Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1).mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap pengelolaan Gapoktan Serumpun di Kelurahan Dembe Jaya Kecamatan Kota Utara Kota Gorontalo, 2). mengetahui pendapatan padi sawah pada Gapoktan Serumpun di Kelurahan Dembe Jaya Kecamatan Kota Utara Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikelurahan Dembe Jaya, Kecamatan Kota Utara, Kota Gorontalo.Selama dua bulan dari bulan Agustus-September tahun 2017.Lokasi ini dipilih karena umumnya petani dilokasi tersebut mayoritas mengusahakan tanaman padi sawah.Dengan jumlah sampel 43 orang petani, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey.Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap pengelolaan Gapoktan Serumpun yang mengarah pada lima faktor persepsi petani berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan nilai persentase 88%, sedangkan aspek pengelolaan Gapoktan Serumpun berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan persentase 85%. Selanjutnya untuk pendapatan yang diperoleh petani sampel dari usahatani padi sawah di Gapoktan Serumpun Kelurahan Dembe Jaya Kota Utara Kota Gorontalo sebesar Rp. 4.604.417/petani dan Rp.12.796.187/Ha.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan : Mengetahui implementasi distribusi raskin di Desa Modelomo Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo dan menganalisis tingkat efektifitas distribusi raskin di Desa Modelomo Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif-kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa implementasi distribusi raskin di Desa Modelomo Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo berdasarkan enam indikator efektifitas, lima diantaranya sudah berjalan efektif yaitu tepat sasaran, tepat harga, tepat waktu, tepat administrasi dan tepat kualitas dengan rata-rata keefektifan 53,17% dan Nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sehingga efektifitas distribusi raskin di Desa Modelomo Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo sudah berjalan efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Mengetahui penggunaan input produksi yang terdiri dari sarana produksi, lahan dan tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi sawah di Desa Bulontio Timu. 2) Menganalisis pendapatan usahatani padi sawah di Desa Bulontio Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di DesaBulontioTimur Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara dari bulan November sampai dengan Bulan Desember 2020 dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang petani . Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah survey. analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif, yaitu penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel atau grafik dan analisis pendapatan. Hasilstudimenunjukan1)Penggunaan input produksi terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Bulontio Timur Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, yaitu pupuk sebesar 404,79 Kg/Ha, penggunaan bibit sebesar 18,57 Kg/Ha, penggunaan pestisida sebesar 5,26 Liter/Ha, penggunaan tenaga kerja sebanyak 52,74 HOK, dan luas lahan rata-rata sebesar 1,04 Ha. 2)Total biaya yang dikeluarkan petani dalam satu kali masa produksi sebesar Rp 5.728.534,00 dan total penerimaan sebesarRp 18.233.300,00 dengan total penerimaan sebesarRp 12.504.766,00.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui tingkat peran penyuluh sebagai pembimbing, pemimpin,penasehat dan pengembangan kelompok tani kelapa di Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. 2) Mengetahuipengaruh peran penyuluh terhadap pengembangan kelompok tani kelapa di Kecamatan Tilamuta KabupatenBoalemo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakanadalah analisis deskriptif-kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji regresi linierberganda. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa 1) Hasil rekapitulasi peran penyuluh sebagai pembimbing, pemimpin,dan penasehat menunjukkan prospek yang baik dari hasil presentase tertinggi pada peran penyuluh sebagaipenasehat dengan jumlah presentase 34%, kemudian presentase tertinggi kedua pada peran penyuluh sebagaipemimpin dengan jumlah presentase 28%, dan jumlah presentase tertinggi ketiga berada pada peran penyuluhsebagai pembimbing dengan jumlah presentase 25%. 2) Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa H1 diterima H0 ditolak.Nilai Fhitung sebesar 21.668 Ftabel 4.07 atau nilai signifikan 0.01 0.05 selain itu nilai R Square diperoleh 0.903atau sama dengan 90.3%. dengan demikian peran penyuluhan pertanian terhadap pengembangan kelompok tani diKecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo berpengaruh secara parsial dan berpengaruh secara simultan.

