Abstract

Many unit hydrograph concepts are used to carry out the transformation from rainfall to flow discharge. The data needed to derive a measured unit hydrograph in the watershed under consideration is automatic rainfall data and discharge recording at certain observation points. A hydrograph can be described as a graphic presentation of one of the elements of flow and time. The purpose of the design flood discharge analysis is to evaluate the magnitude of the design flood discharge at various return periods of  2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100 years. This research is a case study using rainfall data for 10 years, namely 2014-2023. Next, an analysis of the maximum daily rainfall in the Mencongah watershed (watershed) was carried out, climatological data obtained from the relevant agencies. After analyzing the rainfall data obtained in the field, the maximum annual rainfall in the Mencongah watershed was obtained based on the results of data analysis from the Mencongah station, which was 229 mm, while the average rainfall was 167.9 mm, a large value.PMP (Probable Maximum Precipitation) on the Mencongah river is 85.37 mm, the design flood discharge with return periods of 2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 and 100 years using the Hapers method is obtained respectively: 72.21 m³; 180.525 m³, 361.05 mm, 722.101 m³, 902.626 m³, 1805.252 m³, 3610.504 m³,while the Melchior method discharge is 191,517 m³; 478,793 m³; 957,586 m³; 1915.171 m³; 2393,964 m³; 4787 m³; and 9575.855 m³

Abstract

The increasing population also reduces the quality of environmental sanitation. The need for clean water and environmental sanitation has become an international issue, namely in the 2015 Millennium Development Goal (MDG) where the need for clean water is a top priority. In this research, secondary data was taken at the PDAM Gerung West Lombok Branch office, data such as data on the number of house connections, water demand data and discharge data. This data is analyzed in the stages of calculating the projected number of house connections, calculating the need for clean water and calculating the projected discharge needed for the year, calculating the projected water loss until 2026, and calculating the water balance. After carrying out calculations by analyzing the data obtained from the relevant agencies, namely data from PDAM West Lombok Regency, it can be concluded that the water needs of thesheet subdistrict in 2024 = 2,547,851 m3/yr; in 2025 = 2,567,671 m3/yr and in 2026 = 2,687,370 m3/yr, the availability of water discharge in thesheet district in 2024 is = 2,860,937.25 m3/yr; in 2025 = 2,785,635.42 m3/yr; in 2026 it will be = 2,708,769.99 m3/yr, the water balance for thesheet subdistrict will decrease until in 2026 it will reach 21,399.99 m3/yr

Abstract

Every weir construction requires appropriate hydrological analysis so that the weir planning can be technically and economically appropriate. Apart from that, in the weir planning process it is necessary to optimize its storage, so that the weir function can run optimally. The aim of this research is to determine the availability of irrigation water needs in the Gebong Weir irrigation area. After calculating and analyzing rainfall data, researchers can draw conclusions regarding the availability and need for water for irrigation at Gebong Dam, that the availability of irrigation water for farmers is still sufficient, the first planting season is February, the available debit is 78,065,054 lt/sec/ha, the season the second planting season in June, the available debit was 3,261,647 lt/sec/ha and the third planting season in October the debit was 7,8343,683 lt/sec/ha, while the water requirement for Gebong irrigation in February was 271.77 lt/sec/ha, The water requirement for the second planting season in June is 272.31 lit/sec/ha and for the third planting season in October it is 272.74 lit/sec/ha

Abstract

The Babak River is located in Bagu Village which is part of the Administrative Region of Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency, which is one of the areas where river flooding and drainage systems frequently occur. In analyzing the planned flood discharge of the Babak river by evaluating several parameters including daily maximum rainfall, planned rainfall, effective rainfall, planned flood unit hydrograph. The purpose of the planned flood discharge analysis is to evaluate the magnitude of the planned flood discharge at various return periods. Based on the background, the problem formulation in this research is to find out the magnitude of the base flow in the river basin and the magnitude of the planned flood discharge at various return periods of T years. After analyzing the rainfall data obtained at the BMKG (Meteorology and Geophysics Agency) West Lombok Regency office, the rainfall plan for various return periods using the Gumbel method is as follows: 2 years = 444,687; 5 years = 477,295; 10 years = 498.909 mm; 20 years = 519.342 mm; 25 years = 526.192 mm; 50 years = 546.424 mm; 100 years = 566.542 mm. Based on the Babak Watershed Characteristics data and data analysis, it was obtained that the base flow discharge in the Babak Weir River Gebong River area, Central Lombok Regency was = 5,289 m3/sec

Abstract

Derajat keasaman (pH), setelah dilakukan proses pengolahan diperoleh 7,72.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pade Pacu Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, which has productive agricultural land but faces challenges in irrigation water distribution. The objective of this activity was to assist the Pade Pacu Water Users Farmers Association (P3A) in constructing a tertiary canal to improve the efficiency of water distribution to agricultural land. Implementation methods included site surveys, technical planning, canal construction, and management assistance. The results showed that the tertiary canal, 300 meters long and 0.4 meters wide at the base and 0.5 meters wide at the top, was able to improve water distribution to 20 hectares of rice fields. This activity also increased the participation and technical skills of Pade Pacu P3A members in managing the irrigation network.
