Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to determine the effect of motivation on performance, the effect of work discipline on performance, whether organizational culture moderates the influence of motivation on performance and whether organizational culture moderates discipline on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council of Central Java Province. This research is an associative research with multiple regression analysis techniques. The study population numbered 186 respondents with a random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents determined by the Slovin formula. The results showed that motivation had a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline had a significant positive effect on performance, organizational culture moderated the influence of motivation on performance and organizational culture moderated the effect of work discipline on performance at the Central Java Provincial Secretariat. The implication that can be utilized from the results of this study is that it can be used as input for the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Council of Central Java Province. In improving and developing employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Organizational Culture, Performance AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, apakah budaya organisasi memoderasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja dan apakah budaya organisasi memoderasi disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 186 responden dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi memoderasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja dan budaya organisasi memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Implikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan masukan bagi Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and worklife balance on employee performance with organizational culture as moderating variable at the Central Java Provincial Health Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Java Provincial Health Office with 200 respondents. The sample technique used is purposive sampling with 90 respondents.The test in this study consisted of test instruments, namely validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that: Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, worklife balances has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organizational culture is proven to be a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of both compensation on performance and worklife balance on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian, work-life balance dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (studi kasus pada PT BPR BKK DEMAK (Perseroda) KAB DEMAK). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada PT BPR BKK Demak sebanyak 120 karyawan dan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket dengan skala likert. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dengan loading factor > 0,4, uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha > 0,7 dan uji analisis linier berganda dengan metode SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menentukan bahwa : (1) Kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) Work-life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Purposiveandconvenience sampling was used in this study. Validity and reliabilitytestingperformedbeforetesting therelationship betweenvariables usingstructural equation models. The analysis usedin this studyusing a Maximum Likelihood (ML). The resultscontribute towork-family conflictliteraturein threeways. Firstwork-family conflictoccurs onlyby timeand behavior, andis influenced byrole overload. The second wasfamily involvementoccurringform offamily supportdue tohigherdemands ofhis family. The third wasextra-role performanceis influencedby thewelfare of employeesin the form ofsatisfaction andgood health, whilewelfareis affectedby the performance of in-role andin-role performanceis affecteda person’s abilityto solve problemsisthe focus or in other words that they are having a good problem focused coping will be able to complete the in-role performance.Keywords: religiosity, work-family conflict, family involvement, wellbeing, performance.

Abstract

Keberhasilan manajemen organisasi, salah satunya ditentukan oleh keberhasilan manajemen dalam menumbuhkan komitmen organisasional. Seberapa jauh komitmen organisasional karyawan terhadap organisasi akan sangat menentukan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Religiusitas, Kompetensi, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasional di PDAM Tirta Moedal Jl. Kelud Raya Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan muslim yang berjumlah 222 karyawan. Dengan metode Slovin maka jumlah sampel berjumlah 100 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in the Regional_Revenue_Agency of Semarang City. The number of respondents who became the sample in the study were 101 employees_and based on the simple random sampling . The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Job Involvement has a positive and significant effect on and Employees Employee Performance (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee_Performance (3) The Work Environment_has a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in strengthening efikasi diri and motivation effect on employee performance. The population of this study were employees while the sampling technique was used simple random sampling. Using Slovin formula, found 100 respondents. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS by testing the instrument, model and hypothesis. This research uesed a multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of hyphotesis testing shows that self efficacy and motivation have positive and significant effect on performance, and transformational leadership moderates the both offect of self efficacy and motivation on performance.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja, dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh  pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang sebanyak 219 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara pengisian kuesioner oleh responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS 19.0. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji Validitas dengan analisis factor dan uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach alpha. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji model, uji hipotesis dan uji efek mediasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional sebagai variable memediasi tidak mampu menjelaskan pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Pertanahan kota Semarang.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasional, Kinerja AbstrakThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of: transformational leadership on performance, motivation on performance, transformational leadership on organizational commitment, motivation toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment to performance, transformational leadership on performance with organizational commitment as the mediation and Motivation to performance with organizational commitment as a mediation variable at the Land Office of Semarang City. The population of this research is all employees of Land Office of Semarang City as much as 219 employees. Sample in this research counted 69 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results showed that transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees, motivation had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has positive and significant impact to employee performance. Abstract

he purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on organizational citizenship behavior, analyze the effect of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, analyze the effect of Knowledge Sharing on performance, analyze the effect of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on performance, analyze the effect of OCB on Performance, analyzing the effect of Knowledge Sharing on performance with OCB mediation, analyzing the effect of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on performance with OCB mediation. The population of this research is the employees of Puskesmas Pati 1, Pati 2 and Trangkil as many as 165 people. The number of samples for this research is 98 respondents. In this study, the sampling technique used is simple random aside. Data collection will be carried out through an online questionnaire survey. Statistical analysis in this study uses the process of calculating researchers using the IBM SPSS Statistic Version 23 computer program. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that knowledge sharing positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on performance, leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and performance, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between leader member exchange and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of servant leadership and career development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of KPP Madya Semarang employees. It analyzes the influence of servant leadership, career development and OCB on employee performance of KPP Madya Semarang and analyzes OCB which mediates the effect of servant leadership and career development on employee performance of KPP Madya Semarang. The population in this study were all employees in the KPP Madya Semarang consisted of 108 people. The sample were 108 employees of KPP Madya Semarang obtained from census sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that servant leadership had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Career development had a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance. OCB had a significant positive effect on employee performance. OCB mediated the effect of servant leadership on employee performance. OCB mediated the effect of career development on employee performance.
