Abstract

“Nahdlatul Ulama merupakan organisasi yang memiliki citra moderat. Salah satu indikasinya adalah nilai-nilai Islam yang dirumuskan dalam kerangka berfikir menurut ASWAJA (Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah) NU. Diantaranya adalah tawassuth (tengah-tengah), i’tida>l (berkeadilan), tasa>muh (toleran), tawa>zun (seimbang/harmoni) dan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Semua lembaga pendidikan yang berafiliasi kepada Nahdlatul Ulama, wajib mengajarkan materi ASWAJA kepada peserta didik, tidak terkecuali IAI Sunan Giri Bojonegoro dengan nama mata kuliah ASWAJA. Namun demikian, disinyalir bahwa tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang memiliki sikap berbeda (toleran/moderat dan intoleran/fanatik) terhadap aliran pemikiran liberal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengungkap lebih jauh tentang sikap toleran mahasiswa terhadap liberalisme. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam sebanyak 40 orang. Data diperoleh melalui dokumen, teknik tes dan kuisioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan desain varian/faktorial 2 jalur (two way analysis of variant). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap toleransi terhadap Liberalisme dipengaruhi oleh latarbelakang pendidikan baik pesantren maupun non pesantren. Demikian juga, pemahaman mata kuliah ASWAJA ikut mempengaruhi sikap toleransi terhadap Liberalisme. Namun demikian, tidak terdapat hubungan interaktif antara latarbelakang pendidikan pesantren dan non pesantren dengan tingkat pemahaman mata kuliah ASWAJA. Artinya, meskipun latarbelakang pendidikan dan tingkat pemahaman ASWAJA memberikan kontribusi yang signifkan pada sikap toleran Liberalisme tetapi antara keduanya tidak terdapat interaksi, sehingga tidak akan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pada latarbelakang pendidikan (pesantren dan non pesantren) dan tingkat pemahaman ASWAJA.”

Abstract

This paper focuses on discussing how to structure society according to Dahrendorf, how he built his theory; from where the building theory came from, and what new thesis Daherendorf produced. Dahrendorf sees social reality as having two faces (conflict and consensus). Therefore, the theory of sociology is divided into two parts; conflict theory and consensus theory. Here it is seen that Daherndorf in theory tried to perfect Marx and Weber's opinions on social reality. The final aspect of Dahrendorf's conflict theory is the link between conflict and social change. Conflict, according to him, leads to change and development. In conflict situations, the groups involved take actions that make changes in the social structure.

Abstract

Al-Farabi was the great philosopher and known as the Second Master (al-Mu'allim at-Thani). The main characteristics of his philosophy is political. This is because almost all the objectives of al-Farabi's philosophy is political. So it could be inappropriate to understand the philosophy of al-Farabi regardless of the political angle. The idea of al-Farabi on the al-Madina al-Fadhilah is the representation of political philosophy that got special attention. Because all lines of philosophical themes contained in the concept of al-Madina al-Fadhilah, namely the theological angle, system or methodology and behavior. In addition, al-Farabi's last essay is "Ara 'Ahl al-Madina Fadhilah". So what is contained in a politically charged book is a description of recent opinion. And the ideas of his political philosophy is still very revelan to be transformed into a government system of Indonesia today.

Abstract

“One of the problems of Islamic education today is the issue of dichotomy between “the relegious science” oriented to the hereafter happiness and “the non relegious science” oriented to worldly happiness. In fact, Islam does not distinguish between the two. This problem is directed from the formulation of an inaccurate Islamic education epistemology. Therefore, this paper seeks to unravel the epistemological foundation of Islamic education by discussing the essence of Islamic education, knowledge sources of Islamic education, the methodology of Islamic education and the alternative paradigm of integralism in religious sciences with non-religious sciences. The conclusion of this discussion explains that the essence of Islamic education is the process of adab cultivation, the process of transferring knowledge and the process of purification of the soul. These processes are actually related to the sources of knowledge in Islamic education, namely the five senses, ratios, intuition, and revelation (wahyu). The functions of these sources are complementary or integral. But in reality, the source of intuition, for example, has not yet gotten an adequate portion in Islamic education”.

