Abstract

Leadership is a familiar topic of discussion. In this era of globalization, leadership has increasingly become a subject of human attention. Numerous pieces of literature on leadership can be found, and seminars, workshops, and meetings discussing leadership are held everywhere. This shows that today, people place significant emphasis on leadership. Leadership is a determining factor in the success or failure of achieving goals in any community. The church, as a community, also recognizes the importance of leadership in achieving its objectives. The accomplishment of goals is closely tied to the role of a leader. Therefore, specific qualifications are needed for a Christian leader. One essential qualification for a Christian leader is spiritual qualification. This journal discusses the spiritual qualifications of a Christian leader, drawing implications from the Book of Nehemiah. One of the key factors contributing to Nehemiah's success in leadership was his spirituality.

Abstract

The use of IT-based media in education systems has continuously risen, and the digital era has provided a great opportunity to integrate any media in the process of learning. This research will present an assessment of the role of optimized IT media in CRE at SMP N 1 Ledo. A qualitative approach with the case study method is used to gain depth into how IT media influences the learning process in this particular context. The findings of the case study reveal that IT media implementation increased both student activity and enhanced learning achievements of students in the subject of CRE. Furthermore, IT-based media make learning more interactive and fun for students; in this way, students can manage to retain concentration and sustain motivation throughout the entire learning process. Secondly, it has been indicated that IT media has to be duly developed and maintained if it is ever going to serve its full purpose in the classroom. If no support is given from time to time and technical developments are not made, the effectiveness of IT media might be rendered gradually useless. It also confirms that teachers need sufficient training and support so that they would feel confident in their contribution to students via the integration of technology into teaching. Capability of easily combining traditional approaches with the aid of digital tools generally increases the level of learning. The results of this research then demonstrate that IT media is capable of enhancing the effectiveness of Christian Religious Education, especially in making learning more interactive and fun for students. They also indicate the necessity for continuous professional development of teachers themselves so that teachers are able to keep up with the times and make use of these facilities appropriately in teaching

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep administrasi pendidikan dalam dunia pengajaran menurut pendapat para ahli dan bagaimana penerapannya dalam praktik pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan penekanan pada analisis teori, dokumen, serta kajian pustaka dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang memiliki reputasi baik. Hasil riset mengindikasikan bahwa administrasi pendidikan dipahami sebagai sebuah proses kerja sama yang terencana dalam mengelola sumber daya pendidikan guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dengan cara yang efektif dan efisien. Para ahli seperti Sagala, Nawawi, Hoy dan Miskel, serta Engkoswara menjelaskan bahwa administrasi pendidikan terdiri dari fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan (POAC) yang merupakan bagian dari keahlian profesional seorang guru. Dalam bidang pendidikan, administrasi yang berkaitan dengan pengajaran tidak hanya mencakup pembuatan alat pembelajaran, tetapi juga pengelolaan kelas, kurikulum, dan penilaian yang saling terhubung. Penemuan ini didukung oleh jurnal-jurnal yang dapat dipercaya, yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dalam administrasi pendidikan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran dan kinerja para guru. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang administrasi pendidikan adalah hal penting dalam membangun profesionalisme guru yang mampu dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan saat ini.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting, hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan dari pendidikan yakni untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa yang berimbas kepada peningkatan taraf hidup bangsa Indonesia. agar tidak tertinggal dengan bangsa lain pendidikan menjadi tumpuan harapan bagi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk itu pendidikan wajib diberikan kepada seluruh masyarakat tanpa terkecuali masyarakat yang hidup dikota maupun daerah terpencil. adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) bagaimana langkah dinas pendidikan, kepemudaan dan olahraga dalam meningkatkan pelyanan pendidikan dasar di SD Pulau Rinca desa pasir panjang? 2) apa saja hambatan dinas pendidikan, kepemudaan dan olahraga dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan dasar di SD Pulau Rinca desa pasir panjang? adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana langkah dinas pendidikan kepemudaan dan olahraga dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan dasar di SD Pulau Rinca desa pasir panjang.2) untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan dinas pendidikan kepemudaan dan olaharaga dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan dasar di SD Pulau Rinca desa pasir panjang metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. teknik analisa data yaitu menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa langkah pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatan pelayanan publik sejauh ini belum berjalan dengan efektif karena dilihat dari sarana prasarana, dana bantuan operasional sekolah (Bos) dan keejahtraan guru yang sampai saat ini kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari pemerintah sekolah yang berada di desa pasir panjang sangat mengharapkan bantuan dari pemerintah untuk membantu memcahkan masalah pendidikan yang terjadi didesa pasir panjang.

