Kecelakaan kerja tentu menjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan oleh setiap orang. Melalui 5R atau 5S kemudian diciptakan ruang untk mengatur penataan ruang kerja demi mengurangi kecelakaan kerja. 5R atau 5S ini juga memiliki konsep yang sederhana untuk memberikan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari ruang kerja yang ada. Melalui budaya ini pula masyarakat kemudian diharapkan mampu menciptakan produktivitas yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini sendiri menggunakan metode deskriptif naratif dengan interaksi langsung bersama narasumber. Managing the talent of an organization's workforce effectively and efficiently, including developing and planning succession and employee self-development as much as possible, is the goal of talent management. One of the problems in the SME sector is that the utilization of talent has not been carried out optimally. The purpose of the study was to analyze the development of human resources (HR) in the SME sector in the city of Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection through interviews and library studies. The study results show that talent management has become a basic need for SMEs so that they can and continue to grow in adapting to changes in the business environment. The existence of COVID-19 has had a changing impact on workers, workplaces, and work practices. Changes that arise in work practices include working from home and often using virtual, in interacting with fellow employees. ABC company is a company engaged in digital advertising (advertising) in Indonesia. In the research, an analysis of organizational behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic at ABC company will be presented. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that there were four characteristics of corporate organizational culture seen in ABC company, namely the existence of risk-taking through WFH; company operations are disrupted due to additional time causing less smooth communication with clients; In the aspect of communication between leaders and employees, virtual communication facilities have been provided, although in practice there are still obstacles; teamwork was a little distracted by the time lag response in virtual communication. Adanya COVID-19 berdampak perubahan bagi pekerja, tempat kerja, dan praktik kerja. Perubahan yang muncul dalam praktik kerja diantaranya work from home dan seringkali menggunakan virtual, dalam berinteraksi sesama pegawai. Perusahaan ABC merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang periklanan digital (advertising) di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian, akan disajikan analisis perilaku organisasi selama pandemi COVID-19 di perusahaan ABC. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat empat karakteristik budaya organisasi perusahaan yang terlihat pada perusahaan ABC, yaitu adanya pengambilan risiko melalui WFH; operasional perusahaan terganggu karena ada waktu tambahan menyebabkan kurang lancarnya komunikasi dengan klien; pada aspek komunikasi antara pimpinan dengan karyawan telah disediakan fasilitas komunikasi virtual, walaupun dalam prakteknya masih terdapat kendala; kerja tim sedikit terganggu karena adanya respon jeda waktu dalam komunikasi virtual.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation given by the company to employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. Because the effect of compensation is one of the keys to employee morale and knowing that work comfort has a very significant effect on the performance of Takagi Sari Multi company employees. This study uses online questions to employees of PT. takagi sari multi. The research method used is qualitative research methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that compensation has a very positive effect on the comfort and pleasure of employees, especially in the conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic, compensation has a very good effect in encouraging work comfort, this factor increases employee productivity. working. Based on the study results of the company PT. In running the company and other work businesses, the role of employees is one of the most important roles in the success of the company (office). Human resources are likened to a company valuable asset because they are also another form of investment for the company itself. Employee performance is also related to the success of the company, so what is the reference for being able to maximize employee performance? Apart from a good environment, salary and responsibility arrangements also affect employee performance. This journal is written qualitatively using observation data collection methods, interviews and documentation through journals, books and related discussions. The use of information technology is a necessity and a challenge in this 4th-millennium era. Companies that do not want to use technology that suits their needs will be left behind. The Indonesian government has also required the use of appropriate information technology. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Ministry of SOE Regulation No. Per 02 / MBU / 2013 concerning guidelines for the preparation of information technology management of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) in the field of non-public finance and the implementation of risk management to SOEs that are moderated by corporate governance. The population in this study is State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) in the financial sector. The research sample of 17 SOEs was sampled with the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that IT Governance does not affect firm performance. ERM significantly influences firm performance. Corporate governance that is proxied by the number of audit committee meetings does not moderate IT governance's influence on firm performance and does not mild ERM's effect on firm performance.

Perkembangan Android menjadi sebuah sistem operasi telepon pintar yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia. Sistem Android merupakan pilihan bagi perusahaan yang menginginkan sistem operasi berbiaya rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah aplikasi Android memiliki akseptabilitas berdasarkan kriteria usability. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kuesioner penelitian yang disebar terdiri atas 13 pertanyaan yang dikelompokkan menjadi lima variabel usability. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil bahwa dari 5 variabel usability yang digunakan pada kuesioner, hanya 1 variabel yang signifikan digunakan untuk menganalisis usability aplikasi yaitu memorability. Dari 5 variabel tersebut aplikasi Android belum memenuhi 4 variabel lainnya sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Android belum memenuhi kriteria-kriteria usability, tetapi hasil evaluasi/pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai penerimaan usability oleh user berada di atas angka 3 (diatas nilai tengah) dalam skala 5. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kenaikan tingkat usability adalah mudah diingat sekaligus berpengaruh positif dalam menaikkan tingkat akseptabilitas aplikasi Android.Kata kunci : Telepon pintar, kuesioner, usability, android

