Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to improve computer laboratory management in the context of education. The focus is on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization and improving students' learning experiences in the computer laboratory environment. This research also aims to identify the challenges faced by the computer laboratory and develop strategies to improve the quality of learning, producing excellent and competitive competencies. Method: The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research techniques include observation and interviews to analyze user needs, evaluate infrastructure, and model sustainable management. Practical Applications: This research can provide insights for computer laboratory administrators, technicians, and educational managers. The recommended strategies can improve the accessibility and availability of computer resources, thereby enhancing students' learning experiences. Conclusion: By optimizing the management of computer laboratories, an approach focused on resource efficiency can create a dynamic learning environment. Through the identified practices, educational institutions can improve technology services and significantly support students' academic development.

Abstract

Community service is one of the activities required for lecturers at Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis ASIA Malang every semester. This activity is carried out in groups to distribute knowledge to the community. This activity is in partnership with the Batu City MUI in creating a digital website for distribution of information to the wider community. Problems arise when a partner's website is hacked or damaged by a hacker. The service team wanted to teach how to recover or mitigate after damage, but the technical team could not provide information regarding the website and suggested creating a new website. In the initial stage, this service will create a new website. The method of this service approach is to carry out discussions in group discussion forums (FGD). The results of the discussion were realized in the form of a website for the Batu City MUI. Evaluations were carried out regarding design and functionality requirements. The partners are satisfied but it must be developed further. In ongoing collaboration this website will continue to be developed. After that, training in mitigating data when exposed to hackers will be carried out in the next service.

Abstract

Bagi sebagian besar masyarakat yang setiap harinya disibukkan oleh pekerjaan, mereka beranggapan bahwa membuka dan menutup tirai adalah hal yang membosankan. Padahal tirai berfungsi sebagai fentilasi, yaitu masuknya cahaya matahari ke dalam ruangan. Hal ini sangat penting, selain untuk menyegarkan ruangan, juga berpengaruh pada kesehatan. Hal-hal tersebut mendasari untuk perancangan sebuah alat yang dapat dikendalikan oleh komputer. Alat yang akan dibuat adalah alat yang dapat mengendalikan atau mengontrol buka dan tutup tirai, dimana pengontrolan tesebut dilakukan oleh komputer. Pada prinsipnya, alat ini terdiri dari 3 pilihan, yaitu: Manual, Otomatis, dan Setting. Manual, Alat dikendalikan oleh komputer dengan menekan tombol Open, Close, Stop, sehingga alat dapat berjalan sesuai tombol yang ditekan. Otomatis, komputer akan menerima sinyal input melalui port parallel komputer yang mendapatkan masukan dari rangkaian elektronika yang dilengkapi dengan sensor cahaya (LDR), dimana sensor ini akan aktif jika menerima cahaya. Sehingga tirai akan membuka pada saat terkena cahaya dan menutup pada saat tidak terkena cahaya. Setting, terdiri dari daftar waktu buka dan tutup tirai. Jika waktu buka atau waktu tutup di dalam daftar sesuai dengan waktu di dalam komputer, maka software (program) akan mengirim sinyal untuk mengendalikan alat. Sehingga tirai akan dibuka atau ditutup.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengeringan benih jagung melalui pengembangan rancangan sistempengeringan dan melakukan kombinasi perlakuan prapengeringan dengan suhu udara pengeringan untuk mendapatkan mutubenih yang maksimum. Prapengeringan dapat dilakukan dengan cara menghembuskan udara suhu kamar menggunakanmesin blower dan dilakukan sebelum benih jagung diberikan perlakuan udara panas. Penelitian terdiri atas 3 tahap, yaitu(1) Perancangan sistem pengeringan, (2) Optimasi pengeringan benih jagung, dan (3) Analisis ekonomi. Kegiatan pertamaterdiri atas 2 tahap, yaitu pembuatan dan pengujian mini box dryer. Optimasi pengeringan benih jagung terdiri atas 2 faktorperlakuan, yaitu prapengeringan (0, 12, 24, dan 36 jam), dan suhu udara pengeringan (40, 45, 50, dan 55 °C), menggunakanrancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dengan 3 ulangan. Analisis mutu fisik dan fisiologis dilakukan untuk mendapatkanperlakuan yang mampu menghasilkan benih dengan kualitas baik. Analisis ekonomi dilakukan untuk mengetahui perlakuanyang memiliki B/C Ratio paling tinggi. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan prapengeringan 36jam dan suhu udara pengeringan 50 °C merupakan perlakuan optimum pada pengeringan benih jagung, karena mampu menghasilkan benih dengan kualitas baik dan memiliki B/C Ratio paling tinggi.Kata kunci: mini box dryer, optimasi pengeringan benih, prapengeringan, suhu udara pengeringan

Abstract

Teacher attendance is an important part in supporting the smooth running of teaching and learning activities in the school environment. At MTs Al-Azhar Legari, the attendance system that is still manual often causes obstacles such as delays in data recapitulation, inaccurate information, and difficulties in monitoring attendance efficiently. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based teacher attendance system that can improve the effectiveness and accuracy of attendance recording. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which facilitates the centralization of attendance data in real time. The test results show that the developed system is able to run well, provide convenience in managing attendance data, and support transparency and accountability in the school environment. With the presence of this system, it is hoped that the administrative process of teacher attendance at MTs Al-Azhar Legari can be more efficient, integrated, and able to minimize recording errors. In addition, this system can also be used as a basis for development towards a broader and more modern digitization of school administration.