Abstract

Classroom-based developmental guidance and counseling has emerged as a strategic approach in elementary education, as students’ developmental support needs to be integrally embedded within daily instructional practices. Classroom teachers play a central role as facilitators of students’ academic, social, and emotional development; however, preservice elementary school teachers (PGSD students) often encounter limitations in their conceptual understanding and contextual application of guidance and counseling practices. This study aims to formulate a conceptual, integrative, and contextually relevant model of classroom-based developmental guidance and counseling to strengthen the professional competencies of PGSD students. The study employs a systematic comparative literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through a comprehensive review of scholarly literature retrieved from Google Scholar, ERIC, and SINTA databases, selected based on inclusion criteria encompassing the last ten years of publication, substantive relevance, and source credibility. Data analysis was conducted using thematic and comparative techniques to synthesize key concepts, principles, and models of developmental guidance and counseling. The findings indicate that a structured and preventive classroom-based developmental guidance and counseling model significantly enhances pedagogical competence, basic counseling skills, work readiness, and the development of professional and reflective dispositions among PGSD students in supporting the holistic development of learners.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public satisfaction with the quality of birth certificate issuance services at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Pandeglang Regency in 2025. The increasing number of applications for new and renewed birth certificates, along with public complaints about slow service, serves as the main background of this research. Technical problems, such as system failures, often cause delays in administrative processes, affecting citizens’ perceptions of service quality. The study employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to service recipients. The service quality assessment is based on nine indicators derived from the Indonesian Ministry of Administrative Reform Regulation (Permenpan RB) No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Public Satisfaction Surveys. The findings reveal that the overall satisfaction score reached 80.37, categorizing the service quality as “Good.” However, the “Requirements” indicator received the lowest score (8.33) due to insufficient dissemination of information through physical notice boards, leading to public confusion regarding procedures. The research recommends that the service institution improve information delivery not only through social media but also via on-site information boards. Additionally, regular evaluation and system maintenance are needed to enhance digital service mechanisms and minimize technical disruptions that hinder public service performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki gagasan fundamental moralitas, etika, dan akhlak sebagai tiga pilar utama dalam pengembangan karakter manusia. Meskipun memiliki landasan epistemologis, sumber nilai, dan cakupan yang berbeda, ketiga kata ini seringkali dianggap tumpang tindih. Untuk memperjelas perbedaan dan titik konvergensi antara filsafat, ilmu sosial, dan pemikiran Islam, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi studi pustaka. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moralitas didasarkan pada standar sosial dan budaya yang muncul dalam masyarakat, sedangkan etika didasarkan pada wahyu ilahi dan oleh karena itu bersifat universal dan tidak dapat diubah, sementara akhlak berfokus pada pertimbangan rasional dan filosofis tentang baik dan buruk. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga ide tersebut bekerja sama dengan baik dalam pengembangan karakter, pengambilan keputusan, dan mendorong perilaku manusia di dunia modern yang penuh tantangan moral.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the five-day workday policy on public services at the Penyamun Village Office, Pemali District, Bangka Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the five-day workday policy has been implemented in accordance with the Bangka Regent's Circular Letter of 2024 and has been able to maintain the continuity of public services by adjusting working days and hours. Village officials have been able to adapt to the new work system, although there are still disciplinary challenges and differences in public satisfaction levels. The five-day workday policy is considered effective and has had a positive impact on public services at the Penyamun Village Office. This study implies that the village government needs to improve apparatus discipline and evaluate the five-day workday policy to optimize public services.