Abstract

In Bojonegoro, the death rate due to COVID-19 is relatively high. In February 2022, the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bojonegoro were 1337 cases with about 24% of cases or 321 cases in Kapas District. Children under 5 years old or toddlers have a great potential for transmission of COVID-19, especially toddlers who are not the target of vaccination. Prevention of transmission of COVID-19 to toddlers can be done by disciplining toddlers to wash their hands with soap and wear masks. This community service activity aims to make efforts to prevent COVID-19 in toddlers by hand washing training and wearing masks correctly. The method of community service is carried out by means of lectures and demonstrations. Community service activities are said to be successful because they increase the knowledge and skills of 86.11% of targets related to how to wash hands as recommended and increase the knowledge and skills of 100% of targets related to the use of masks according to the recommendations. All targets have been proven to be disciplined to wash their hands when they want to eat and enter the house and use masks when leaving the house.

Abstract

This research reveals the importance of purifying the soul (tazkiyatun nafs) of the santri, which is realized in daily praiseworthy morality. The response that needs to be made by the world of education is to re-examine the formulation of moral education in teaching and learning in order to produce knowledgeable students who are able to utilize the knowledge they have learned. The implementation of Tazkiyat Nafs, in character building, is realized through a morally based curriculum, exemplary teachers, self-introspection programs, spiritual efforts, disciplinary training, and extracurricular activities. The purpose of the research is the application of Imam Ghazali's tazkiyat nafs in the moral development of Pondok Modern Al-Aly Bojonegoro students, as well as integration in the curriculum and akhlaq development program. The research uses qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that Imam Ghazali developed tazkiyat nafs through self-cleansing from despicable traits and replacing them with praiseworthy habits. The application of this concept through the stages of muhasabah, mujahadah, and riyadah is effective in the moral education of students, although there are inhibiting and supporting factors that arise. It is hoped that the research will have an impact on the implementation of applied learning.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of mastering nahwu and sharaf (Arabic grammar) in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) as a fundamental foundation for understanding classical Arabic texts, particularly the kitab kuning. The study focuses on the implementation of drill and memorization methods in the intensive 40-day Kilatan program at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasani Logawe. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The drill method involved daily repetition, interactive questioning, and direct application of grammatical rules. Memorization was conducted independently and submitted before new material was introduced. The program was carried out continuously for 40 days without breaks, following a structured and consistent schedule. Supporting factors included well-organized material, disciplined scheduling, a conducive learning environment, and high student enthusiasm. Challenges faced during implementation included low motivation among some students and limited study time. However, the institution addressed these through additional review sessions and opportunities to participate in subsequent program batches. Results indicate that the applied methods effectively enhanced students’ understanding and mastery of nahwu and sharaf.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, especially in the economic sector. This also happened in areas in Bojonegoro Regency, including Tapelan Village. Tapelan village has a large area of land planted with rice and corn, there are also land or yards of residents' houses, most of which are classified as large and are also used for planting. One of the plants grown by the Tapelan community in their land is Moringa (Moringa oleifera). In the international world, the cultivation of Moringa leaves is an ongoing program. There are several nicknames for Moringa trees including The Miracle Tree, Tree For Life, and Amazing Tree. The nickname arises because the parts of the Moringa tree from leaves, fruit, seeds, flowers, bark, stems, to roots have extraordinary benefits. The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is to improve the community's economy through the PKK group of women by providing food processing training with the basic ingredients of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) into products that have a high selling value. The method used is the provision of training to PKK women in Tapelan Village, Bojonegoro Regency, which begins with prior observation of the existing potential to analyze existing conditions in the community. The third stage is providing training on the use of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) leaves. The fourth stage is evaluation and continued with manufacturing assistance after the end of the training. The result of this service activity is the preparation of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) into Moringa Sticks & Moringa Milk Shake.  ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak di berbagai sektor, terutama dibidang ekonomi. Hal tersebut juga terjadi di wilayah di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, termasuk Desa Tapelan. Desa Tapelan memiliki lahan yang luas yang ditanami padi dan jagung, terdapat juga lahan atau pekarangan rumah warga yang sebagian besar tergolong luas juga digunakan untuk penanaman. Salah satu tanaman yang ditanam oleh masyarakat Tapelan di lahan adalah tanaman kelor (Moringa oleifera). Di dunia internasional, budidaya daun kelor merupakan suatu program yang sedang dijalankan. Terdapat beberapa julukan untuk pohon kelor diantaranya The Miracle Tree, Tree For Life, dan Amazing Tree. Julukan tersebut muncul karena bagian pohon kelor mulai dari daun, buah, biji, bunga, kulit, batang, hingga akar memiliki manfaat yang luar biasa. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui kelompok ibu-ibu PKK dengan memberikan pelatihan pengolahan makanan dengan bahan dasar kelor (Moringa oleifera) menjadiolahan yang mempunyai nilai jual tinggi.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian pelatihan kepada Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Tapelan kabupaten Bojonegoro yang diawali dengan observasi terlebih dahulu mengenai potensi yang ada menganalisis kondisi yang ada di masyarakat.Tahap kedua sosialisasi kepada warga mengenai manfaat daun kelor (Moringa oleifera). Tahap ketiga adalah pemberian pelatihan pemanfaatan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera). Tahap keempat adalah evaluasi dan dilanjutkan pendampingan pembuatan setelah berakhirnya pelatihan.  Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah olahan dari daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) menjadi Stick Kelor & Milk Shake Kelor.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students' lack of understanding of the material presented by the teacher in learning. This is why the teacher took the initiative to use the contextual teaching and learning model. Contextual teaching and learning is a learning model that encourages students to make connections between their knowledge and its application in everyday life. This research shows character development based on Islamic education values based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah (aswaja). The purpose of this research is to find out how teachers apply and know the impact of the contextual teaching and learning model in building aswaja characteristics through Islamic religious education and ethics subjects. The research approach uses descriptive research. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that the application of the contextual teaching and learning model has five steps including the following: the teacher provides a stimulus to students, students pay attention to the pictures given by the teacher, conduct exploration, namely by students discussing a problem contained in the picture, drawing conclusions from discussions that have been carried out by students, presenting the results of group discussions. The impact received is positive, because students become more active, do not feel bored, and more easily understand the material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