Abstract

Islam as the majority religion of Indonesia has an important role and maintains harmony between religious communities. As is known in the Qur'an it is written that Islam is a religion of rahmatan lil alamin so that Islam must provide peace and tranquility everywhere, including in Indonesia. This has an impact on the process of Islamic education in Indonesia. However, the reality is that there is still often justification for the truth from each party, religious learning is still doctrinal, and the material in Islamic education is formulated and delivered with only one perspective. This study is based on the understanding of pluralism that occurs in the Islamic education system and instills an inclusive attitude in religion. This study aims to educate students to have an inclusive attitude that is able to understand the perspectives of others in terms of friendship or religion. This study uses an approach method and also an introduction to diversity and differences in terms of ethnicity, race, religion and culture in Indonesia. The results of this study are to create a future generation that can appreciate the differences and diversity that occur in Indonesia. This is based on the attitude of students who do not yet have a sense of caring and understanding of each other, whether of the same ethnicity, race, religion, or culture.

Abstract

Learning assistence activity for students of MI Muhammadiyah 08 Bango Payaman Solokuro Lamongan was carried out with the aim of providing motivation, implemented various learning methods and helping overcome learning difficulties. This activity was carried out within the framework of Kuliah Kerja Nyata of the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School Institute (KKN INSUD). Assistancing was carried out using the Participatory Action (PAR) method. The KKN INSUD group was directly involved in the learning process at the madrasah, conducting approaches and interactions with teachers and students, and providing learning guidance at the KKN post. Learning assistance and character development at the madrasah need to be continuously carried out patiently, creatively and collaboration with parents and the community. This way, students get a conducive learning environment to support more optimal self-development.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgent need for educational leadership that can foster moderate attitudes amidst ideological challenges and social pressures in Islamic educational institutions. The goal is to develop a centralized disciplinary leadership model that is effective in promoting religious moderation at MTs Gondang, Pekalongan. Using a qualitative case study design, the research collected data through participant observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and staff, as well as an analysis of policy documents and training programs. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that centralized disciplinary leadership is implemented in a humanistic (rather than authoritarian) manner through a coaching approach based on advice, counseling, and mentoring. While hierarchical supervision ensures consistency, it has the potential to limit teacher creativity and foster dependency. Key challenges arise from the dominance of textual approaches, internal resistance, and pressure from conservative communities that hinder the critical internalization of moderate values.

Abstract

Learning activities do not solely occur through interactions between teachers and students, but also through the relationship between students and the media used in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the application of the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework in Arabic language learning in grade VIII of SMPI-PK Muhammadiyah Delanggu, and to identify the advantages and challenges of its implementation. This research method uses a qualitative-descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that teachers have systematically integrated TPACK through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Commonly used learning media are LCD/PPT projectors, videos, and audiovisuals, but the use of interactivity-based media (such as Kahoot and Quizizz) and computer laboratory facilities is still not optimal. The advantages found from the implementation of TPACK are increased student understanding of the material and strengthening teachers' technological competencies. However, this study also identified several obstacles, namely the limited ability of teachers to develop media, minimal supporting facilities, and low technological literacy of some students. These findings conclude that strengthening technology-based Arabic language learning requires continuous improvement of digital teacher capacity and optimization of school facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong munculnya financial technology (Fintech) sebagai inovasi dalam sektor keuangan, termasuk pada layanan keuangan berbasis syariah. Fintech syariah hadir sebagai solusi alternatif yang menawarkan kemudahan, efisiensi, dan aksesibilitas transaksi keuangan dengan tetap berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Namun demikian, penerapan Fintech syariah perlu dikaji secara mendalam agar tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek teknologi dan keuntungan ekonomi, tetapi juga selaras dengan tujuan utama syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Fintech syariah dalam perspektif maqashid syariah di era ekonomi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Fintech syariah berpotensi mendukung pencapaian maqashid syariah, khususnya dalam aspek penjagaan harta (ḥifẓ al-māl), penjagaan akal (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), dan penjagaan jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs), melalui peningkatan transparansi, keadilan transaksi, serta inklusi keuangan. Namun, tantangan berupa literasi keuangan syariah, pengawasan kepatuhan syariah, dan keamanan data masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengembangan dan penguatan praktik Fintech syariah yang berorientasi pada kemaslahatan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi digital.
