Abstract

Latar Belakang: Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) rentan terkena berbagai penyakit lain akibat penurunan status kekebalan tubuhnya. Berbagai masalah fisik, psikologis, ekonomi dan sosial masih menjadi tantangan bagi ODHA dalam menjalani kehidupan. Salah satu upaya untuk mendukung ODHA supaya tetap survive adalah program pendampingan, khususnya oleh peer group. Dimana belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang menggali pengalaman ODHA mengikuti program pendampngan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali pengalaman ODHA dalam program pendampingan oleh peer group di Surakarta. Metode: Metodologi yang digunakan dengan kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi fenomenologi, yakni mengambarkan fenomena yang dialami partisipan secara holistik dalam bentuk kata atau konteks khusus secara ilmiah. Teknik pengumpulan data secara indeph interview terhadap 10 partisipan setelah mencapai saturasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan 4 (empat) tema utama yang menggambarkan pengalaman ODHA dalam program pendampingan peer group. Tema tersebut adalah 1) Sumber motivasi dalam pendampingan, 2) Adanya dukungan baik fisik maupun psikologis, 3) Tantangan yang dihadapi ODHA, dan 4) Harapan terhadap program pendampingan. Kesimpulan: Pengalaman ODHA di Surakarta dalam program pendampingan memberikan gambaran lebih mendalam. Hal ini bisa digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perbaikan kualitas program pendampingan peer group selanjutnya.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Proses pembelajaran daring sudah dimulai sejak Maret-Desember 2020. Selama proses pembelajran daring tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memhami perkuliahan dan merasa cemas jika tidak bisa mendapatkan nilai yang memuaskan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa di Universitas Aisyiyah Surakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Aisyiyah Surakarta pada bulan Januari-Februari 2020. Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 174 responden dari 2 program studi yaitu D III Keperawatan sebanyak 120 responden danD IV Fisioterapi sebanyak 54 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) yang dibuat dalam bentuk google form yang diberikan kepada sampel. Hasil: Penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 36,2% mahasiswa cemas berat, sebanyak 25,9% panik, cemas sedang sebanyak 19,5%, cemas ringan sebanyak 11,5% dan tidak ada kecemasan sebesar 6,9%. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan perkuliahan daring.

Abstract

This research aims to research trends in green accounting on the Scopus database using VOSViewer. This research uses bibliometric analysis methods. Publications related to green accounting taken from the Scopus database were analyzed using descriptive bibliometric analysis. Data obtained from the Scopus database is saved in CSV and RIS form, then entered and analyzed using VOSViewer. The findings from this research are that research on green accounting has been detected since 1992 and 2024 will be the peak of green accounting research with a total of 34 documents. Green accounting research is dominated by authors from the United States who are affiliated with McGill University. After carrying out a bibliometric analysis with the help of VOSViewer, there are seven clusters in green accounting research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and sales growth on company value, as well as to analyze profitability able to strengthen or weaken the relationship between corporate social responsibility and sales growth on company value. The population in this study is processed food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the financial statements for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method and obtained samples from 19 companies. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS software version 22.0. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility has a negative and significant influence on company value, sales growth has no influence and is significant on company value, profitability is able to strengthen the influence of corporate social responsibility relationship on company value, and profitability does not moderate the influence of sales growth relationship on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance on company value. Financial performance is assessed using return on assets (ROA), while good corporate governance is measured through the presence of independent commissioners. Company value is measured by Price Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study were collected from eight mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over a four-year period (2020-2023). Data analysis was carried out using the panel data regression method. The results of the study indicate that financial performance and board percentage do not have a significant effect on company value. This suggests that these two factors may not be the main indicators that investors need to consider in evaluating company value. This finding is relevant for investors or potential investors, providing an understanding that other aspects, such as business strategy, innovation, and management quality, may play a greater role in investment decision making. This study emphasizes the importance of considering additional factors that are more decisive in analyzing company value to help investors make more informed investment decisions.

Abstract

Research Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on students' interest in choosing SIPINTAR products at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pembangunan Kerinci. Methodology: This study uses a quantitative research design with a survey approach. The research sample was 60 students in Kerinci Regency while the sampling technique was the convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis, while the hypothesis testing used the statistical t test and F test with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 application. Research Findings: The results of this study found that partially promotion had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in using SIPINTAR products, while service quality had no effect on students' interest in using SIPINTAR PT. Kerinci Development People's Credit Bank. The results of the F test show that promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on using PT. SIPINTAR products. Kerinci Development People's Credit Bank, with the magnitude of this influence, namely 20.6%. Theoretical Contribution: This research is beneficial for the development of the banking business, especially for regional banks. Research limitation and implication: This study has limitations, namely only examining promotion factors and service quality in influencing the intention to save. However, the results of this study provide information that promotion is a factor in forming interest in using banking products.

