Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to analyze and describe the effect of Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees of the Semarang City Education Office. To analyze and describe resistance to change moderate the influence of Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees of the Semarang City Education Office. The population in this study was ASN Semarang City Education Office, totaling 97 employees. The sample in this study was ASN Semarang City Education Office, totaling 97 employees. Sampling with a sampling census technique of 97 employees. Data collection methods using a questionnaire. Data analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the quality of work life has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees of the Semarang City Education Office. Employee engagement has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employee of the Semarang City Education Office. Resistance to change moderate the influence of the quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees of the Semarang City Education Office. Resistance to change moderates the effect of employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employee of the Semarang City Education Office. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus sampling sejumlah 97 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh Employee engagement terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Semarang. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kepribadian, dan kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Sano Properti. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diambil secara langsung dari sumber asli berupa kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Sano Properti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden yang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji validitas item pernyataan, pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan croncbach alpha, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan program output SPSS versi 19. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (2) kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (3) kepemimpinan melayani berpengeruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Kepribadian, Kepemimpinan Melayani, Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of competence, personality, and service leadership on employee performance at the Sano Properti Company. The type of data used is primary data, namely data taken directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is the employees of Sano Properti. The sample in this study were 97 respondents consisting of men and women. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, reliability testing using Croncbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Data processing uses SPSS version 19 output program. The results of the analysis show that: (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) service leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, organizational commitment, and job characteristics on employee performance at PT. Equity World Futures Semarang. This study uses multiple regression analysis with a sample of employees of PT. Equity World Futures Semarang. The number of samples as many as 40 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The results showed that the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had no effect on employee performance, and job characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract Human resources play an important role in the organization in improving performance. Robbins and Jugde (2008) state that employee performance is influenced by individuals, groups and the work environment partially affects performance. PT. Jaykay Files Indonesia Semarang is an organization that desperately needs employee performance that can support organizational performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline, job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Jaykay Files Indonesia Semarang. The number of respondents who became the sample in this study were 127 employees who were taken based on working age above 5 years. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh kepribadian, work-life balance dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (studi kasus pada PT BPR BKK DEMAK (Perseroda) KAB DEMAK). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada PT BPR BKK Demak sebanyak 120 karyawan dan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket dengan skala likert. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dengan loading factor 0,4, uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha 0,7 dan uji analisis linier berganda dengan metode SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menentukan bahwa : (1) Kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) Work-life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study explains how the influence of personality, work-life balance and organizational culture on job satisfaction (case study at PT BPR BKK DEMAK (Perseroda) KAB DEMAK). The population in this study were all employees at PT BPR BKK Demak as many as 120 employees and in collecting data using a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used is a validity test with a loading factor > 0.4, a reliability test with Cronbach Alpha > 0.7 and a multiple linear analysis test using the SPSS version 21 method. Based on the results of the analysis determined that: (1) Personality has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

             Fenomena objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan PT AKAJ. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi kajian terdiri dari karyawan PT AKAJ dengan jumlah 120 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, uji instrument, uji model dan uji hipotesis berdasarkan etiket uji instrument dengan KMO > 0.5, loading factor > 0.4, cornbach alpha 0.7 serta uji R2 dan F. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5% untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil sig 0.0007 < 0.05, kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari nilai sig 0.000 dibawah 0.05, komitmen organisasional memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 serta komitmen organisasional memoderasi pengaruh kepribadian ditunjukkan dengan signifikansi 0.002 < 0.05.Kata Kunci:  Kompetensi, Kepribadian, Komitmen Organisasional             The object phenomenon in this study is the performance of PT AKAJ employees. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of competence and personality on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The study population consisted of employees of PT AKAJ with a total of 120 respondents. Sampling using Simple Random Sampling, instrument testing, model testing and hypothesis testing based on the etiquette of the instrument test with KMO > 0.5, loading factor > 0.4, cornbach alpha 0.7 and R2 and F tests. The study used regression analysis and t-test with a significance level of 5 % to test the hypothesis. The results obtained are competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of sig 0.0007 < 0.05, personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen from the value of sig 0.000 below 0.05, organizational commitment moderates the effect of competence on employee performance with a value of sig 0.000 < 0.05 and organizational commitment moderates the influence of personality indicated by a significance of 0.002 < 0.05.Keywords: Competence, Personality, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Dampak kepribadian dan kompetensi pada kinerja terbukti di kajian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Sariati dan Rijanti (2022). Kemauan pemimpin dalam melayani pegawainya hendak dikaji lebih jauh dalam studi ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT Sano Properti sejumlah 100 pegawai dengan metode sampel jenuh maka seluruh pegawai dijadikan responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 5 skala likert. Kuesioner yang disebarkan 100 eksemplar yang dapat diolah 95 eksemplar. Kuesioner diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji model dengan menggunakan Adjusted R Square dan Uji F. Uji Regresi digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak dari  variabel bebas terhadap variabel tergantung,  uji moderasi menggunakan interaksi antara variabel moderasi dengan variabel bebas. Temuan studi menegaskan bahwa kepribadian dan kompetensi secara individual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepemimpinan melayani terbukti memperkuat pengaruh baik kepribadian maupun kompetensi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan moderasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden. Teknik yang diterapkan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 7 (tujuh) alternatif jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Sharing dan Komitmen Organisasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Kepemimpinan Transformasional terbukti sebagai variabel moderasi pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional terhadap kinerja sedangkan terhadap pengaruh Knowledge Sharing terhadap Kinerja Pegawai tidak terbukti

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job characteristics, motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction at the Kantor Kecamatan Semarang Utara. The population of this study were all employees of the Kantor Kecamatan Semarang Utara and the sample used was 82 employees. Sampling using Random Sampling and collection methods using a questionnaire. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