Abstract

This research aims at 1) investigating the aspects that influence irrigation water utilization in Village of Toluwaya, Sub-district of Bulango Timur, District of Bone Bolango; 2) investigating ricefield paddy farm appropriateness in utilization of irrigation water in Village of Toluwaya, Sub-district of Bulango Timur, District of Bone Bolango. This research applies survey method. It was conducted from October to November 2016. Data of the research are analyzed descriptively and farm appropriateness. Samples of the research are 23 respondents that are taken by slovin method. Research findings are: 1) the aspects that influence irrigation water utilization, influence and related to business appropriateness where the appropriateness is above IDR. 3.41, thus every 1 rupiah of expenditure will obtain profit. This is influenced by supporting facility for irrigation such as aspect of irrigation maintenance, irrigation repair and irrigation management. Irrigation water utilization is in good category with average score of 13.73 with percentage of 59.70%. Then, farm appropriateness is IDR. 3.41. 2) the total cost paid by farmers during the farming process is IDR. 7.441.956 with reception of IDR.25.326.087. Thus, the income is IDR. 17.884.131. Therefore, this farm is proper to be developed as value of R/C ratio is3,41 or 1. This means that every 1 rupiah of expenditure will give reception of 3,41.

Abstract

The effectiveness of agribusiness clinic communication is a success in achieving the goal of agribusiness discipline of agribusiness by looking at the level of knowledge and attitude change from farmers after communication. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of agribusiness clinic communication in supporting the breeding of paddy field seeds in Wonosari District, to know the communication process in agribusiness clinic service, and to know the effectiveness of agribusiness clinic communication in supporting the breeding activity of paddy paddy seeds in kecamatan wonosari. The research method used in this research is survey with data analysis using binary logistic regression. The results of this study show the influence of the accuracy of media extension on communication effectiveness. Communication process at the time of planning, execution, evaluation of activity sah walks well, and communication that happened at agribusiness clinic in support of breeding activity of paddy rice seedlings good enough but not yet effective. This is indicated by the level of knowledge of farmers about seed breeding activities of rice paddy is quite good and there are still farmers who have not responded well the existence of this agribisnis clinic. agribusiness clinic is actually very useful for them in supporting the breeding activities of rice paddy seeds in Wonosari District but the communication process that occurs in it should still be improved.

Abstract

This research aims at (1) Finding out the tendency for number of fish landed in Bilato Sub-district; (2) Finding out the factors that influence the number of fish caught by the fishermen in Bilato Sub-district. (3) Finding out the fishermen income in Bilato Sub-district. This research was carried out from June to july 2015. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis, and income analysis. This descriptive analysis is used to find out the tendency of number of fish caught by the fishermen in Bilato Sub-district, the multiple linier regression analysis is used to find out the factors that influence the number of fish caught by the fishermen, on the other hand, the income analysis is used to find out the amount of fishermen income in Bilato Sub-district. This research reveals that (1)Tthe tendency of number of fish caught by the respondents fishermen in Bilato Sub-district in July through September are fluctuated in which, the largest amount of fish caught was in July where 4,797 kg of fish was caught and the least amount of fish caught was in October 2015, with only 1,674 kilos of fish caught. (2) Production factors, capital, boat, and workers simultaneously significantly influenced the number of fish landed. Mean, partially, only production factor of cost that significantly influenced, mean, production factors such as boat and workers insignificantly influenced the number of fish landed. (3) The average income of respondents I Bilato Sub-district was IDR 24.847.657 in a year. Keywords: Fishermen,Tendency, Income

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) performance of hybrid corn farming business in Sub-district of Tibawa, District of Gorontalo; 2) level of profit and hybrid corn farming business suitability in Sub-district of Tibawa; and 3) factors of production that affect production of hybrid corn Sub-district of Tibawa, District of Gorontalo.  This research is conducted in Sub-district of Tibawa, District of Gorontalo, from August to September 2017 by having 50 farmers as samples.  Thias research applies and Cobb-Douglass production function analysis.  Research finding reveals that performance of corn farming business has not yet implemented cultivation technique that is based on theory and advices of the extension man.  Monoculture performance of hybrid corn farming business consists of land processing, planting, weeding, fertilizing, maintaining and harvesting.  The applied farming business system is just based on personal experience of every farmer and it is not performed intensively.  Utilization of production facility is not based on agricultural advices. TKLK (Workers out of Family Member) is more often used than TKDK ( Workers from Family Member).  Finding of analysis using R/C also reveal that hybrid corn farming business in Sub-district of Tibawa makes profit for IDR. 6.826.827,48.  Value of R/C at hybrid corn farming business is 1,64, then based on criterion of R/C ratio is 1, thus the farming business in Sub-district of Tibawa is proper to be developed.  Utilization of production factors at hybrid corn farming business simultaneously and positively as well as significantly influences production of the hybrid corn, while partially, seed and fertilizer positively and significantly influences the production.
