Abstract

Leadership style of head nurse is a group of characteristics used by leader to influence nurse  on duty in ferforming nursing care, so it would need evaluation over their echietment at work to earn best result.. Thisresearch aims to known the picture and relationship between leadership style and the work of nurse. Research design used is cross sectional. Population to this research are 54 nurse on duty come from SPK dan D3 of nursing. Sample to the research werw collected from 53 nurse on duty which was using total sampling technique. Data collecting was done by questionaire. Dta analysisi was through two steps, those are univariante to see frecuency distribution and bivariant to see the relationship (chi Squre). Statistical test result shows P value=0,087 meaning at alpha 0,05 it can be concluded there is no significante difference between leadership style of head ward nurse and the work of nurse on duty. Nevertheks, at alpha 0,1 shows significant differentbetween leadership style of head ward nurse and the work of nurse on duty from ood ratio (OR) it can be conclude the authoritative leadership style has change to give better work for 2, 091 (0,119-36,64) timescompared to liberal leadership style, democratic leadership style has change to gyve better work for 0,545 (0,029-10,37) times compad to the liberal /laissez faire. It is suggested to head ward nurse to modify theirleadership style in approprrate with situation dan condition/Conditional, the presence of leadership trinning or forming of cadres, and evaluation over work achievement of nurse on duty. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelibatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 orang. Sampel adalah Perawat Pelaksana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan, dapat menjadi perhatian dan masukan yang bermanfaat untuk kepala ruangan. Kepala ruangan dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi manajemen dalam pelibatan pasien dengan cara mengoptimalkan fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, ketenagaan dan pengarahan serta fungsi pengendalian dalam pelibatan pasien. Penelitian  memberikan masukan dalam mengembangkan dan memperkaya ilmu keperawatan dalam pelaksanaan metode keterlibatan pasien dan keluarga dalam asuhan keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan supervisi kepada perawat associate pada umumnya masih bersifat pengawasan, belum terjadwal dengan optimal, belum terstruktur dan belum terdokumentasikan dengan baik. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan pada perawat associate belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat oleh perawat primer. Sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan supervisi perawat primer dalam meningkatkan tindakan keperawatan perawat associate di RSUD Sumedang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan sampel sebanyak 83 perawat associate di ruang MPKP Dewasa RSUD Sumedang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa supervisi perawat primer hampir setengah responden baik sebanyak 48,2%. Pelaksanaan Tindakan Keperawatan perawat associate sebagian besar responden baik sebanyak 63,9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara supervisi perawat primer meningkatkan tindakan keperawatan perawat associate di Ruang MPKP Dewasa RSUD Sumedang. P-value =0,223. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan fungsi supervisi perawat primer untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan MPKP.Kata kunci: Perawat associate, perawat primer, supervisi, tindakan keperawatan.Primary Nurses Supervision on Nursing Inervention by Associate NursesAbstractThe Implementation of supervision to nurse associate is mostly monitoring, has not been optimally scheduled, was not structured and give good feedback yet. The evaluation result of the implementation of nursing action on  associate nurse, not fully in accordance with the plans that have been made by the primary nurse. . The Researchers interested to know whether there is a relationship of primary nurse supervision in improving the actions of nursing associate nurses in hospitals Sumedang. The research design used a descriptive correctional with cross-sectional approach. As a sample, 83 nurses associate at adult MPKP room has been chosen. The research shows that almost a half  of associate nurse (48,2%) have a good perception about implementation of primary nurse supervision. Mostly of associate nurse (63,9%) have a good nursing implementation. The research showed that there is no significant relation between perception of associate nurse about primary nurse supervision with implementation of nursing intervention at adult MPKP room of RSUD Sumedang (p-value=0,223). It is suggested could improve supervision of primary nurse in order to optimize the implementation of MPKP.Key words: Associate nurse, nursing implementation, primary nurse, supervision.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anak sekolah di dunia mengalami karies gigi, dengan rata-rata lebih dari satu gigi berlubang. Makanan kariogenik merupakan salah satu faktor pemicu tingginya angka karies pada anak usia sekolah yang berdampak pada kesehatan gigi anak. Tujuan: mengidentifikasi hubungan konsumsi makanan kariogenik dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan pendekatan literature review. Metode: Penelitian tinjauan pustaka ini mengambil berbagai sumber artikel dengan rentang artikel yang diterbitkan yaitu 2016-2021. Artikel dicari melalui ScienceDirect, Pubmed, ProQuest, Google Scholar dan Garuda menggunakan 3 kata kunci, yaitu “Anak SD”, “Makanan Kariogenik”, dan “Karies Gigi”. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara konsumsi makanan kariogenik dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak sekolah dasar, dan ada faktor lain seperti cara menggosok gigi, usia, pengetahuan dan riwayat. ekstraksi ibu. Kesimpulan: Yang perlu dilakukan adalah melakukan upaya preventif dan promotif dengan meningkatkan peran perawat sebagai pendidik dalam memberikan edukasi seperti pemberian leaflet melalui orang tua siswa terkait karies gigi dan pencegahan karies gigi sebelum terjadinya agar dapat membimbing anaknya dalam memilih jenis jajanan di sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors influence the welfare of nurses in Bogor Regency. The research method used is correlational analysis with a cross sectional approach. The research results show that factors related to nurses' welfare are workload, training and development, team and management support, resources, recognition and appreciation and health care guarantees, involvement in decision making with a p-value <0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship between workload, training and development, team and management support, resources, recognition and appreciation and health care guarantees, involvement in decision making on the welfare of nurses. Abstract

