Haryono 167, Malang 65145, Jawa Timur, Indonesia Email : haryanto.raynard@gmail.com   ABSTRAK Pada tahun 1939, Cassagrande membuktikan bahwa ketika elektrokinetik diterapkan terhadap tanah berbutir halus yang memiliki kelembaban tinggi, tanah akan mengalami peningkatan tekanan efektif dikarenakan oleh tekanan air pori. Mulai saat itu, beberapa negara di Eropa telah menggunakan metode ini dalam memperbaiki tanah berbutir halus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki masalah pada tanah lempung muai dan mengetahui pengaruh fluktuasi tegangan terhadap kuat geser dan kembang pada tanah lempung muai dengan menggunakan metode injeksi larutan elektrokimia. Injeksi larutan elektrokimia adalah tindakan yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan fenomena elektroosmosis (pergerakan air melalui bahan padat dalam medan listrik) atau aliran larutan polarisasi dikarenakan perbedaan potensial/arus listrik. Larutan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah BaSO4 dengan konsentrasi 10% dan perubahan tegangan 12 volt, 15 volt, 18 volt, dan 24 volt. Sampel tanah ditempatkan dalam kotak uji berukuran 150 x 150 x 500 milimeter. Injeksi larutan elektrokimia dilakukan selama 7 hari. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa variasi perubahan tegangan selama penginjeksian pada tanah lempung yang diperluas mampu meningkatkan nilai kuat geser yang didapatkan dari uji triaksial yaitu dengan meningkatkan tegangan yang diterapkan, nilai kohesi tanah akan  mengalami peningkatan. Hasil pengujian kuat geser sayap menunjukkan bahwa nilai kuat geser setelah dilakukan injeksi sebesar 1,65 kg/cm2 yang mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan nilai kuat geser sebelum injeksi. Uji konsolidasi membuktikan bahwa sampel tanah setelah injeksi menunjukkan kemungkinan terjadinya penurunan nilai Cs tanah sebelum injeksi yaitu 0,03 berubah menjadi 0,017 setelah injeksi. Selain itu, uji kembang bebas menunjukkan hasil yang sama yaitu potensi kembang turun dari 46,67% tanah asli menjadi 12,90% tanah sampel setelah injeksi. Kata kunci: Injeksi larutan elektrokimia, larutan BaSO4, tanah ekspansif, kuat geser, potensial kembang ABSTRACT In 1939, Cassagrande demonstrated that when electrokinetics was applied to fine-grained soil with high moisture content, the soil would experience an increase in effective pressure due to pore water pressure. Since then, several European countries have used this method to improve fine-grained soil. The purpose of this study was to improve the problem of expanding clay soil and to determine the effect of stress fluctuations on the shear strength and swelling of expanding clay soil using the electrochemical solution injection method. Electrochemical solution injection is an action carried out by utilizing the phenomenon of electroosmosis (the movement of water through a solid material in an electric field) or the flow of a polarized solution due to a difference in potential/electric current. The solution used in this study was BaSO4 with a concentration of 10% and voltage changes of 12 volts, 15 volts, 18 volts, and 24 volts. The soil samples were placed in a test box measuring 150 x 150 x 500 millimeters. The electrochemical solution injection was carried out for 7 days. This study found that variations in stress changes during injection into expanded clay soil can increase the shear strength values obtained from triaxial tests. This means that increasing the applied stress increases the soil cohesion value. The wing shear strength test results showed that the shear strength value after injection was 1.65 kg/cm2, an increase compared to the shear strength value before injection. Consolidation tests demonstrated that the soil sample after injection showed a possible decrease in the Cs value of the soil before injection, from 0.03 to 0.017 after injection. Furthermore, the free swelling test showed the same results, with the swelling potential decreasing from 46.67% of the original soil to 12.90% of the sample soil after injection. Abstract

Pencapaian kinerja optimal dalam suatu entitas bisnis sangat ditentukan oleh kapasitas dan kompetensi individu yang terlibat di dalamnya. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan menerapkan berbagai strategi seperti pemberian kompensasi dan peningkatan motivasi kerja. Tujuan kajian ini adalah mengkaji keterkaitan antara kompensasi serta motivasi kerja dengan tingkat kinerja karyawan di Bank BJB Cabang Tamansari Bandung. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggabungkan metode deskriptif serta metode asosiatif. Proses pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Variabel kompensasi tidak berkontribusi signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,335 < 1,677) dengan signifikansi 0,188. Sebaliknya, variabel motivasi berkontribusi positif dan signifikan pada kinerja, dengan t hitung > t tabel (4,880 > 1,677) dan signifikansi < 0,001. Kompensasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berkontribusi signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 19,952 > 3,20 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,001. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,459 menunjukkan bahwa 45,9% variasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih memfokuskan upaya peningkatan motivasi karyawan sebagai strategi utama dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