Lebaksari Village, located in Bojonegoro Regency, has strong agricultural potential. One of its main strengths is the abundant growth of banana trees, planted both as primary crops and as a means to utilize unused land. Although banana pseudostems have the potential to be processed into higher-value products, their use has been limited to making ropes with low economic value. To enhance the value of local products, a community service program using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method was implemented. The program followed five stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. Technical training was provided to members of the PKK women’s group and local artisans. The training focused on producing innovative crafts from banana pseudostems, such as bags and jewelry. For sustainability, the initiative was entrusted to the PKK group through their regular meetings, with support from Lebaksari village officials. The products are expected to be marketed through local bazaars and social media platforms, with a sales target of at least 1.25 times the production cost to boost household income through creative industries. A qualitative evaluation revealed high enthusiasm and active participation, as shown by the number of questions raised. The program successfully improved community knowledge and skills. Participants demonstrated the ability to identify good-quality raw materials, apply innovative crafting techniques, and produce products that meet performance criteria such as neatness, functionality, and marketability. This initiative lays the foundation for a self-sustaining creative economy in Lebaksari, reflecting the success of knowledge transfer and community empowerment.Desa Lebaksari yang terletak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro memiliki potensi besar di bidang pertanian. Salah satu keunggulan desa ini adalah keberadaan pohon pisang yang banyak ditanam, baik sebagai tanaman utama maupun untuk memanfaatkan lahan kosong. Meskipun pelepah dari pohon pisang memiliki potensi untuk diolah menjadi produk bernilai tambah, namun pemanfaatannya di desa ini masih terbatas pada pembuatan tali yang memiliki nilai ekonomi rendah. Untuk meningkatkan nilai produk lokal, program pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) maka dilaksanakan. Tahapan program mencakup discovery, dream, design, define, dan destiny. Pelatihan teknis diberikan kepada anggota PKK dan pengrajin lokal, berfokus pada pembuatan kerajinan inovatif dari pelepah pisang seperti tas dan perhiasan. Untuk keberlanjutan program maka program kemudian dititipkan melalui ibu PKK melaui pertemuan rutinnya serta dukungan pejabat desa lebaksari. Produk diharapkan dapat dipasarkan lewat bazar lokal dan media sosial, dengan target omzet minimal 1,25 kali dari biaya produksi. Produk-produk ini diharapkan dapat dipasarkan melalui bazar lokal dan media sosial untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui ekonomi kreatif. Evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif peserta yang tinggi, terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, dibuktikan dengan kemampuan peserta dalam mengidentifikasi bahan baku pelepah pisang, menerapkan teknik produksi inovatif, serta menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi kriteria unjuk kerja seperti kerapihan, fungsionalitas, dan nilai jual.