Abstract The first aim of this study was to determine the influence perception of the perceived benefits (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) of the attitude (ATU) in receiving information technology (ATI). This research is an explanatory research. Respondents are bank employees as much as 118 peoples. To test the effect of each variable used structural equation modeling analysis techniques (SEM). The results showed a variable perception ease of use (PEU) positive and significant impact on the attitude of using IT (ATU). Variable perception perceived benefits (PU) is positive but not significant effect on attitudes using IT (ATU). Variable perception easy to use (PEU) positive and significant impact on the perceived benefits perception variables (PU). Variable attitude of using IT (ATU) positive and significant impact on the acceptance of IT (ATI). There are research findings that do not support the results of previous studies, namely, perception perceived benefits (PU) but not significant positive effect on the attitude of using IT (ATU). This shows the attitude of the management agreed that the use of information technology is an important banking and its presence is felt very beneficial to the organization and operational staff, but not the key element in determining the attitude to use IT. The management should be able to realize the quality of skilled workers and professional service. The banking industry can standardize that can be used as a reference for the development of IT. IT use also should be able to grow the level of trust and a culture conducive to the customer as a party that directly or indirectly affect the use of IT. Keyword: Technology Acceptance Model, Information Technology Banking   Abstrak Penelitian  bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh persepsi manfaat yang dirasakan (PU) dan persepsi  mudah penggunaannya (PEU) terhadap sikap (ATU) dalam menerima teknologi informasi (ATI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research.  Responden adalah pegawai perbankan sebanyak 118 orang. Untuk menguji pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel digunakan teknik analisis structural equation modeling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel persepsi mudah penggunaannya (PEU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap menggunakan  TI (ATU). Variabel persepsi manfaat yang dirasakan (PU) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sikap menggunakan  TI (ATU). Variabel persepsi mudah penggunaannya (PEU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable persepsi manfaat yang dirasakan (PU). Variabel sikap menggunakan  TI  (ATU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan TI (ATI).Ada  temuan hasil penelitian yang tidak mendukung hasil penelitian sebelumnya, yaitu, persepsi manfaat yang dirasakan (PU) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sikap menggunakan  TI (ATU). Kondisi ni menunjukkan sikap manajemen setuju bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi perbankan merupakan hal yang penting dan kehadirannya dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi organisasi dan staf operasional, tetapi  bukan unsur utama dalam menentukan sikap untuk menggunakan TI.  Pihak manajemen harus mampu mewujudkan skilled workers dan kualitas pelayanan yang professional. Industri perbankan dapat melakukan standarisasi yang dapat digunakan  sebagai acuan pengembangan TI. Penggunaan TI  harus mampu menumbuhkan tingkat kepercayaan dan budaya penggunaannya  terhadap nasabah sebagai pihak yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan TI. Human resource planning within a company includes policies such as recruitment and selection, compensation, performance appraisal, career development, and training and development. Recruitment and selection process becomes the main factor to do professional human resources. The purpose of this research is to know how the concept of recruitment and selection model on family business in small and medium enterprise sector. The object of research is small and medium business in Tasikmalaya city in handicraft sector. The research method used qualitative and data collection through triangulation method where researchers examine the interrelated phenomena from different perspectives. The results showed that family emotional relationship factors often affect the recruitment and selection process of employees. Moreover, Incompetent recruitment and selection models will threaten the performance and even the existence of the company. The poor management of human resources in the family company will have negative impacts such as the outbreak of conflict, the unfavourable working situation, the development of various intrigues, and the high level of employee turnover will ultimately impact on the performance of the company.

The Internet not only provides advancesin technology, but more than that the internet connects individuals. In Indonesia today there are several large startups that utilize the power of ecomony sharing starting from Gojek, Tokopedia, Bukalapak and many other startups. Go Jek not only brings together a vehicle owner with people who need to travel but also brings together a food vendor with people who want to order food. The same goes for Tokopedia and Open Lapak which have helped small retailers own online stores. Not to mention social media which provides an opportunity for small entrepreneurs to be able to promote their trade. The question of this research is why with all the progress and facilities available it is still difficult for SMEs to take advantage of all these facilities? This research consists of several parts. The first part of this study examines how the internet affects the fairies of life in Indonesia. The second part is that this research discusses how ideally a business utilizes internet technology. And the third part of this study talks about why there is a difference in the field between the use of the internet and the potential it should be. Keywords: Internet, SMEs, digitization, social media marketing
