Abstract

Moringa leaf chips are an innovative product from the creative industry of Indo Global Mandiri University students which has great potential to develop in local and international markets. However, the main challenge faced is the lack of knowledge and skills in digital marketing that can support product promotion and sales effectively. This workshop was held with the aim of increasing students' capacity in using digital marketing strategies to market Moringa leaf chips. This activity includes intensive training regarding creative content creation, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and the use of e-commerce. Apart from that, this workshop also provides mentoring and direct practice sessions to help participants apply the knowledge they have gained. It is hoped that the results of this workshop can increase students' knowledge about digital marketing, expand market reach, and increase sales of Moringa leaf chips as a superior product at Indo Global Mandiri University.

Abstract

PT XYZ is an institution or agency with an important role in carrying out government tasks in certain fields. One of the units owned by PT XYZ is an incubator unit that focuses on providing support to MSMEs to develop and improve their business competitiveness. However, in the process of selecting MSMEs that are eligible for the incubation program, there are still obstacles due to an assessment system that is not well structured. This causes difficulties in determining MSMEs that truly meet the criteria and have the potential to develop through the incubation program. One of these problems is the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) application to assist the process of selecting MSMEs that are eligible for incubation at PT XYZ. This application uses a straightforward, logical, and easy-to-understand decision-making method known as the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. By implementing this method, the system is expected to provide more objective and structured assessment results, so that it can increase efficiency in determining the MSMEs that have the most potential to be fostered through the incubation program at PT XYZ.

Abstract

The priority customer assessment process at Company XYZ has a direct influence on increasing the company's operational profits. There are problems in determining priority customers by companies resulting in reduced efficiency and the potential for financial losses due to the use of random, manual and individual opinion-based selection methods, causing significant waste of time. The aim of this research is to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which can help the priority customer assessment process effectively. This system has several assessment indicators that are used to assess priority customers, namely number of orders, length of subscription, amount/nominal payment, payment history. The results of testing and system implementation show that Customer D's alternative received the highest score, namely 0.839, followed by other alternatives with appropriate assessments. With the TOPSIS method, company XYZ can make better decisions related to the weight of the criteria based on the provisions of the criteria that have been determined and can determine the weight of the criteria objectively, prioritize criteria based on customer eligibility levels, and speed up the assessment process. As a result, assessments become fairer, more accurate and in line with company expectations.

Abstract

System Quality and Information Quality are twodimensions which are interrelated in the Information Technologies’s application usage. Those both qualities determinethe output wich is created from electronic learning system as one of the utilization of IT’s ineducation.Because of that, the development and inovation in electronic learning systems are absolutely done by the education institute.Nowadays, universities are also competing to increase the benefit of IT’s in learning-teaching system based on IT.Some of universities held and organize electronic learning as an additionalactivitiesin its lesson as they presented in class regularly.AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP and STIE MDP are currently applied these system in their academic lesson activities.These  research aimed to determine the influence ofSystem Quality and Information Quality to the User Interest and System Usage of online learning system in SIMPONI AMIK MDP, STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP.Authors use questionaire method in these data collection, the Structurel Equation Modelling(SEM) method and SmartPLS V2.0M3 assistance are done in processing and data analize.These research is expecting that the authors can give they contribution to the management in what shall be taken for the next step decision in internet utillization by students in AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP to maximize the academic process.

Abstract

A personnel management information system is a systematic procedure to collect, store, retain, retrieve, and validate data needed by an organization regarding human resources, personnel activities, characteristics of organizational units. PT Tri Canis Aurum is a private company engaged in acacia tree nursery services. In its business process, PT Tri Canis Aurum is still experiencing obstacles, namely the rectification process, managing employee data, calculating salaries, monitoring attendance, monitoring violations, applying for permits/leave, resigning, and assessing employee performance. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based personnel information system at PT Tri Canis Aurum to solve solutions to problems faced with employment. The methodology used is the iteration method, the problem analysis used is PIECES. At the design, the stage used Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). System development using Visual Studio Code and MySQL as the database. The results of the development of an employee information system at PT Tri Canis Aurum can help simplify the employee recruitment process, file employee data more effectively and efficiently, facilitate the attendance monitoring process, communicate between field supervisors and directors more effectively, more accurately calculate salaries and monitor violations

Abstract

PT Laras Astra Kartika ialah sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi disektor pemasaran minyak kelapa sawit yang berupa anak dari PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). Dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik, perusahaan masih memakai cara manual yang memerlukan periode yang panjang serta tidak transparan. Sehingga, dibuatlah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam menyerap pekerja terbaik. Sistem ini dirancang khusus untuk menetapkan pekerja terbaik dengan parameter yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Sistem ini mampu mengelola data karyawan, data kriteria dan sub kriteria, menginput nilai parameter guna mencari dan menentukan karyawan terbaik menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Pengembangan dalam merancang sistem menggunakan metode RUP agar hasil dari penelitian sistem yang dirancang memiliki pendekatan yang lebih objektif dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik yang dihitung menggunakan metode TOPSIS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan layanan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di Universitas XYZ melalui pendekatan IT Service Management (ITSM) dengan menggunakan framework ITIL V3 pada domain Service Operation. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi langsung, wawancara, serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada 51 responden yang terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa, dan staf. Lima subdomain yang dianalisis meliputi Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, Access Management, dan Event Management. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh subdomain berada pada Level 3 (Defined), yang berarti proses telah terdokumentasi namun belum dijalankan secara konsisten dan belum terukur secara optimal. Nilai tertinggi diperoleh pada Access Management (3,43), sedangkan terendah pada Problem Management (2,58). Analisis gap menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat selisih signifikan antara kondisi saat ini dengan target kematangan (Level 4). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti menyusun rekomendasi berupa penyusunan SOP, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, serta pengembangan sistem monitoring layanan secara real-time. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi layanan TI saat ini serta arah perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Recommendations for plants that suit a particular planting location's environmental conditions and soil nutrients can lead to optimal harvest outcomes. Machine learning applications in agriculture have been widely explored, particularly in enhancing crop yields. In this study, two machine learning algorithms, Random Forest and XGBoost Regressor, were implemented to recommend plants based on environmental conditions and soil nutrient levels. The implementation of both algorithms was compared in terms of accuracy using three accuracy metrics: Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Square Error (MSE), and R2. The results indicated that both algorithms exhibited comparable accuracy levels. The Random Forest algorithm demonstrated superior accuracy in terms of MAE and MSE, with values of 36.73681574 and 1.848396760, respectively. Meanwhile, the XGBoost Regressor algorithm displayed good accuracy, mainly when measured using the R2 accuracy metric, achieving a high accuracy level of 0.98542963509705.. Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate IT asset management using the IT Service Management approach at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang. This research focuses on the ITIL V3 framework with the service operation domain which includes service desk management, incident management, RACI, IT assets and networks. The results of this research show that although IT asset management is already at a fairly good maturity level with a maturity value at level 3 "defined", there are several areas that require improvement, such as service response speed, more structured incident management, and documentation of the IT asset life cycle. Maturity level evaluation and gap analysis show that there is a gap between current conditions and the expectations set, which requires improvement in various areas. This research provides recommendations regarding improvements to service desk procedures, incident management, IT asset management, and network maintenance, to improve operational efficiency and service quality. By implementing appropriate recommendations, PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang is expected to be able to more optimally support operations and improve the quality of service to customers.