Landslides can cause soil and land quality degradation. Soil originating from landslide sites has less stable aggregates because it is nutrient-poor. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of hydroseeding media materials on soil stability after landslides. This study was conducted in two landslide areas in Pujon District, Malang Regency (112.417958 E, 7.867472 S) and toll road KM 78 Purwodadi, Pasuruhan Regency (112.726777 E, 7.804978 S), East Java. Soil analysis was carried out with parameters including soil physical characteristics data (bulk density, specific gravity, water content, porosity, texture and permeability) and soil chemical characteristics (organic matter, organic C, N, P, K, pH, CEC, exchangeable K, Na, Ca, Mg, total N and C/N ratio). The application of hydroseeding media was carried out with a combination of the following media: mulch (M), blotong (B), and fertilizer (cow manure; F). The results showed that the two-material formula generally had soil aggregates that were more resistant to water droplets. Soil aggregates with the MB formula treatment had the best aggregate stability compared to ten hydroseeding formulas with other material combinations.

Abstract

Coal mining is an activity that contribute to greenhouse gas emissions, both from methane gas release of coal trap and the loss of lan cover plants. This study was conducted to estimate carbon emissions in coal mining areas inside forest areas by analyzing changes in landcover. The area of this study is Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, where coal mining activities are quite massive. To obtain the extent of changes in land cover and the amount of carbon emissions in the area, analysis of Landsat 5 TM and Landsat 7 ETM+ imagery in 2010 and also the 2016 Landsat 8 OLI / TIRS imagery was used. The results showed that in the area of study there was a change in landcover of 12,663.28 Ha in the forest areas used for coal mining activities. Carbon emissions generated from this activity amounted to 0.60 Mton CO2-Eq

Abstract

This paper presents the use of remote sensing methods for identifying geological structures on the Blawan-Ijen geothermal field and its system. Remote sensing data, specifically Landsat 8 and DEM SRTM, were utilized to extract lineaments from the 753 multispectral band and derive land surface temperature (LST) from a single thermal infrared band using a retrieval method. Surface emissivity was determined based on the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) of the study area. Remote sensing analysis proved to be an effective approach for identifying geological structures from the surface that control thermal manifestations in the Blawan geothermal field. The results indicate that the Blawan fault is the primary structure in the geothermal field, associated with high LST and hot springs. Interpretation suggests that the reservoir of the Blawan-Ijen geothermal system extends from Plalangan to the southwest area.

Abstract

Villages are often serve as primary centers for agricultural activities and play a crucial role as the main supporters of national food security. Numerous efforts have been undertaken to food security, with the development of farm road infrastructure being one significant initiative. The village government, aligning with its commitment to support the national program, initiated out the construction of farm roads in 2021-2022. This research explores the sustainability of farm road development with the objective of enhancing agricultural productivity, examining five pillars: environment, social aspects, economic considerations, institutional dimension, and law enforcement. The case analysis on Woro Village in the Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Region.A quantitative research methodology was employed, collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 84 respondents who are members of the village community. The data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SMartPLS 4.0 software. The result is indicated by the path-coefficient values of 0.286; 0.294; 0.351; 0.174; and 0.131; with corresponding t-statistic values of 3.746; 2.517; 3.108, 2.154, and 2.393. The associated p-values were 0.00; 0.012; 0.002; 0.031; and 0.017; respectively. The research findings highlight a notable and positive impact stemming from the five development pillars, namely environment, social, economic, institutional, and law enforcement, on the sustainability of agriculture road development.

Abstract

The increase in land limitation as a living space triggered the higher price in the Malang area, thus becoming unaffordable for low-income communities. This problem causes the shift of land choices to the border area, as happened in the Singosari sub-district. But unfortunately, the trend of housing as a current model of housing development will impact the reduction of land space, land conversion, slums, reduced water catchment area, etc. The development of flats is considered to be more appropriate for the sustainable development concept. This study aims to determine the community interest and to know the level of economic affordability for the development of a flats model, especially for low-income communities in Singosari. To support this research, we made 2 designs of flat buildings. This research was conducted at Bumi Mondoroko Raya housing (37.62 Ha). This housing focuses on providing living housing for low-income communities.  We use a descriptive qualitative method and quantitative methods through the distribution of questionnaires. The result shows that the community can not accept the house with the flats model, although they can reach the selling price of flats as 95.24% economically by utilizing the subsidized mortgage for 20 years. Abstract

Despite the rapid growth and disruption introduced by streaming platforms in the media industry, little is known about how these organizations experience and manage internal change. Organizational change in this context is driven by evolving technologies, audience behaviors, and competitive dynamics. To better understand how streaming platforms navigate such change, a systematic literature review is conducted. We categorize existing research into major themes, including strategic adaptation, structural transformation, and innovation capabilities. We analyze the core characteristics of organizational change within streaming services, discuss theoretical and practical challenges, and highlight implications for both scholars and industry leaders. Finally, we propose future research directions to deepen our understanding of change management in digital platform environments.