Latar Belakang, Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional merupakan suatu model untuk meningkatkan standar mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit dengan menerapkan suatu sistem, struktur, proses, dan nilai yang berlaku. Penerapan MPKP di Rumah Sakit akan diterapkan apabila terdapat kebijakan dari manajerial mengenai kebutuhan MPKP. Pengetahuan adalah salah satu faktor penting untuk menunjang Optimalnya Penerapan MPKP. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat pelaksana dengan penerapan MPKP di ruang penyakit dalam dan bedah RSUD Cibabat Kota Cimahi Tahun 2015. Metode penelitian ini dirancang secara analitik dengan melakukan pendekatan model deskrptif korelasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 Perawat Pelaksana yang berada di ruang penyakit dalam dan bedah RSUD Cibabat dengan melakukan stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dengan kuesioner yang diolah dengan analisis univariat (distribusi frekuensi) dan bivariat (Chi-Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mempunyai pengetahuan yang Baik sebanyak 34 responden (46,6%). Sebagian besar responden telah Optimal dalam melaksanakan penerapan MPKP 39 responden (53,4%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan perawat pelaksana mengenai MPKP dengan keoptimalan penerapan MPKP yang dilaksanakan oleh perawat pelaksana di ruangan (p value 0,0001 ≤ nilai α 0,05). Diharapkan kepada pihak manajerial rumah sakit untuk melaksanakan pelatihan MPKP yang dilakukan secara merata kepada seluruh Perawat Pelaksana

Abstract

Background; Hypertension is the main cause of cardiovascular disease in the elderly. The Cimahi City Health Office (2022) recorded 4,949 cases of hypertension at the Central Cimahi Health Center. One complementary therapy that can lower blood pressure is meditation therapy. Objective; Meditation therapy is a relaxation activity by focusing and clearing the mind so as to make yourself calmer and more relaxed. Knowing the effect of breathing meditation therapy on the elderly in Karangmekar Village, working area of Cimahi Tengah Health Center. Method; Using quasy-experiment research design with time series design approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 15 elderly respondents. The instruments used are a digital sphygmomanometer and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for meditation. Results: Univariate analysis with median value of systole blood pressure pre test: 151 mmHg and post test: 144 mmHg. In diastole blood pressure median pre test value: 95 mmHg and post test : 90 mmHg. The results of the Wilcoxon test on 15 respondents obtained a p value = 0.001 in systolic and in diastolic p value = 0.001. The conclusion seen from the value of p = 0.001 α of giving respiratory meditation therapy to the elderly in Karangmekar Village, the working area of the Central Cimahi Health Center. Conclusion; Suggestion It is hoped that respiratory meditation therapy can be used as one of the management of hypertension as a companion therapy for pharmacological treatment to lower blood pressure at the Central Cimahi Health Center.

Abstract

The impact if the team method is not implemented in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and the dissatisfaction of the nurses is not met, it will make the performance provided by the nurses to the patients not optimal and will make the patients uncomfortable so that it will affect the image of the hospital. Based on the results of a preliminary study at the Dustira TK II Hospital 03.05.01 it was found that the implementation of the team assignment method was not optimal due to the limited number of nurses. In addition, the work carried out is not in accordance with the jobdesk, this is because nurses are required to be able to master all fields related to nursing. This study aims to determine the relationship between the team assignment method and the job satisfaction of nurses at TK II 03.05.01 Dustira Hospital. The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples used was 49 people using a stratified random sampling approach. The results showed that 27 respondents (55.1%) said that the team method was appropriate. As many as 14 respondents (28.6%) were satisfied with their work. The results of the chi square test obtained p value = 0.002, this means that there is a relationship between the team assignment method and the job satisfaction of nurses at the TK II Hospital 03.05.01 Dustira.

Abstract

The implementation of therapeutic communication until now is still not good and only routine. The aim is to determine the relationship between patient perceptions of nurse therapeutic communication and the level of patient satisfaction with services in the inpatient room of Mitra Anugrah Lestari Hospital. This study used a cross sectional research design. The research sample was filled by 77 patient respondents in the inpatient room of Mitra Anugrah Lestari Hospital. The number of samples used was 77 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate with the Chi Square test. Therapeutic communication was not good at 54 (70.1%) and it was found that patient satisfaction with services was not satisfied at 48 (62.3%). The results of the analysis with the Fisher Exact Test showed that there was a significant relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction with p value = 0.001 (p ≤ 0.05). It is hoped that the results of this study can be valuable input for Mitra Anugrah Lestari Hospital to be able to monitor and evaluate the service process and improve nurses' service responses, conduct training on renewing nurses' therapeutic communication towards services, hospitals are expected to always monitor the SOP of nurses' therapeutic communication and service excellent.

Abstract

Background: Services that are not in accordance with patient expectations will lead to customer complaints, this is supported by the data on patient complaints at the Lubuk Besar Health Center in 2020 in 1 patient complaint a lot is found in the health center service by 66.67%, against health center facilities by 13.33%, friendliness of health center staff 13.33%, while the lowest patient complaints are found in the availability of drugs and the location of the health center posyandu by 6.6.7%. So that in providing services must be excellent, excellent service consists of 6 components, namely, attitude, ability, appearance, attention, action and responsibility. Good service can lead to patient satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between excellent service and patient satisfaction based on patient perceptions at the Melong Tengah Health Center using the SERVQUAL method. Method: The design used is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample size was 93 people using purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out, namely univariate and bivariate (Chi-Square).. Results: Based on the results of univariate analysis, it can be seen that 51 people (54.8%) felt the service was not good and 51 people (54.8%) felt less satisfied. The Chi-Square test results show that there is a relationship between excellent service and patient satisfaction with a p value of 0.00 <0.05.. Conclusion: that there is a relationship between excellent service and patient satisfaction. Suggestions for puskesmas can optimize the suggestion box properly and pay attention to the patient waiting room, for further researchers to examine factors that affect patient satisfaction.
