Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial condition of four private banks, namely Bank Mega, Bank JTrust, Bank Danamon, and Bank Panin listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015 to 2024. The analysis uses the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) approach with a quantitative method, where the data source is derived from published annual financial statements. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling with the criteria of financial statements available for the last 10 years and the fluctuations in profits in the last three years. The bank's health assessment is carried out through four main aspects. First, the risk profile is measured using non-performing loan (NPL) ratios and liquidity levels through the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Second, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is evaluated based on regulatory compliance and transparency reporting. Third, profitability which includes the return on asset ratio (ROA) and net interest margin (Net Interest Margin / NIM). Fourth, the capital aspect is analyzed through the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the study show that in general, the four banks are in a healthy condition, especially in terms of capital and governance, which reflects the bank's ability to meet the minimum capital requirements and maintain management practices in accordance with banking industry standards. However, significant differences were found in the risk and profitability aspects. Banks that have less than optimal risk management tend to experience an increase in NPLs, while banks that are more efficient in managing operational costs are able to maintain ROA and NIM at a more stable level. In addition, external factors such as global economic conditions, monetary policy, interest rates, and interbank competition also affect financial performance.

Abstract

This community service program empowered the Kemuning Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Prabumulih through a Business Feasibility Study Workshop to address managerial challenges and enhance business sustainability. A participatory approach was applied to build technical capacity in five areas: (1) basic financial management, (2) digital marketing strategies using WhatsApp, (3) optimizing limited land production through recycled hydroponics and tiered polybag cultivation, (4) human resource management based on skill mapping, and (5) structured risk mitigation. Collaboration among PT Pertamina EP Prabumulih Field, Sriwijaya State Polytechnic, and the local government was key to success. Outputs included operational documents and behavioral changes in business management. Evaluation showed improved KWT capacity in financial feasibility, production efficiency, and risk readiness, transforming the business model from subsistence to sustainable women’s agripreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of Depot Kusen Rahmat by reviewing four main aspects, namely production, human resources (HR), finance, and marketing. The analytical approach used in this study is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Primary data was obtained through a survey of 16 respondents who are active consumers of Depot Kusen Rahmat. The results of the SWOT analysis identified that the company has four strengths, four weaknesses, four opportunities, and four threats. The most dominant internal strength is efficient and neat products, with the highest weighted score of 0.509, which indicates that the quality of production results is the main competitive advantage. On the other hand, the main weakness found is the absence of a product catalog, with a score of 0.158, which indicates a lack of visual information media as a means of product promotion and communication to consumers. From external factors, the biggest opportunity is the increasing consumer interest in custom products, with a score of 0.479, which indicates a positive trend towards product personalization. The most significant threat is the rapidly changing design trends, with a score of 0.186, which requires the company to be more adaptive to changing market tastes. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, the company's position is in Quadrant I with an IFAS value of 1.368 and EFAS of 1.206, which indicates that the company is in a position to support an aggressive growth strategy. The QSPM results recommend prioritizing strategies in the form of emphasizing quality and balanced prices, followed by improving customer service and developing high-quality custom products as strategic steps to win market competition and increase business competitiveness sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of four cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2013 period. To achieve this, a descriptive quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling. Data for the study was gathered from annual financial reports, which were publicly accessible through the official websites of the IDX and the individual companies. The analysis was carried out using the Du Pont System, a method that decomposes return on equity (ROE) into its components to assess the financial performance of the companies. The results of the analysis reveal that PT Inisial A exhibited the strongest financial performance among the four companies, demonstrating superior efficiency, profitability, and leverage. Following PT Inisial A, PT Inisial X performed moderately well, showing stable financial health but with some room for improvement in certain areas. On the other hand, PT Inisial Y and PT Inisial Z displayed the weakest performance, with PT Inisial Z facing significant challenges in maintaining profitability and managing its assets efficiently. This study’s findings provide valuable insights for investors, as it highlights the financial strengths and weaknesses of the companies involved, assisting them in making more informed investment decisions. Additionally, the results can serve as a reference for other companies within the cement industry, allowing them to identify areas for improvement and potential strategies for enhancing their financial performance. Furthermore, the research may contribute to future academic studies on corporate financial performance, particularly in the context of the cement industry in Indonesia. Overall, this research is expected to benefit both practitioners and academics by providing a comprehensive analysis of the financial status of the companies in question.

