Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of AI Technology in the HR Selection and Recruitment Process. The method used in the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) study, which involves collecting data and information from related literature, such as journals, internet articles, etc. To gain a better understanding of the influence that occurs on the topic discussed, this study analyzes previous relevant research. The results of the study indicate that Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has a significant influence on the human resource management (HR) selection and recruitment process. AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, and objectivity in the process, but also presents challenges such as potential algorithmic bias and impact on the experience of prospective employees. Therefore, it is important for organizations to develop ethical policies and provide adequate training to staff to maximize the benefits of using AI. Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance in an organizational context. Employees as strategic assets not only carry out their duties, but also contribute to innovation and a positive work culture. In an era of intense competition, it is important for companies to manage employees with a humanistic approach that includes development and empowerment. Employee performance, which reflects individual effectiveness in completing tasks, is influenced by various factors including effective communication and OCB behavior. Through Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research analyzes related literature to understand the relationship between these variables. Results show that good communication increases job satisfaction, which in turn has a positive impact on performance. Additionally, OCB behavior contributes to organizational success by increasing collaboration and harmony in the workplace. This research concludes that companies need to expend resources in communication and OCB development to achieve competitive advantage.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to provide assistance and facilitation to Nahdliyin women business actors so that they have independence and business skills. Providing enforcement of the informal sector as an advanced, competitive and productive business entity, as well as mobilizing the potential of existing resources as a community business force that can support the family economy. Devotion answers existing problems such as limited resources, existing business, product limitations and limited market reach. Service is carried out using a participatory method by placing partners as holders of a more dominant role. The service begins with training, then a business cluster is formed and the formation of business entities is facilitated for partners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work family conflict (WFC) dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita. Dalam konteks dunia kerja yang semakin kompleks, karyawan wanita sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan tuntutan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab keluarga, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja mereka. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang sistematis, artikel ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan, dengan fokus pada hubungan antara WFC, stres kerja, dan kinerja karyawan wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WFC berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap penurunan kinerja, di mana karyawan wanita yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan kedua peran cenderung menunjukkan produktivitas yang lebih rendah. Selain itu, stres kerja yang tinggi juga ditemukan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, dengan karyawan yang mengalami stres akibat beban kerja yang berlebihan menunjukkan penurunan kepuasan kerja. Interaksi antara WFC dan stres kerja memperburuk dampak negatif terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen untuk mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja-keluarga dan menyediakan sumber daya untuk mengelola stres, guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan wanita dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui tinjauan sistematis dari berbagai studi yang relevan. Locus of control, yang merujuk pada keyakinan individu tentang faktor yang mengendalikan kehidupan mereka (internal atau eksternal), dan self-efficacy, yaitu keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam menghadapi tantangan, telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor psikologis yang berperan penting dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pemilihan dan analisis artikel-artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk memahami hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dengan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review terhadap beberapa jurnal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap paper jurnal yang dipublish pada tahun antara 2019-2023. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu Google Scholar. Terdapat satu Research Question (RQ) yang ada dan diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat 5 data yang berisi pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan 2 data yang berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan, dan 1 data pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 1 data pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta 2 data yang tidak signifikan. Hasil yang diharapkan nantinya dapat memberikan informasi kepada para pelaku manajer supaya dapat mengetahui terkait gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dalam mencapai suatu tujuan pada organisasi di suatu perusahaan.

Abstract

This research examines the role of organizational commitment and authentic leadership in improving employee productivity in the face of digital transformation. Using a systematic literature review approach, this research examines the interaction between these two factors to achieve the best outcomes for employees. Authentic leadership, which emphasizes transparency, integrity and accountability, creates a supportive work environment where employees are valued and treated fairly. On the other hand, organizational commitment, which measures employees' emotional and psychological well-being towards the organization, contributes to higher levels of loyalty and performance that support organizational goals. The findings of this study suggest that the combination of organizational commitment and authentic leadership significantly improves employee productivity, especially in a rapidly changing environment. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to invest in leadership development and create an environment that encourages employees to react.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on the workforce. Leadership and motivation are two important factors that affect the performance, productivity, and welfare of the workforce. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by collecting data from various literature sources. The results of the literature review indicate that effective leadership, such as leadership style, contributes to increased engagement, performance, and workforce satisfaction. In addition, high motivation significantly affects employee morale, productivity, and commitment to the organization. This study concludes that a combination of inspirational leadership and the right motivational strategies can create a conducive work environment, improve workforce performance, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee retention and turnover intention on employee performance using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Employee retention, as a strategy to retain talent within an organization, and turnover intention, which reflects an employee’s desire to leave, are critical factors that directly impact organizational productivity and performance. This research synthesizes findings from scholarly articles published in indexed journals over a specific period. The results reveal that effective employee retention strategies positively influence employee performance, while turnover intention has a negative effect. Factors such as organizational culture, leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee engagement are identified as significant mediators in the relationship between these variables. The study provides practical recommendations for organizations to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover intention through robust policies, professional development programs, and fostering a positive work environment. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of how these dynamics affect employee performance, offering both theoretical and practical insights.

Abstract

Di era digital, dinamika organisasi menghadapi tantangan baru dalam membangun motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan, terutama dari Generasi Z yang memiliki karakter unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan Generasi Z dalam konteks digital. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyintesis artikel dari jurnal-jurnal terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif memiliki dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan Generasi Z. Pemimpin yang mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam gaya kepemimpinan mereka berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif dan mendukung kebutuhan generasi ini. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter cenderung menurunkan tingkat motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan strategi kepemimpinan adaptif di era digital. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pemimpin untuk memahami kebutuhan spesifik Generasi Z dan mengadopsi pendekatan berbasis teknologi guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan produktif.
