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kedua variabel independen, yaitu brand ambassador dan mutu produk, “terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penelitian survei dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert, yang melibatkan 117 peserta yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan pengalaman mereka dalam membeli produk Scarlett Whitening di Shopee.  Untuk menganalisis data, diterapkan teknik Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS4.  Temuan dari dari studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas barang berpengaruh yang secara signifikan terhadap pilihan untuk membeli dan menjadi faktor utama yang memotivasi pembeli untuk melakukan transaksi. Di sisi lain, brand ambassador tidak memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan beli, walaupun berperan dalam memperkuat kesan dan daya tarik produk. Temuan  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan sebaiknya lebih fokus pada peningkatan mutu produk untuk menjaga minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana kualitas produk dan harga memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk membeli produk Pond’s Men di TikTok Shop. Latar belakang dari studi ini muncul dari cepatnya perkembangan social commerce, di mana video pendek, demonstrasi barang, dan rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh algoritma memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pandangan konsumen, terutama dalam kategori perawatan kulit pria. Sasaran dari studi ini adalah untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kualitas produk dan harga sebagai variabel yang berdiri sendiri memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert, melibatkan 101 peserta yang dipilih secara purposive sampling berdasarkan pengalaman mereka dalam membeli produk Pond’s Men dalam enam bulan terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. studi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh baik yang berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian dan berperan sebagai elemen kunci yang mendorong konsumen untuk bertransaksi. Variabel harga juga memiliki pengaruh yang besar, di mana persepsi tentang keterjangkauan, kecocokan harga dengan kualitas, serta promo di TikTok Shop semakin memperkuat ketertarikan untuk membeli. Secara keseluruhan, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus mengutamakan peningkatan kualitas produk dan strategi penetapan harga yang bersaing untuk menjaga ketertarikan dalam pembelian dari pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu dampak penting dari perubahan iklim adalah pengelolaan air permukaan menjadi semakin sulit akibat pola hujan yang berubah, sehingga banyak pihak memanfaatkan air tanah sebagai sumber air baku. Selain kuantitas, pemanfaatan air tanah juga tergantung pada kualitasnya yang ditentukan oleh sejarah pembentukannya, jenis batuan yang dilewati, serta pencemaran. Di Kabupaten Nganjuk Provinsi Jawa Timur yang menjadi salah satu lumbung padi nasional banyak petani memanfaatkan air tanah untuk menutup kekurangan air irigasi, namun di beberapa tempat mengalami penggaraman. Penyelidikan dilakukan pada 61 air sumur dan mata air untuk mengetahui sifat fisik dan kimia, selanjutnya dianalisis sebaran dan karakteristiknya, serta membuat model konseptualnya. Makalah ini menyajikan hasil studi karakterisasi geokimia, dan asal usul proses penggaraman air tanah. Berdasarkan karakteristik geokimianya air tanah di daerah penelitian dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi 5 fasies, yaitu fasies kalsium-magnesium-klorida (Ca2+-Mg2+-HCO32-), percampuran kalsium-natrium bikarbonat (Ca2+-Na+- HCO32-), percampuran kalsium-magnesium-klorida (Ca2+-Mg2+-Cl-), kalsium-magnesium-klorida-sulfat (Ca2+-Mg2+-Cl--SO42-), dan alkali-klorida sulfat (Na+-K+-Cl--SO42-). Hasil kajian menunjukkan, bahwa air tanah payau hanya dijumpai di bagian utara daerah penelitian yang masuk dalam Zona Perbukitan Kendeng, khususnya di Formasi Kalibeng yang merupakan sedimen asal laut. Dengan demikian penggaraman air tanah di utara daerah penelitain bukan karena intrusi air laut.Abstract. One of the significant impacts of climate change is the surface water management is becoming increasingly difficult due to changing rainfall patterns, making groundwater the primary choice for raw water. In addition to quantity, groundwater utilization also depends on its quality, which is determined by its genesis, the type of rocks it passes through, and pollution. In Nganjuk Regency, East Java Province, which is one of the nation's rice granaries, many farmers use groundwater for irrigation to cover raw water shortages. In this regency and its surrounding areas, several water sources have been salinized. An investigation was conducted by taking 61 well and spring water samples to determine their cation and anion content, then analyzing their distribution and characteristics. This paper presents the results of a groundwater characterization study and the origins of the groundwater salinization process. Based on groundwater geochemical characteristics, five groundwater facies have been identified within the study area: calcium–magnesium–bicarbonate (Ca²⁺–Mg²⁺–HCO₃⁻), Mixed calcium–sodium–bicarbonate (Ca²⁺–Na⁺–HCO₃⁻), Mixed calcium–magnesium–chloride (Ca²⁺–Mg²⁺–Cl⁻), Calcium–magnesium–chloride–sulfate (Ca²⁺–Mg²⁺–Cl⁻–SO₄²⁻), and Alkali–chloride–sulfate (Na⁺–K⁺–Cl⁻–SO₄²⁻). These facies reflect the diversity of hydrogeochemical processes and lithological influences present across the study area. The results of the study also indicate that brackish groundwater is found exclusively in the northern part of the study area, specifically within the Kendeng Hills Zone, and is primarily associated with the Kalibeng Formation which consists of marine-origin sedimentary rocks.Submitted: 2025-08-14 Revisions:  2025-10-24 Accepted: 2026-02-01 Published: 2026-02-05

