Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi energi alternatif. Penelitian menggunakan desain one group pre-test–post-test dengan subjek sebanyak 26 peserta didik kelas X A SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Implementasi pendekatan TaRL dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan peserta didik ke dalam tiga tingkat kemampuan rendah, sedang, dan tinggi berdasarkan hasil asesmen diagnostik awal berupa rata-rata nilai asesmen sumatif mata pelajaran fisika pada topik energi. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian sebanyak lima butir soal yang mengukur indikator kognitif mulai dari mengingat (C1) hingga mengevaluasi (C5). Data diperoleh melalui pre-test dan post-test, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar dan menghitung nilai effect size untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 32,15 dan post-test sebesar 84,15. Nilai t sebesar 19,807 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna setelah penerapan pembelajaran. Nilai effect size sebesar 4,17 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, menandakan efektivitas pembelajaran yang kuat. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi model PBL dan pendekatan TaRL efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik serta dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran adaptif yang membantu guru menyesuaikan materi dan pendampingan berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan peserta didik untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang lebih merata dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's leadership style and its impact on improving teacher performance at the Wijaya Putra Vocational School in Surabaya. Effective leadership style can affect teachers' motivation, commitment, and involvement in carrying out their duties. This study uses qualitative methods involving interviews, observation, and document analysis as data collection tools. The impact of this leadership style is an increase in teacher performance at the Wijaya Putra Vocational School in Surabaya. Teachers feel motivated and engaged in the learning process, which is reflected in improved student achievement and parental satisfaction. The principal's leadership style also encourages collaboration and collaboration between teachers, strengthens a positive school culture, and promotes a conducive work climate. This research makes an important contribution to the development of education management and provides practical guidance for school principals in leading schools effectively.

Abstract

Biology education students are prospective biology teachers who will become role models for students in the learning process at school. As prospective teachers, students are required to have good knowledge and behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between digestive system health knowledge and healthy living behavior in biology education students at IAIN Kudus as a result of studying human anatomy and physiology courses. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using survey methods. The subjects in this study were 28 Biology students at IAIN Kudus who had attended lectures on human physiology. Research data in the form of digestive health knowledge and healthy behavior obtained by questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically using product moment correlation analysis using SPSS. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.275. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive correlation between digestive system health knowledge and behavior. Based on this research, it is expected that biology education students can better understand the digestive system material and can apply it in healthy living behaviors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional share ownership, audit quality, and voluntary disclosure on financial performance in the Basic Materials industry in the Chemicals sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. The type of research used is quantitative, with secondary data in the form of company financial reports obtained from the IDX website and related companies. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that institutional share ownership has a significant effect on the company's financial performance, while audit quality and voluntary disclosure have no significant effect. Overall, supervision by institutional investors can improve the efficiency and profitability of the company, although audit quality and voluntary disclosure have not had a significant effect in the short term.