Abstract

A wound is a disruption in tissue continuity due to injury or surgery. There are a lot of surgical wounds in Cempaka 2 ward, but there are still many patients and families who don't know how to care for post-operative wounds, so outreach needs to be done. The aim of this outreach is to increase patient and family knowledge in post-operative wound care. The method for implementing this socialization is the lecture and demonstration method. The results of the data obtained were that before the socialization regarding appropriate post-operative wound care was carried out in the Cempaka Room 2, 0 people (0%) were in the good category, 0 people were good (0%), 15 people were less (100%). After conducting socialization about appropriate post-operative wound care in the Cempaka 2 Room with a good category of 15 people (100%), sufficient 0 people (0%), less than 0 people (0%). Based on the community service that has been carried out in Ward Cempaka 2 Kartini Karanganyar Regional Hospital with the theme Socialization of Clean Wound Care in Post Operative Wounds with 15 patients who are very enthusiastic and already know how to carry out post operative wound care correctly as evidenced by the accuracy in answering questions given by speaker.

Abstract

There has been a significant increase in HIV cases in the MSM (men who have sex with men) group. They have a greater risk of contracting HIV than the adult male group in general, which is 22x more likely to contract HIV. This is caused by risky sexual behavior, changing partners without using a condom. HIV infections in the MSM group have increased, 25.8% from 2012 to 2016. The dual stigma of sexual and status as HIV sufferers has caused them to become a hidden and difficult to reach group. This condition contributes to less than optimal handling and prevention of HIV transmission. Changes in physical, psychological and social conditions influence the productivity of PLHIV (People Living with HIV). Opportunistic infections cause physical problems. Losing their jobs, rejection and the risk of mental disorders due to their status as MSM and HIV. The high level of stigma and discrimination still hampers access to health services, thereby affecting the quality of life for PLHIV. This research aims to provide an overview of the quality of life of the MSM group suffering from HIV in Surakarta. The instrument uses a standardized questionnaire, namely the Indonesian version of WHO Quality of Life-HIV Bref which has been tested for validity and reliability. This research is a type of quantitative research using a descriptive research design with 30 respondents. The research results showed that most respondents were unmarried (86.7%), worked as private employees (66.7%), had a high school education (96.7%) and had been diagnosed with HIV for more than 5 years (63.3%). The majority of respondents' quality of life was in the sufficient category, namely 86.6%. The results of this research can be used as a reference in developing further interventions as an effort to improve the quality of life of MSM HIV in Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan persepsi antara Ketua BUMDes, Kepala Desa dan Bendahara Desa terhadap etika penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Dana Desa. Penelitian ini memberi manfaat kepada perangkat desa dan pengelola BUMDes dalam mengelola dana desa dan dana BUMDes guna transparan dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data didapat dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perangkat desa sebanyak 200 responden perangkat desa di Indonesia. Kuesioner yang dikembalikan sebanyak 92 responden yang terdiri dari 48 orang dari ketua BUMDes, 33 orang dari kepala desa dan 11 orang bendahara desa. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil yang didapat melalui pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan persepsi etika penyusunan laporan keuangan secara signifikan antara ketua BUMDes, kepala desa dan bendahara desa. Terdapat perbedaan persepsi etika penyusunan laporan keuangan antara ketua BUMDes dengan kepala desa. Terdapat perbedaan etika penyusunan laporan keuangan antara ketua BUMDes dengan bendahara desa. Tidak terdapat perbedaan persepsi etika penyusunan laporan keuangan yang signifikan antara kepala desa dan bendahara desa. Secara keseluruhan ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 4,940 dengan signifikansi 0,008 (< 0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini antara lain: sosialisasi konsep pemerintah tentang cashless society; literasi keuangan digital perihal pemanfaatan produk layanan pembayaran digital menggunakan QRIS dan memberikan gambaran dan pelatihan dalam pembuatan QRIS untuk UMKM. Penyediaan QRIS merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk menyikapi perubahan transaksi keuangan pasca terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19 juga dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat. Sosialisasi QRIS dilakukan kepada para pelaku usaha Kelompok UMKM Kecamatan Parung Panjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kegiatan ini adalah melalui sosialisasi pemanfaatan QRIS yang akan diterapkan oleh Bank Indonesia kepada pelaku UMKM secara umum. Dalam kegiatan ini, peserta UMKM mendapatkan pelatihan tentang: kewirausahaan, transformasi digital, dan perubahan pengelolaan transaksi jual beli dari konvensinal menjadi transaksi digital.
