Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dan budaya kerja ASN BerAKHLAK terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan efikasi diri sebagai mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui googleform kepada 63 orang pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pariaman. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya kerja BerAKHLAK tidak berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, budaya kerja BerAKHLAK berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri berperan sebagai parsial mediasi terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dengan kinerja pegawai dan efikasi diri berperan sebagai full mediasi terhadap budaya kerja BerAKHLAK dengan kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Innovation is the main key in achieving competitive advantage in business. Due to the dynamic business environment, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) must prioritize innovation to sustain their competitive advantage. This report offers a comprehensive perspective on how SMEs may effectively cope with any changes and sustain their competitive advantage through innovation. Therefore, explaining the main predictors of innovation in achieving competitive advantage in a dynamic environment is important to do. Through organizational information processing theory (OIPT), this study proposes environmental scanning as the main predictors in explaining innovative performance which in turn has an impact on competitive advantage. Data were collected from 245 SMEs in Indonesia from various industries. Testing the proposed hypothesis of the research was assessed with SEM by assisting Amos software. The results indicated that environmental scanning positively influence competitive advantage. Further the findings were also supported that innovative performance significantly mediates this relationship. This is a cross-sectional research study with a non-probability random sampling method, and self-report questionnaires, therefore possible bias may occur in the research findings. Implications of the research were also discussed in this paper.

Abstract

Usability of the Rasch Model: A Study to Develop a Valid and Reliable Measure of Hybrid Entrepreneurial Interest It explored the cultural bias that exists between Minangkabau and non-Minangkabau people. 108 people had completed the three measures, and their respective data were subjected to tests of reliability, validity, and DIF. Results showed that the instrument has good reliability, evidenced by high item and person reliability coefficients and a large separation index. Most items were fitted via the Rasch Model, while some showed small signs of bias. The DIF analysis showed noteworthy cultural differences on several items, most prominently Interest 4, which presented a significant DIF difference. These results suggest a disparity in economic entity perception between the Minangkabau respondents, who grew up with cultural values promoting big capital entrepreneurship with possible aspirations to achieve economic stability, and the non-Minangkabau respondents. The findings highlight the need of considering cultural contexts when developing measures of risk preference in relationship to entrepreneurship. The tool has worked well, but it still needs refinement to be more culturally neutral and widely applicable. This study contributes to entrepreneurship theory by expanding our understanding of culturally responsive entrepreneurship and offers practical recommendations to encourage culturally responsive entrepreneurial efforts.

Employability is a person's work readiness in entering the job market and the world of work. In work readiness, skills needed by the world of work are needed, these skills will support job seekers and those who are new to work to be ready in the world of work. This study is to analyze the influence of digital literacy which includes the ability to use information and communication technology effectively. Self-efficacy or individual confidence in their ability to achieve goals is expected to mediate the relationship between these variables and employability, namely the ability to get and maintain jobs. Through a survey conducted on 175 respondents from alumni of BPVP Padang training participants in 2023, research data processing was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method, with the type of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) used, namely Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that digital literacy has a direct effect on employability, but is not mediated by self-efficacy. This finding indicates the importance of digital literacy to increase employability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya mobilitas internal karyawan melalui pendekatan systematic literature review terhadap 25 artikel akademik yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Internal mobility didefinisikan sebagai perpindahan posisi karyawan dalam organisasi yang sama, yang mencakup promosi, rotasi, maupun transfer lintas fungsi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa mobilitas internal dipengaruhi oleh tujuh kelompok faktor utama: faktor individu, organisasi dan sistem, sosial dan jaringan, gender dan ketimpangan, psikologis, budaya dan kepemimpinan, serta faktor eksternal. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya interaksi antara dimensi personal dan struktural dalam menentukan keberhasilan internal mobility, serta perlunya pendekatan kebijakan SDM yang inklusif dan strategis. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam memahami dinamika pengembangan karier karyawan serta implikasinya terhadap manajemen talenta organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan, Keterampilan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja dengan Hubungan Interpersonal sebagai Mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi yaitu Asesor BAN-PDM Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 143 sampel. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan melalui google form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis dilakukan dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, keterampilan komunikasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal, keterampilan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan interpersonal, hubungan interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, hubungan interpersonal terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja dan hubungan interpersonal terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Standardizing marine tourism services is essential to ensure the quality and safety of visitors. With standardization, marine tourism service providers can ensure that all aspects of services, such as equipment, facilities, and human resources, meet the established criteria. This will increase visitor confidence and reduce the risk of accidents. In addition, standardization also helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services so that visitors can enjoy a better tourism experience. Standardization of marine tourism services also has a positive impact on the local economy and environment. With increasing service quality, tourists will be more likely to return and recommend the destination, thereby increasing local economic income. Therefore, we must implement and strictly monitor the standardization of marine tourism services to maintain the quality and sustainability of the marine environment. A standard operating procedure (SOP) document embodies the realization of service standardization. We prepared the SOP through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with Soetan Island management. Four FGDs took place, leading to the creation of four SOP documents for Soetan Island's marine tourism services. This SOP document is a guide for Soetan Island Tourism Management in providing services to tourists, which support the realisation of decent work and service that leads to the economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of New Ways of Working (NWW) on Employee Well-Being (EWB) at PT. Bank XYZ, focusing on the roles of Employee Engagement (EE) and Employee Job Satisfaction (EJS) as mediators. A quantitative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Data were collected via an online survey from 187 respondents at PT. Bank XYZ Region 02, measuring NWW, EWB, EE, and EJS using a 5-point Likert scale. The study found that NWW has a significant direct and indirect impact on EWB, mediated by EE and EJS. The findings emphasize the importance of creating a flexible and supportive work environment to maintain employee well-being and productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. Bank XYZ's management strengthen work location flexibility, provide stress management training, and ensure transparent promotion policies. Additionally, enhancing the work environment through employee recognition and emotional support will contribute to increased productivity and reduced turnover. Strengthening NWW practices, such as flexible work arrangements and the use of supportive technological tools, is crucial to further improve employee well-being and support the organization’s overall goals.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing university students' willingness to receive Covid-19 vaccinations in Indonesia and Malaysia, with a focus on sustainability. Vaccination is essential for pandemic management and contributes to social and economic sustainability by reducing healthcare burdens and enhancing public health as human capital. However, vaccine hesitancy among young adults remains a concern. This study analyzes four key determinants—trust, attitudes, religiosity, and social media influence—using survey data and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal differences between the two countries: religiosity and social media were not significant for Indonesian students, while social media and trust were insignificant for Malaysian students. These results emphasize the need for culturally tailored vaccination strategies. The study also underscores the role of educational institutions in promoting sustainability through effective vaccination communication. Mass vaccination supports public health, mitigates pandemic-related economic impacts, and fosters a healthier student population, contributing to long-term social and economic resilience. Educational institutions are encouraged to integrate vaccination efforts into their accountability and sustainability reporting frameworks, demonstrating their commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development. This research offers valuable insights for designing targeted, context-specific interventions to enhance vaccination uptake among university students in Southeast Asia.
