Abstract

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between employee work motivation and employee performance. The calculation results show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The problems are in this community service were the lack of socialization of the aquaponic system, the lack of knowledge of the aquaponic system in creating double income, community do not understand the implementation of the aquaponic system, The absence of assistance in finding solutions to problems, what is the impact of community service activities on increasing family income. The purpose of community service is to help find solutions in solving problems faced by catfish enlargement cultivation business groups. Mainly related to increasing community economic income through a simple Aquaponic Production Management system. The solution provided is by introducing Mutualism Production Management, namely processing water for catfish enlargement ponds to be used as liquid fertilizer as vegetable nutrition with the aquaponic system. The target is to increase the economy (valued added) through the use of available resources such as catfish excrement as an additional effort in the hope that they can add business units to increase their income apart from the core business of raising catfish. The method used were training and Science and Technology Substitution Method. Result from the activities were: 1) Aquaponic system socialization activities on catfish enlargement can increase members' understanding of the aquaponic system in increasing family income; 2) Aquaponic system preparation training activities can increase knowledge about aquaponic techniques in creating double income; 3) Aquaponic system practice activities can encourage the independence of the members in developing vegetable growing places as additional income; 4) Assistance activities can provide moral assistance and assist group members in finding solutions to various operational and marketing management constraints; and 5) Community service activities on group aquaponic have an impact on additional revenue from the vegetable crop sales sector, although it is relatively small.Keywords: Double Income, catfish waste, aquaponic, production management.ABSTRAKPermasalahan mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian diantaranya: kurangnya sosialisasi sistem akuaponik, kurangnya pengetahuan sistem akuaponik dalam menciptakan double income, belum memahami implementasi sistem akuaponik, tidak adanya pendampingan dalam mencari solusi atas masalah, dan apa dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian terhadap peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk membantu mencari solusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok usaha budidaya pembesaran ikan lele terutama berkaitan dengan peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui manajemen produksi sistem akuaponik sederhana. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan memperkenalkan manajemen produksi mutualisme yaitu mengolah air kolam pembesaran ikan lele untuk dijadikan pupuk cair sebagai nutrisi sayuran dengan sistem akuaponik. Targetnya agar dapat meningkatkan ekonomi (valued added) melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada seperti limbah kotoran lele sebagai usaha tambahan dengan harapan mereka dapat menambah unit usaha guna meningkatan pendapatannnya selain dari usaha inti pembesaran ikan lele. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui pelatihan dan metode substitusi Ipteks. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Kegiatan sosialisasi sistem akuaponik pada pembesaran ikan lele dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para anggota terhadap kelebihan dari sistem akuaponik dalam menambah penghasilan keluarga; 2) Kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan sistem akuaponik dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang teknik akuaponik dalam menciptakan double income; 3) Kegiatan praktek sistem akuaponik dapat mendorong kemandirian para anggota dalam mengembangkan tempat tanam sayuran sebagai tambahan pendapatan; 4) Kegiatan pendampingan dapat memberikan bantuan moril dan membantu para anggota kelompok dalam mencari solusi terhadap berbagai kendala manajemen operasional maupun manajemen pemasaran, dan 5) Kegiatan pengabdian tentang sistem akuaponik pada anggota kelompok memberikan dampak terhadap penambahan pendapatan dari sektor penjualan tanaman sayuran walaupun relatif kecil.Kata kunci: Double income, limbah ikan lele, akuaponik, manajemen produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini berangkat dari rumusan masalah penelitian yakni; Apakah kepemimpinan, berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor pertanahan di Kabupaten Ciamis? Apakah lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai kantor pertanahan di Kabupaten Ciamis? Apakah komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor pertanahan di Kabupaten Ciamis? Apakah dari variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pertanahan di Kabupaten Ciamis? Dalam penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan dengan hipotesis kepemimpinan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 81 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang selanjutnya diolah pada program SPSS. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ciamis. Artinya jika gaya kepemimpinan kepada pegawai baik, maka kinerja pegawai akan baik pula. Adapun indikator terkecil dalam hal menangani masalah atau konflik dalam tim. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ciamis. Artinya jika lingkungan kerja baik maka kinerja pegawai akan baik. Indikator terkecil terdapat pada hubungan kerjasama antar rekan kerja. (3) Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Ciamis. Artinya jika komunikasi kepada pegawai baik, maka kinerja pegawai akan baik pula. (4) Hasil perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai diantara variabel independen lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

Abstract

An organization is established because it has a goal that it wants and must achieve. A government organization is established with the aim of providing civil and economic rights services to every citizen optimally. A company organization is established by a group of people because they want to gain business profits, while a non-profit organization is established with the aim of community service. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of job placement on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, the work environment affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Abstract

Jabarlink as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) company is known to be active in marketing JIMS (Jabarlink Internet Managed Service) products in the Pangandaran area, but still requires an ideal strategy to be able to market JIMS products which currently have positive potential for hotels that want to increase their competitive advantage and guest preferences. This research aims to design a marketing strategy for JIMS services in Pangandaran hotels to increase competitive advantage and guest preferences. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach has been used where data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 informants / hotel managers, and involving 100 hotel customers in the interview process using an online user questionnaire. This research found that ISP companies such as Jabarlink need to carry out three activities in their marketing process, namely: Product innovation to avoid the threat of substitute products, effective and creative communication, and market segmentation and offering the right price
