Abstract

This study examines the impact of work motivation, career development, and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PT Coca Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia Pasuruan Plant. Using a quantitative approach with 60 respondents selected through saturated sampling, data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 24. The results indicate that work motivation and work environment significantly influence OCB, while career development has a positive but non-significant effect. Additionally, the combined effect of these factors significantly influences OCB. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a supportive work environment and promoting work motivation to enhance OCB, while also emphasizing the need for providing adequate career development opportunities. Understanding these factors can aid in developing strategies to promote a positive organizational culture and improve overall organizational performance. Hightlight: Work motivation and environment influence OCB significantly. Career development positively affects OCB but not significantly. Understanding OCB factors enhances organizational performance. Abstract

It is essential for investors to assess the value of a company before deciding to buy or sell it. This study aims to provide an understanding, knowledge, and examination of the impact of corruption on stock prices. It tests the effect of ROE, DER and PBV on stock prices of companies in the mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period with a sample of 10 companies was selected using purposive sampling from the investment gallery located at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Using E-Views 12 software and the analysis method is panel data regression. This study employs the Random Effect Model (REM). Based on the results of this study, that the DER and PBV don’t have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, ROE has a significant effect on stock prices. The conclusion is that the influence by DER and PBV are merely predictions.

Abstract

Investor muda merupakan pasar besar untuk dilakukan edukasi melakukan investasi di sector keuangan karena jumlah usia muda cukup banyak. Namun demikian untuk menarik investor tidak mudah, khususnya investor keuangan karena dalam investasi keuangan resiko yang terjadi berdampak langsung pada investor. Investor yang paling potensial untuk mendapat edukasi tentang pentingnya pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan investasi keuangan adalah kalanganmuda. Mengingat jumlah penduduk Indonesia di usia muda cukup banyak maka merupakan pasar besar untuk menarik mereka melakukan investasi di sector keuangan. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kuantitaf dengan menggunakan kuesioner, setelah data diperoleh dilakukan tabulasi data. Setelah tabulasi data diikutidengan uji diskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik. Tahapan akhirnya dilakukan uji hypotesa dengan uji t dan uji kesesuaian model. Alat analisis yang akan digunakan dalam Analisa iniadalah PLS. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan alat analisis PLS sehingga diperoleh solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi problem yang ada. Ditemukan hubungan antara perilaku keuangan dan kompetensi keuangan serta minat investor muda terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi keuangan. Jadi pengambilan keputusan investasi keuangan oleh kaum muda dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor yaitu perilaku, kompetensi dan minat. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge about banks, level of sharia financial literacy, service quality and public trust on interest in saving at sharia banks. The sample used in this research consisted of 100 respondents. This type of research uses primary data obtained from web data books. Types of primary data with techniques using the purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula with data processing using SPSS Version 25 software. The data analysis techniques in this research are data quality tests, namely validity and reliability tests, while classical assumption tests include normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests. Multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely partial test (t test) and f test. The results of this research show that the influence of knowledge about banks (X1) on interest in saving (Y) is the variable knowledge about banks shows that the value of t calculated is 5.815 with a significance value of 0.043. The results show that t count > t table (5815 > 1.661) and significance (0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the variable Knowledge about Banks has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Saving. Influence of Islamic Financial Literacy (X2) on Interest in Saving (Y) Variable Islamic Financial Literacy Sharia shows that the value of t calculated is 2.290 with a significance value of 0.010. The results show that t count > t table (2.290 > 1.661) and significance (0.024 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the Sharia Financial Literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Saving. Influence of service quality (X3) on interest in saving (Y) Service quality variab shows that the value of t calculated is 2.454 with a significance value of 0.016. The results show that t count > t table (2.454 > 1.661) and significance (0.016 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on interest in saving. Influence of Public Trust (X4) towards Interest in Saving (Y) The Public Trust variable shows that the value of t calculated is 2.008 with a significance value of 0.000. The results show that t count > t table (2.008 > 1.661) and significance (0.047 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the Public Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Saving. Based on the results of the F test, the F value is 29.501 and the significance value is 0.000 (< 0.05). So it can be concluded that simultaneously Knowledge about Banks, Sharia Financial Literacy Level, Financial Quality, and Public Trust have a significant effect on Interest in Saving.
