Abstract

During the KKN Real Work Lecture, they carried out an activity program for making MSME products, namely Banana Chips. This activity aims to encourage Aisyiyah branches in Candinegoro to increase potential and the economy. This method uses discussion and explanation of the problems in the research carried out, in order to obtain relevant data for further discussion. This research is intended to obtain a comprehensive picture of the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. When the production process is carried out, it is quite simple in terms of marketing. This product is packaged using ziplock plastic and a jar as well as the product design. In real work study activities, as students who are carrying out real work study activities, you can provide counseling and assistance to these MSMEs. This activity process can increase knowledge and benefits for the Aisyiyah Candinegoro branch in developing the business.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to determine the influence of green places, green products, and green promotion on interest in purchasing environmentally friendly products. The main problem in this research is the large amount of plastic use which causes the ecosystem to be polluted due to the actions of humans who do not care about the environment. Method: The research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, using the Random Sampling method. In calculations using the Cochran Formula, the result was 96.04, so the minimum number was 96 samples from people who live in Sidoarjo. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test, R test, R2 test using the SPSS version 22 application program. Results: The results of this research prove that green place has a significant effect on buying interest. Green products have a significant effect on buying interest. green promotion has a significant effect on purchasing interest. The three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest. Novelty: The main problem in this research is the large amount of plastic use which causes the ecosystem to be polluted due to the actions of humans who do not care about the environment.

Abstract

E-learning is a learning media that is being used in various universities, although it is not used 100% because some still use face to face. Because it is still new, e-learning needs to be evaluated to make it even better. The purpose of this study is to evaluate e-learning to find out how much the method can be accepted by students. The tool we use to evaluate is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that students still prefer face-to-face methods rather than e-learning because face-to-face material is more easily absorbed and interactions with lecturers are more interwoven than using e-learning. But e-learning has the advantage of being more flexible than face-to-face, and gathering tasks are easier with e-learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial attitudes on the financial management of MSMEs in Sidoarjo City using locus of control as an intervening variable. This study used quantitative methods. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analytical technique used in this study was path analysis. The test results showed a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the variables of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial attitudes on the financial management of MSMEs in Sidoarjo City, but partially there was a negative influence between the variables of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial management. This study also found that the variable of locus of control can intervene in the influence of the variables of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial attitudes on the financial management variable of MSMEs in Sidoarjo City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku yang ingin berinvestasi Generasi 90 Di Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan perhitungan rumus lemeshow, maka didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu PLS-SEM (Partial Lest Square-Structural Equation Modelling) dengan Bantuan Software Smartpls 4.0 sebagai analisis model struktural (Inner Model) uji model structural, pengujian nilai R Square (R²), uji Coeffecient diterminance, uji Path Coeffecient, dan uji hipotesis nilai T-Statistic dan nilai P-Values dan lt adalah 0,05. Nilai t-tabel, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuesioner dan data dari penelusuran gen 90 di sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Literasi Keuangan, Pengetahuan Investasi, Motivasi berpengaruh Terhadap keputusan Investasi Saham Generasi 90 Di Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem faced by School X Surabaya is the lack of transparency and accountability in financial management and inaccuracies in recording school assets. This condition is caused by the absence of actual expenditure reports in the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) and an asset management system that has not been standardized. The purpose of this Abdimas Program is to increase transparency, accountability, and efficiency of financial management and improve the asset recording system through the development of an integrated RKAS system and the implementation of an asset management system based on asset condition classification. The implementation method includes identification of funding sources, budget preparation and monitoring, asset inventory, training for financial staff, and periodic evaluation. The results showed significant improvements in the accuracy of financial reports, the efficient use of funds and the reliability of asset data. The active participation of the school community and parents also strengthened the sustainability of the program. With a more structured system, Sekolah X Surabaya is expected to become a model of good practice in financial and asset governance in primary education.Abstrak: Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi Sekolah X Surabaya adalah rendahnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan serta ketidakakuratan dalam pencatatan aset sekolah. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh belum adanya laporan pengeluaran aktual dalam Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS) serta sistem manajemen aset yang belum terstandar. Tujuan dari Program Abdimas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan serta memperbaiki sistem pencatatan aset melalui pengembangan sistem RKAS terintegrasi dan penerapan sistem manajemen aset berbasis klasifikasi kondisi aset. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi sumber pendanaan, penyusunan dan pemantauan anggaran, inventarisasi aset, pelatihan bagi staf keuangan, serta evaluasi berkala. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keakuratan laporan keuangan, efisiensi penggunaan dana, dan keandalan data aset. Partisipasi aktif komunitas sekolah dan orang tua turut memperkuat keberlanjutan program. Dengan sistem yang lebih terstruktur, Sekolah X Surabaya diharapkan menjadi model praktik baik dalam tata kelola keuangan dan aset di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh profitabilitas dan valuasi perusahaan terhadap pergerakan harga saham pada sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, dan Price to Book Value. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, serta dilengkapi dengan serangkaian uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets dan Price to Book Value secara signifikan memengaruhi harga saham, sementara Net Profit Margin tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor cenderung lebih memperhatikan efektivitas pengelolaan aset dan nilai pasar perusahaan dalam menentukan keputusan investasinya, dibandingkan hanya berfokus pada margin laba bersih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the effect of Brand Equity, Price, and Service Quality on Vapor Product Purchase Decisions on Vapeboss Sidoarjo. This research is based on a fact in the company that if the brand equity in Vapeboss Sidoarjo is high, it will add value to consumers, as well as the price at Vapeboss Sidoarjo which is affordable so that it can compete with other stores. However, this is also balanced with the quality of service at the Vapeboss Sidoarjo store so that consumers continue to survive and use products at Vapeboss Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection techniques using questionnaires, distributed to 100 respondents who have used Vapeboss Sidoarjo products. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 25. The results of this study prove that brand equity variables affect consumer decisions, price variables affect consumer decisions, service quality affects on consumer decisions, and brand equity, price and service quality variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for vapor products at Vapeboss Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and debt policy on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable on LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This study is a quantitative study using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 14 companies from a population of 62 companies and tested by multiple linear regression analysis and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) using SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that liquidity (CR) had a significant negative effect. on firm value (PBV), profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV), debt policy (DER) has no effect on firm value (PBV), dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate by significantly weakening the effect of liquidity (CR ) on firm value (PBV), dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate by significantly strengthening the effect of profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV) and dividend policy (DPR) is not able to significantly moderate the effect of debt policy (DER) on firm value. (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of foreign flow, stock transaction volume and bid-ask spread on stock prices. This research is a type of quantitative research and population collection and the sample of the research object is carried out using the purposive sampling method, namely pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2020 period. The type of data used in this study is secondary data taken from the annual reports of each company sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used panel data regression using Eviews 10. The results showed partially that the Foreign Flow variable did not have a significant effect on the Stock Price, the Stock Transaction Volume had a significant positive effect on the Stock Price and the Bid-Ask Spread had a significant negative effect on the Stock Price. . Meanwhile, simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on stock prices.
