Abstract

The Financial management education activities at an early age were carried out at the Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School, Tanggul Angin Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. This activity is an effort and concern for early age education efforts for students who are future generations. This study uses primary data taken directly when meeting students as participants. This study also uses secondary data as supporting data or references in an effort to fulfill the information in this study. This activity is carried out as a step so that students can manage their finances, and can use their money for more planned expenses. This is done so that the students' monthly pocket money needs can be met, there is no waste or shortage, which allows students to borrow or go into debt. Based on the findings in this study, there are students who are already able to manage their finances, but there are still students who are not able to manage their finances. This education is expected to be an additional knowledge for students in managing their finances so that they can organize and plan their financial use optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the role of education in disseminating social and economic values. The assessment is a field research that uses a qualitative approach to obtain information about programs developed by millennials, as well as their application in educational units which include targets and are instilled in educational units, most of them still focus on environmental perspectives and various program objectives, most of the program targets are educators, students and school principals; strategies for instilling various values, namely through integration into subjects, through local content, extracurriculars, habituation and acculturation, as well as other activities, which are mostly carried out, namely through integration and habituation and acculturation.

Abstract

One of the strategies in dealing with competitors is to take advantage of the potential of the community and renew the way of trading by using the latest strategies that are in accordance with the conditions in the current era. This service aims to provide knowledge and skills to traders in the Traditional Market, Kotagajah sub-district, Central Lampung in maximizing the potential of the community through marketing strategy education through strategic management intended to deal with outside competitors. This service provides knowledge to participants who attend, especially traders, to use the best strategy to increase sales. This service is carried out in the Kotagajah sub-district multipurpose building and at the Kotagajah traditional market, the method used is to provide training material through presentations accompanied by management implementation training. strategy. The achievement of this dedication was the implementation of strategic management training which was attended by regional apparatus of Kota Gajah, members of youth organizations, and women farmer groups.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada anggota dan pengurus Karang Taruna Imopuro mengenai literasi keuangan dalam rangka mengembangkan kinerja organisasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna Imopuro Metro dengan para anggotanya sebagai sasaran kegiatan. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah (presentasi) dengan cara menyampaikan materi kepada peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi (sesi tanya jawab). Kegiatan inidilaksanakan pada 13 Januari 2021 pukul 09.00 s/d 11.30 WIB dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang. Capaian dari kegiatan sosialisai ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan dengan lancar dan memperoleh respon positif dari para peserta.Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, manajemen, investasi, organisasi, karang taruna

Abstract

MSMEs are able to provide jobs, reduce the number of unemployed and become a means of introducing local products so that they can be known by all levels of society. MSMEs are here because they provide opportunities that are utilized by MSMEs in providing community needs, businesses that are currently viral and provide business opportunities, tastes, prices are affordable to the general public, there are consumers who become loyal customers, availability of raw materials that open up business opportunities, and etc. This study uses qualitative methods, taken from two types of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve product packaging branding, price and taste as a business opportunity for MSME. Providing material increases branding on social media mentoring. Mentoring activities were carried out for MSME qummy kit4, after analysis it could be concluded that the main problems faced were branding and marketing, as well as the lack of use of social media. This activity was carried out with the aim of providing education to MSME qummy kit4 regarding branding and the use of social media in product marketing and increasing sales. By doing online marketing, you can expand your product marketing network, because it is easily accessible to anyone, anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan ekonomi digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi ukm, perindustrian dan perdagangan kabupaten Lampung Barat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Dinas Koperasi setempat dengan diikuti oleh para pegawainya sebagai sasaran kegiatan. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah (presentasi) dengan cara menyampaikan materi kepada peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi (sesi tanya jawab). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 07 Januari 2022 pukul 09.00 s/d 11.30 WIB dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang. Capaian dari kegiatan sosialisai ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan dengan lancar dan memperoleh respon positif dari para peserta.
