Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada UD Langgeng Jaya kediri. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 171 konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di percetakan maskumambang kediri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian Uji hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai FHitung > Ftabel dengan taraf signifikansi (Sig) < 0,1 (alpha 10%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak H1diterima yang artinya variabel Word of mouth, Kepercayaan Pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk di UD Langgeng Jaya. Uji hipotesis secara parsial untuk variabel Word of mouth di peroleh nilai thitung sebesar > ttabel, dengan taraf signifikan (Sig) < 0,1 (alpha 10%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak Ha diterima yang artinya variabel Word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen produk di UD Langgeng Jaya.

Abstract

UMKM Indonesia sangat beragam dan diimbangi dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat pula. Untuk itu diferensiasi produk, brand image, serta relationship marketing dapat menjadi pengaruh bagi para konsumen yang akan melakukan keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui seberapa besar diferensiasi produk, brand image, dan relationship marketing dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Produk Buket (Studi UMKM pada Nusantary.id di Kota Kediri). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan Accidental Sampling, sampel yang digunakan 144 responden. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner lalu akan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 dengan menggunakan teknik analisis yatiu uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis.Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Diferensiasi Produk, Brand Image, dan Relationship Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara simultan pada Nusantary.id di Kota Kediri nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location, service quality and taste on repurchase intention at 66 Kediri coffee shop. This type of research is quantitative associative causal, with the sampling method using accidental sampling. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were consumers of 66 Kediri coffee shops. The sample in this study was 384 consumers with a sampling technique using Google Form. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the partial results of the variables location, service quality and taste have a significant effect on repurchase interest at Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. The simultaneous F test results of location, service quality and taste have a significant effect on repurchase interest at Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokasi,kualitas layanan dan cita rasa terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif kausal, dengan metode pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan adalah accidental sampling. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 konsumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil t secara parsial variabel lokasi, kualitas layanan dan cita rasa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri. Hasil uji F secara simultan lokasi, kualitas layanan dan cita rasa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang di Kedai Kopi 66 Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PT customers. Free Time Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then in the t test it is known that the variables product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that product quality and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri.

Abstract

Companies must struggle to survive and be the best, this encourages companies to use various strategies and innovations to prevent bankruptcy in the laws of law there are gaps that can be utilized by taxpayers to reduce the tax burden that must be paid. One of them is tax avoidance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and explain profitability, leverage on tax avoidance with sales growth as moderation variables in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020-2021. Types of research approaches are quantitative, with a population of 4 companies and 32 data samples The quarterly financial uses using purposive sampling for sample determination. Data analysis techniques conducted with descriptive statistical analysis, testing of panel data regression estimation models, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t-test, and moderation regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained that the partial profitability variable had a significant effect on tax avoidance and partially leverage had no significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of moderation regression analysis obtained by the results of sales growth instead of the moderation variable between profitability and leverage of tax avoidance.

Abstract

The air transportation business in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase seen from the number of airlines established in Indonesia. The increasing number of airlines makes the competition increasingly fierce in building a company. So the company can experience financial difficulties that can lead to bankruptcy. One of the airline companies experiencing financial distress is PT. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk. This research aims to analyze and predict the bankruptcy of the company PT. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk. This research uses the Altman Z-Score and Springate methods. The data collection technique used in the research is secondary data in the form of PT's annual financial report. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. The results of this research state that in 2017 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -2.2920 and Springate -0.5127. In 2018 the company experienced distress with a classification of -2.9939 and Springate -0.4330. In 2019 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -4.0886 and Springate -0.5974. In 2020 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -6.8293 and Springate -0.7776. In 2021 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -8.0491 and Springate -0.5821.

Abstract

Coffee shops that use marketing strategies to achieve customer repurchase intention by providing quality service and good taste, namely Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery. The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of product, proce, and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The location of this research was conducted at UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. The objects in this research are rice cutomers from UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. This research is quantitative research. Data cllection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature, Data analysis was perfomed usuing validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test., multiple linear test, hypothesis test, determination test. From the result of the research that has been done, it shows that the first problem formulation regarding the product partially has a significance level effect on customers satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 2.850 with a significance level of 0,009. Price partially has a significance effect on consumer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 1.948 with a significance level of 0,044. Place partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product,price and Place on customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F count is 3.968 with a sig level of 0.021 where the figure is <0.05.

Abstract

The development of human resources in a company really requires good performance from employees, therefore employees are the benchmark for whether or not the company's goals have been achieved. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Javanese Flowers Permai Kediri. The analytical method in this research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that the workload variable partially influences employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. Work environment variables partially influence employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.004<0.05. The workload and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance as proven by the results of the f test with a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

In Indonesia, furniture industry companies are starting to spread and develop rapidly. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished goods. In ever-increasing business competition, companies must be able to manage human resources well. This aims to increase employee work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This research sample consisted of 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research uses a quantitative type of research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the results of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) t test have a partially significant effect on Work Productivity by getting a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
