Abstract

Competence in carrying out tasks, which are needed by aligning knowledge and expertise by communicating with developments in business and digital technology. as well as Competency training that suits the needs of the company as well as outreach to employees and outreach and training. Tool selling and monitoring the digital base are already aware of and have been executed in the field both in terms of product education and sales of digital products, have been socialized and understand Telkomsel's CSP 2023-2027. The research method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The design used in this study is a case study design. The results of the research are 1. HR Competence in the Era of Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation to Increase Employee Work Productivity at PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, competency or capacity in carrying out tasks, in this case what is needed by aligning knowledge and expertise by communicating with technological developments business and digital. 2. Obstacles in HR Competence in the Era of Industri 4.0 and Digital 5.0 Transformation to Increase Employee Work Productivity At PT Telkomsel Se-Priangan Timur, not all Telkomsel employees already know Digital Culture in their daily work and mastery of existing Technology by the Network Department in New Mastery 5G Technology Network employees, HR who have high creativity are needed in the era of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity (VUCA) to make Innovations that support Digital Business.3. Abstract

Employee performance is not optimal, this can be seen from the level of punctuality which gets the lowest score. Based on the results of an interview with the head of the civil service section at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital, punctuality has decreased because there are still employees coming and going home not according to the specified schedule. The level of quality (quality) is not yet optimal, this is because employees are not doing their work on time according to the predetermined targets. Employee performance is influenced by training and work motivation. Overall, it can be concluded that the training at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency has not been fully effective. Employee responses to the implementation of training education in 2023 show that there is a lack of achievement. This is because the training materials and techniques are not appropriate to the objectives and cannot be understood by participants. Overall motivation at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency can be said to be mediocre. This can be seen from the employee's response to the existence indicator which is the lowest indicator. The monthly salary provided is not enough to meet the daily needs of employees, while the health insurance offered by the company functions as a motivating factor for employees. This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if work motivation is increased, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (3) Training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if training and work motivation are improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe: 1). Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard at Bank Bjb Banjar Branch in the 2nd quarter of 2023; 2) Results of measuring the performance of Bank bjb Banjar Branch employees in the 2nd quarter of 2023; 3) The influence of the Balanced Scorecard measurement on employee performance at Bank Bjb Banjar Branch in the 2nd quarter of 2023. The research method used in preparing this thesis is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 52 employees who were the population and sample in this research. The research results show that BSC measurements have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the more optimal the BSC measurement results are, the more optimal the employee performance will be.

Abstract

Banjar City Health Service employees are currently not showing maximum performance independence and proactivity. Employee performance can be influenced by emotional intelligence and work discipline. At the Banjar City Health Service, the social skills indicator (relationship management) shows that emotional intelligence is not yet at an optimal level. Additionally, there is a lack of efficiency in maintaining punctuality and adherence to schedules. The research was conducted using an explanatory survey methodology with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, using descriptive and regression analysis. Research findings show that (1) Emotional Intelligence has a good and big influence on employee performance within the Banjar City Health Service. Thus, there is a positive relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and the performance of Banjar City Health Service employees. (2) The level of work discipline has a beneficial and large influence on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Health Service. In other words, the more work discipline increases, the more employee performance will increase. (3) Emotional intelligence and work discipline have a good and big influence on the performance of Banjar City Health Service employees. Therefore, there is a positive relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and work discipline and employee performance at the Banjar City Health Service.

Abstract

Less than optimal employee performance can be seen from the inefficient use of time at work. This is because certain employees act not in accordance with established rules, lack initiative and creativity in carrying out their duties, and experience poor collaboration due to inadequate communication. Carried out between superiors, subordinates and co-workers. Apart from that, the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City is influenced by (1) less than optimal communication. This is mainly caused by a lack of horizontal communication, which results in employees being unable to effectively coordinate tasks and resolve interpersonal problems between coworkers. Identical within the organization. (2) The competence of the Banjar City BPKPD is less than optimal due to a lack of knowledge caused by the large number of employees with low educational levels. In addition, their skills are limited in keeping up with advances in information technology, thus hampering their ability to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. (3) The level of commitment in the Banjar City BPKPD is currently less than optimal due to the low affective commitment of employees. This can be caused by their lack of participation in organizational development and their tendency to simply fulfill their job responsibilities without showing concern for the end result. The research was conducted using an explanatory quantitative survey methodology. The data analysis technique used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application, using descriptive and regression analysis. Research findings show that (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the better the communication, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City. (2) Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the higher the competency, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City. (3) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the higher the commitment, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City. (4) Communication, competence and commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPKPD Banjar City. This means that the better the communication, the higher the competence and commitment, the higher the performance of employees at BPKPD Banjar City.

Abstract

Jabarlink as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) company is known to be active in marketing JIMS (Jabarlink Internet Managed Service) products in the Pangandaran area, but still requires an ideal strategy to be able to market JIMS products which currently have positive potential for hotels that want to increase their competitive advantage and guest preferences. This research aims to design a marketing strategy for JIMS services in Pangandaran hotels to increase competitive advantage and guest preferences. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach has been used where data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 informants / hotel managers, and involving 100 hotel customers in the interview process using an online user questionnaire. This research found that ISP companies such as Jabarlink need to carry out three activities in their marketing process, namely: Product innovation to avoid the threat of substitute products, effective and creative communication, and market segmentation and offering the right price

Abstract

Sadananya District implements community-based tourism as an empowerment approach that involves and positions the community as an important actor in the context of a new development paradigm, namely sustainable development (Sustainable Development Paradigm). The purpose of community empowerment itself is basically to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of each individual, so that they have the ability to work and strive independently in order to improve their quality of life. In addition, the purpose of empowerment is to increase the potential of the community to be able to improve the quality of life for all members of the community through self-help activities (Sutarto, 2007: 153). Primary data is obtained raw from the community and still requires further analysis. Qualitative research is to create systematic, factual and accurate observations regarding the facts or characteristics of a particular population or area. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can draw conclusions, including development efforts in the Bendasari, Tanjungsari, and Gunungsari Tourism Villages which are carried out through: (a) Human resource development is carried out through training, discussions, and others. (b) Partnership with River Tubing, Taruna Karya, PLN, Resque, and parties engaged in tourism. (c) Village Government Activities, namely holding meetings, discussions, joint sports. (d) Promotion through social media, word of mouth, publications. (e) Festivals or competitions, namely bird singing competitions held at the Bukit Bubulak tourist attraction in Bendasari Village. (f) Fostering Community Organizations by inviting the community to participate in managing Tourism Villages. (e) Cooperation with Universities or colleges in Ciamis Regency and its surroundings.

Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does talent management affect employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital? (2) How does knowledge management affect employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital? (3) How do talent management and knowledge management affect employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of talent management on employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. (2) The effect of knowledge management on employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. (3) The effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Talent management has a positive effect on employee performance at the BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar. This means that if talent management is improved, employee performance at the BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar will also increase. (2) Knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar. This means that if knowledge management is improved, employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar will also improve. (3) Talent management and knowledge management have a positive effect on employee performance at BLUD Rumah Sakti Umum Kota Banjar. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low performance of employees which is suspected to be caused by the lack of intensive coaching by the leadership and the lack of effective internal supervision of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine how coaching affects employee morale, how internal organizational supervision affects employee morale, and how coaching and internal organizational supervision together affect employee morale. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. To analyze it, correlation and multiple regression statistical test data analysis was used using SPSS version 22.00. The results of the study obtained provide the conclusion that coaching has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, internal organizational supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, and coaching and internal organizational supervision together have a positive and significant effect on employee morale.
