Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, struktur modalterhadap harga saham pada sektor multimedia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini berjumlah 30 sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui galeri Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang berada di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dan selanjutnya diolah menggunakan software E-views 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga saham dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh struktur modal, sedangkan harga saham tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ancaman besar terhadap saham perusahaan multimedia tidak merata terjadi pada semua perusahaan multimedia yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), karena terbukti masih menjadi peluang investasi yang dinyatakan dalam variabel struktur modal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of inflation, interest rates, and company performance on the stock prices of food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018-2022. The sample used in this study consists of 65 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained through the investment gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange located at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo, and processed using E-Views 12 software. Based on the research results, it was found that partially inflation and interest rates do not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the company's performance partially influences stock prices significantly. Thus, it can be concluded that the increase in stock prices in the food and beverage sector influenced by inflation and interest rates is only a prediction; in reality, the increase in stock prices in the food and beverage sector is due to the good performance of the companies.

Abstract

This study aims to provided understanding, knowledge, and testing of the impact of corporate actions in the form of stock splits, rights issues, and acquisitions on stock liquidity in companies included in the LQ45 stock index for the period 2020 - 2022. From a population of 60 companies that are members of the LQ45 stock index during 2020-2022, the sample selected using the purposive sampling method is 38 companies. The analysis method in this study uses a paired t-test with observations 5 days before and after corporate action. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that stock splits can significantly affect stock liquidity, while rights issues and acquisitions do not significantly affect stock liquidity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. X yang berjumlah 65orang. Analisis penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi.26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh employee engagement, kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Pendidikan Nala Husada Surabaya yang berjumlah 55 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement, kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial employee engagement dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kesejahteraan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of fintech payments, financial socialization and financial experience on financial management behavior. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were active students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, totaling 12,730 students and used a purposive sampling technique. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. The research data source is primary data. The analysis technique uses Partial Last Square with Smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that fintech payment, financial experience and financial socialization partially have a significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and investment returns on stock investment interest among Generation Z in Mojokerto City. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to the residents of Mojokerto City. The population in this study consists of residents in Mojokerto City, with the sample taken being residents who have an interest in conducting stock investment activities and those who have already engaged in stock investment activities. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, involving 127 respondents. The sampling criteria in this study are Generation Z residents, both male and female, who have shown interest in conducting stock investment activities and those who have already engaged in stock investment activities, as well as possessing a SID (Single Investor Identification). The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 3.0 software, and the measurement model is evaluated using Outer Model and Inner Model. The results of this study show that financial literacy does not have a significant effect on stock investment interest in Mojokerto City. Investment motivation does not have a significant effect on stock investment interest in Mojokerto City. Investment returns have a significant effect on stock investment interest in Mojokerto City.

Abstract

The tight business competition between companies today means that all companies want to be the best to attract the attention of consumers. Scarlett Whitening is a company that reached a sales record of 1 billion in 4 hours when collaborating with Exo. EXO is used as a strategy to attract consumers to buy this product. However, Scarlett Whitening consumers do not only look at the type of product or quality, consumers also look at the advantages in terms of the brands that are most popular. This research aims to examine the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Brand Ambassador on Consumer Purchasing Decisions in Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative using descriptive statistical data analysis methods and testing methods including: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test. Data collection took the form of distributing questionnaires which produced valid data for 100 samples. The results show that the brand image variable has an insignificant positive influence. Meanwhile, the product quality and brand ambassador variables have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine that e-service quality, e-money, and e-word of mouth simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling uses non-probability sampling techniques and accidental sampling methods. There were 100 respondents involved in this study. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed via google form. And in data processing using the SPSS Statistic 16 program. This study found that e-service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, e-money has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and e-word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions in the Tokopedia marketplace.