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores the impact of price and product quality on the acquisition of Skintific Moisturizer through the Tokopedia marketplace. Employing a quantitative framework with verificative and descriptive designs, the study gathered primary data via Likert-scaled instruments from a purposive sample of 100 verified customers. The analysis, executed through Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS, reveals that both variables contribute positively and significantly to buying choices. Notably, the data suggests that pricing strategies exert a more substantial influence than product attributes in shaping consumer final decisions Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Skincare, Tokopedia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on the purchase decision of Glad2Glow Facial Wash products on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 99 respondents who are Shopee users and have previously purchased Glad2Glow Facial Wash products. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research model explains 73.8% of the variance in purchase decisions (R² = 0.738). These findings suggest that promotional strategies are the primary factor driving consumer purchase decisions on e-commerce platforms. Abstract

As a famous tourism destination in Indonesia, Malang Raya has many interesting places for visiting, like river. River becomes an important part in tourism spatial planning of a region, because almost all the waste from human activities dumped into the river, thus it will affect the quality of the river water. Malang Raya passed by 12 sub-watersheds whereas 4 of them passed 3 districts/cities, namely Metro, Bango, Amprong and Manten sub-watershed. Therefore, it needs an integrated spatial planning between the three regions, especially to support tourism destination. The purpose of this research is to formulate water carrying capacity assessment and its recommendation in spatial planning in Malang area. This is a quantitative-descriptive study using regular monitoring of water quality in 20 rivers surrounding Malang Raya by Malang Department of Environment. The results of this study show that the sub-watershed area of Metro, Bango, Amprong and Manten are classified into mild contaminated. This condition, one of them, is caused by land use changing in upstream areas. A bit more pollution in the river will affect the number of tourist visits to Malang Raya area.Keywords: Amprong, Bango, Manten, Metro, sub-watershed, water pollution index.

Abstract

Talangagung Edu-Tourism Landfill is one of the landfills in Indonesia that leads to the Edu-Tourism Landfill. Thus, there is a need for OHS risk management for workers to improve service to tourists. Aim of the study is to determine, identify, analyze, and compile hazard sources or injury potential and risk assessment in activities from technical workers in the work area of Talangagung Edu-Tourism, as well as risk control that can be applied to reduce the consequences of each hazard sources or injury potential. The data collected through observations, interviews, and brainstorming to all technical workers and a chief. The processing of occupational health and safety risk management data was based on the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) concept. The hazard source or injury potential identification finds 7 activities. Each of which several steps along with their hazard source or injury potential and consequences identified. There are 43 hazard sources or injury potentials, from which, based on the risk assessment, 14 are extreme (E), 12 are high (H), 2 are medium (M), and 15 are low (L). The control divided into two. Eight of the controls conducted by the management of Talangagung Edu-Tourism and seventeen of the rest controls suggested by the researcher. By applying OHS Risk Management, they will increase the number of tourists because it improves the quality of the workers in service.Keywords: Job Safety analysis, OHS, risk management.

Abstract

Lead become a frequent problem in the environment, especially in the soil. However, there are plenty of plant species that can be used to overcome that problem. This study was aimed to analyze the effectiveness of Vetiver grass to reduce hyper-accumulate heavy metal such as lead (Pb) in the soil. Moreover, this study focused on the determination of heavy metals in the soil before plantation and after plantation of Vetiver. The method used was by planting the Vetiver grass in soil that was already treated by lead nitrate, lead chloride, and lead sulfate. Samples were collected from these treated soil every two weeks and samples of the vetiver grass were taken after one week for ten weeks. The result shows that Vetiver grasses are able to remove hyper-accumulate lead from the treated soil.Key words: Heavy metals, hyper accumulator, Vetiver grass.

Abstract

Flyover construction in urban areas can pose environmental risks, particularly air pollution and traffic congestion, that may adversely affect public health and vehicle operating costs. This study aims to analyze environmental risks arising during the construction phase of the Aloha Flyover Project and to formulate appropriate mitigation strategies. Data were collected through field surveys and structured interviews with 50 respondents at five locations with high traffic intensity. Risk probability and impact were assessed using the Severity Index and a probability-impact matrix. High-priority risks were further examined using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Minimum Cut Set analysis to identify dominant root causes. Risk mitigation strategies were developed based on the 4T framework: Terminate, Treat, Transfer, and Tolerate. The results indicate that increased vehicle operating costs and respiratory health disturbances constitute the most significant risks. These risks are primarily influenced by stop-and-go traffic conditions, elevated engine temperatures, prolonged exposure to vehicle emissions, and construction-generated dust. The findings demonstrate that the combined application of the Treat and Terminate strategies is the most effective for reducing risk levels. In contrast, the Transfer and Tolerate strategies serve as complementary measures. This study confirms that integrating FTA with the 4T approach provides a systematic and practical framework for environmental risk management in urban flyover construction projects, supporting sustainable infrastructure development.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia’s healthcare sector, reflected in the increasing number of hospitals, has also contributed to environmental degradation. The Green Hospital concept is therefore essential to enhance environmental performance in healthcare facilities. However, low awareness of green practices, limited implementation of Green Hospital indicators, and insufficient stakeholder support remain major challenges. Also, the need for this study was due to the intellectual gap relating to the mediation role of service quality to enhance stakeholder satisfaction in a Green Hospital. This study analyzes a service-quality-based Green Hospital model at Brimedika Hospital, Malang, which has demonstrated a strong commitment to environmental initiatives. Using the Slovin formula, 633 respondents were selected from a population of 1,843 individuals. A quantitative approach was applied through questionnaire distribution, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that environmental, socio-cultural, and economic dimensions significantly influence service quality, which subsequently increases stakeholder satisfaction. Service quality acts as a strong mediator, while the economic aspect also has a direct effect on satisfaction. Strengthening socio-cultural aspects through improved service quality emerges as the most effective strategy for achieving a sustainable Green Hospital model. The study offers novelty by integrating three sustainability dimensions and demonstrating the central role of service quality in enhancing stakeholder satisfaction. The community benefits the most from the model, followed by patients and workers. Strengthened education, community engagement, and eco-friendly facilities are recommended for future development.