Abstract

Bendo Coffee & Sefu Ramen merupakan salah satu unit usaha dari PT Bendo Dua Saudara, sebuah perusahaan ritel yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman serta berdiri pada 18 Februari 2021 di Kota Palembang. Restoran ini menyajikan berbagai hidangan khas Jepang seperti Hararu Tori, Akatama, Chicken Katsu, dan menu lainnya, dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak dan terdiri dari berbagai posisi dengan tingkat gaji yang berbeda. Saat ini, proses pembayaran gaji karyawan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM), tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan penggunaan SIPAKAR GROSS, yaitu aplikasi berbasis web untuk penggajian karyawan dengan metode GROSS. Aplikasi ini membantu memperlancar pengelolaan gaji karyawan sehingga proses pembayaran menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gain a better understanding of how the operational budget planning process is applied to the Mebel Serba Usaha (Mebel Serba Usaha) business, which falls into the micro, small, and medium-sized business category. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, collecting data through direct interviews and observing business activities. The obtained data was then examined to determine costs. Furthermore, sales records over the past four years were evaluated for their use. The analysis revealed that Mebel Serba Usaha has never created an operational budget. This situation makes it difficult for the company to manage its finances, which ultimately impacts performance and profitability. The study shows that an operational budget is a crucial tool for more targeted financial management. Operational budget planning helps companies develop long-term business plans and organize and monitor expenses. The results of this study also emphasize that the absence of a budget tends to make companies lack a clear reference point for determining sales targets and controlling production costs. With structured budget planning, companies can more easily identify spending priorities, estimate cash flow, and assess the efficiency of resource use. Furthermore, implementing an operational budget can improve managerial discipline because every financial decision is based on careful planning, not just on immediate needs. Another benefit is increased transparency in fund management, thereby minimizing the risk of waste or misallocation of costs. Therefore, this study provides a practical contribution in the form of recommendations on the importance of implementing an operational budget for micro, small, and medium enterprises, particularly in maintaining sustainability and increasing competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce business competition.This research is expected to be a reference for other MSMEs in developing a more effective and sustainable financial system.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Bio Farma, Tbk untuk tahun 2014-2023, menggunakan empat indikator keuangan: profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari laporan keuangan PT Bio Farma, Tbk untuk tahun 2014-2023. Data kuantitatif digunakan. Alat analisis menilai kondisi perusahaan milik negara, diukur dengan pengembalian kepada pemegang saham (ROE), pengembalian atas investasi (ROI), rasio kas, rasio lancar, periode penagihan, perputaran persediaan, perputaran total aset, dan rasio ekuitas terhadap total aset, sesuai dengan Peraturan No. KEP-100/MBU/2002 dari Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan sehat. Perusahaan menerima klasifikasi sehat dengan kategori AAA, AA, dan A. Skor kondisi keuangan perusahaan pada tahun 2014 adalah 96, skor tertinggi yang dimungkinkan, dengan TS>95. Pada tahun 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2020-2021, skornya masing-masing adalah 94, 81, 84, 83, 87, dan 90, semuanya dalam rentang 80 < TS <= 95. Sementara itu, pada tahun 2019, 2022, dan 2023, skor totalnya masing-masing adalah 70, 76, dan 77, dengan rentang 65 < TS <= 80. Ini berarti bahwa kondisi keuangan perusahaan tetap baik dari tahun 2014 hingga 2023.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Strengthening the family economy is carried out to reduce poverty levels and improve the welfare of the community. Strengthening the economy in a region is expected to increase community productivity. Strengthening the family and regional economy can be done by using the concept of a smart economy, which combines sustainable, environmentally friendly and innovative economic approaches, including high-productivity economies, global economic growth, competition, economic progress, economic prosperity, innovation, sustainable employment, and the digital economy. The purpose of this community service is to increase the insight of Doyan Ngemil Chips Business Owners about how to innovate and be creative in marketing their products by utilizing the availability of human resources and raw material resources available in the community as well as utilizing website-based information technology in promoting and marketing their products. The training methods used are tutorial methods, question and answer methods, and practice methods. The result of this service is that the participants understand the material that has been presented by the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic Service Team and can use/practice how to use the Website application properly. Conclusion: This training activity ran smoothly and according to what was planned. If in the future there are obstacles or shortcomings in the application that has been made, the team from the Police will discuss with the participants to correct the existing shortcomings.  Keywords: Digital Economy; Family Economy; Innovation; Marketing; Smart Economy   ABSTRAK Penguatan ekonomi keluarga dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraaan masyrakat. Penguatan perekonomian di suatu daerah diharapkan akan meningkatan produktivitas masyarakat. Penguatan ekonomi keluarga dan daerah bisa dilakuan dengan menggunakan Konsep ekonomi cerdas yaitu menggabungkan pendekatan ekonomi berkelanjutan, ramah lingkungan dan inovatif, termasuk ekonomi dengan produktivitas tinggi, pertumbuhan ekonomi global, persaingan, kemajuan ekonomi, kemakmuran ekonomi, inovasi, lapangan kerja berkelanjutan, dan ekonomi digital.  Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini adalah menambah wawasan Pemilik Usaha Keripik Doyan Ngemil mengenai cara berinovasi dan berkreativas dalam memasarkan produk-produknya dengan memanfaatkan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya  bahan-bahan baku yang tersedia di lingkungan masyarakat serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis website dalam mempromosikan dan memasarkan produk-produknya. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah metode tutorial, metode tanya jawab, metode praktik. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah para peserta mengerti tentang materi yang telah dipaparkan oleh Tim Pengabdian Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya dan dapat menggunakan/mempraktekkan cara menggunakan aplikasi Website dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan. Apabila dikemudian hari ada kendala atau kekurangan pada aplikasi yang sudah dibuat maka Tim dari Polsri akan melakukan diskusi dengan para peserta untuk memperbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets and Debt to Equity ratio on firm value in telecommunications sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data uses secondary data, data collection techniques through library research and documentation from the official IDX website. The research sample consisted of 18 companies that met the specified criteria. This study uses multiple regression analysis to evaluate the effect of Return on Assets and Debt to Equity ratio variables on firm value. The results of this research show that Return on Assets and Debt to Equity ratio significantly affect firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the planning process through preparing the operational budget at Meubel Citra, a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME). The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach, with data collection through direct interviews with company owners and observation of operational activities at Meubel Citra. The data collected is analyzed to identify the types of costs incurred by the company and to understand usage patterns based on financial records for the last five years. The research results show that Citra Meubel has never implemented an operational budget before. This condition has an impact on difficulties in monitoring and managing the company's financial condition effectively, which in turn affects the company's performance and profits. Therefore, this research emphasizes the importance of implementing operational budgets to increase company efficiency and effectiveness in managing expenses. The operational budget is also expected to help in formulating strategic policies, including determining appropriate selling prices based on recorded production and operational costs. It is hoped that the preparation of the operational budget at Meubel Citra can be the first step in improving better financial governance and supporting sustainable growth for MSMEs in the furniture industry sector.
