Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an effect of individual characteristics, empowerment and internal communication on employee performance (a study on the State Civil Apparatus of Disdukcapil, Kebumen Regency). The population in this study were all ASN Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kebumen Regency and sampling technique which is done using saturated sampling technique or the entire population is sampled, namely the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Disdukcapil Kebumen Regency, amounting to 33 people. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) individual characteristics have a significant influence on the performance of Disdukcapil employees in Kebumen Regency. (2) Empowerment has a significant influence on the performance of Disdukcapil employees of Kebumen Regency. (3) Internal communication has a significant influence on the performance of Disdukcapil employees in Kebumen Regency. (4) Individual Characteristics, Empowerment and Internal Communication together (simultaneously) have a significant and significant influence on the performance of Disdukcapil employees in Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

This writing aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, subjective well-being on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Kindergarten Teachers in Karanggayam District. The independent variables in this study are emotional intelligence and subjective well-being, while the dependent variable is performance, and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The data collection technique in this study is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, where all the population is sampled as many as 52 respondents. The hypothesis was tested with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the t test, emotional intelligence variables, subjective well-being have a positive effect on performance and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, based on the Sobel test, job satisfaction variables can mediate between emotional intelligence and subjective well-being on performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the main ASN value BerAKHLAK, workplacefriendship, self efficacy, and emotional intelligence on performance in the ASN of the KebumenRegency Population and Civil Registration Office. Collecting data using a questionnaire with aLikert scale and a total sample of 36 respondents The sampling technique used in this research issaturated sampling. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques, t test,f test and the coefficient of determination using SPSS for windows version 25.00. The results of thisstudy indicate that the main value of ASN BerAKHLAK partially has a positive and significanteffect on performance, workplace friendship partially has a negative and significant effect onperformance, self-efficacy partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, emotionalintelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on performance .The main value of ASN BerAKHLAK, workplace friendship, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence simultaneously affectperformance.

Abstract

Layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan ritel merupakan salah satu nilai tambah yang menjadikan keunggulan bersaing antar industri ritel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan toko kelontong dalam berproses menciptakan layanan kepada pelanggan dengan didasarkan pada sumber daya yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada komunitas pedagang toko kelontong di lima Kabupaten yaitu Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, dan Kebumen. Pengambilan informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode informan bertujuan, dimana masing-masing kabupaten diawal pengambilan data diambil 2 % dari seluruh jumlah anggota komunitas, dan dihentikan ketika data sudah jenuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dimana metode anaalisis data menggunakan model Miles and Hubbermans, yang dimulai dari pengumpulan data ( observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka), reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses penciptaan layanan yang dilakukan oleh toko kelontong lebih dipengeruhi oleh latar belakang sumber daya, informasi, persepsi, dan pengalaman masing-masing. Apabila suatu toko kelontong semakin memiliki sumber daya maka jumlah layanan yang diciptakan semakin banyak, namun banyaknya jumlah layanan kepada pelanggan harus dibandingkan antara sumber daya yang digunakan dengan nilai tambah yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitiaan lainya adalah toko kelontong sebagai ritel tradisional mampu menciptakan mass customization service yang didasarkan pada konversi seluruh informasi dari pelanggan

Abstract

This study adopts a quantitative approach to understand the phenomenon of quiet quitting among employees in the banking sector. Present studies directed to understand the linkage between Job burnout, Role conflict and Abusive Leadership toward employee’s quiet quitting. Conducted in January 2024, the research utilized a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to randomly selected respondents from five banks. A total 75 employees join as participant in the survey. To analyse the data, this study used multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 16 were employed in the analysing process. Findings indicate that Job burnout has a positive effect on employees quiet quitting. Role conflict also showed a significant influence on employee quiet quitting. And the last, Abusive Leadership significantly impact quiet quitting. Job burnout leads to a loss of motivation and interest in work, while Role conflict triggers feelings of pressure and confusion among employees. Abusive Leadership styles create an unfavourable work environment. Understanding these factors is crucial for bank management to devise strategies aimed at mitigating quiet quitting and cultivating a work environment conducive to employee well-being and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work climate on the performance of civil servant teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, which is taking a sample as a whole or all members of the population are used as samples. Respondents in this study were civil servant teachers totaling 35 people. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods to test validity, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination. The test in the t test shows that leadership has an effect on the performance of PNS teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen. Emotional intelligence has no effect on the performance of civil servant teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen. Work climate affects the performance of PNS teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen. The test in the f test shows that leadership, emotional intelligence, and work climate together affect the performance of PNS teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kebumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertuuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi kebijakan work-life balance (WLB) terhadap perubahan perilaku karyawan, dengan fokus pada peran budaya organisasi dan fleksibilitas kerja. Dalam dunia kerja yang semakin berkembang, penerapan WLB dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, produktivitas, dan loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang mendukung keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi sangat penting untuk keberhasilan kebijakan WLB. Fleksibilitas kerja, seperti kerja jarak jauh dan pengaturan jam kerja, berperan besar dalam mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan WLB yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work stress on employee turnover intention. Turnover intention refers to the employee's intention to leave their job, which can be influenced by various factors, including job satisfaction and work stress. The research method used is a descriptive approach by collecting data from various literature sources. The results of the literature review indicate a significant relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention, where high job satisfaction tends to reduce employees' intention to leave. Conversely, high work stress contributes to an increase in turnover intention. This study concludes that management needs to create a supportive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce stress levels in order to mitigate turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of AI Technology in the HR Selection and Recruitment Process. The method used in the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) study, which involves collecting data and information from related literature, such as journals, internet articles, etc. To gain a better understanding of the influence that occurs on the topic discussed, this study analyzes previous relevant research. The results of the study indicate that Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has a significant influence on the human resource management (HR) selection and recruitment process. AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, and objectivity in the process, but also presents challenges such as potential algorithmic bias and impact on the experience of prospective employees. Therefore, it is important for organizations to develop ethical policies and provide adequate training to staff to maximize the benefits of using AI.
