Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy by contributing significantly to GDP and absorbing a large share of the workforce. However, MSMEs continue to face major challenges, including limited business legality, low human resource (HR) capacity, and difficulties in obtaining halal certification. To address these issues, the government established the Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) as a consultation, assistance, and facilitation hub for MSME development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the PLUT policy in supporting MSMEs, focusing on the issuance of Business Identification Numbers (NIB), capacity building for human resources, and facilitation of halal certification. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model and Edwards III’s framework, which emphasizes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings reveal that PLUT plays a crucial role in helping MSMEs secure business legality, providing training and managerial assistance, and supporting the halal certification process. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as the limited number of consultants, bureaucratic complexity, and unequal access to digital infrastructure, which hinder the overall effectiveness of the services. The implications of this study highlight the need to strengthen PLUT’s capacity by recruiting more professional consultants, digitalizing services, and integrating with the OSS and BPJPH systems. These steps are expected to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of PLUT’s implementation, thereby improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

In the Islamic view, all aspects of human life are regulated in Islam, including economic aspects. Poverty has always been a never-ending problem. The instrument that can alleviate poverty in the Islamic view is known as zakat. LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan, which is one of the zakat amil institutions in Pamekasan, which is still relatively new, of course requires strategies and methods in conducting zakat fundraising so that people can channel their zakat to this institution. The aim of this research is to find out the mechanism or method of LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan in conducting zakat fundraising, as well as analyzing zakat fundraising in terms of the POAC aspect. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Research findings at LAZ PERSADA in conducting zakat fundraising use two methods, namely direct fundraising and indirect fundraising, and at LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan they have implemented POAC well and effectively.

Abstract

Performance includes the quantity and quality of work results that employees achieve when carrying out their duties based on the responsibilities the company gives them. PT employee performance. Bawang Mas still cannot be said to be good because there are still employees who have low levels of quality and quantity of work, are not punctual, are less effective and lack commitment to the company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic work culture, communication, compensation, individual work environment on employee performance, as well as to determine the influence of Islamic work culture, communication, compensation, work environment on employee performance which is moderated by motivation. The method in this research uses quantitative methods which are analyzed using moderating regression analysis. The population is 1,600 with a sample of 94 respondents with data obtained through a questionnaire. The results of this research are, individually, work culture Islam, communication, compensation and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Islamic work culture, communication, compensation and a work environment moderated by motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Program CERIA (Cipta Edukasi Ramah Lingkungan Anak) adalah bagian dari aktivitas Belajar Bersama Komunitas (BBK) 6 Universitas Airlangga yang diadakan di SDN Pangkatrejo, Kabupaten Lamongan. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan kesadaran lingkungan para siswa SD melalui cara yang kreatif dan melibatkan partisipasi aktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipasi berbasis pendekatan kolaboratif dan edukatif. Aktivitas utama yang diadakan adalah lomba kolase dari bahan daur ulang, lomba mendongeng cerita rakyat Nusantara, dan lomba cerdas cermat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa lomba mendongeng dan cerdas cermat membantu meningkatkan semangat siswa dalam membaca dan belajar, sedangkan lomba kolase membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pengelolaan sampah dan pentingnya daur ulang. Mahasiswa yang terlibat berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendampingi proses belajar secara menyenangkan. Tantangan yang ditemui meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas literasi serta kurangnya kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menyampaikan ide secara lisan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini terbukti cukup efektif dalam membentuk nilai literasi dan kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini, serta bisa menjadi contoh yang baik bagi pengembangan program pengabdian masyarakat yang berbasis pendidikan karakter dan keberlanjutan.

Abstract

The Surabaya city government through the Department of Communication and Information Technology currently uses Instagram social media with the name @sapawargasby as a medium for publishing information, especially regarding Covid-19 during this Pandemic. The type and basis of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the seven characteristics of @sapawargasby are able to describe and define Surabaya itself, the available features are also used properly for means of publication and providing information. The @sapawarga account has fulfilled all the points of media wealth and government communication principles, so this account deserves to be one of the latest sources of information for Surabaya residents.

Abstract

Tomat merupakan komoditas hortikultura bernilai ekonomi tinggi dengan permintaan pasar yang luas, baik domestik maupun internasional. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam distribusinya adalah menjaga kualitas produk, khususnya tingkat kematangan buah. Penilaian kematangan yang akurat sangat penting karena berdampak pada masa simpan, cita rasa, dan kelayakan konsumsi. Namun, metode konvensional yang mengandalkan pengamatan visual manusia cenderung subjektif, memerlukan banyak tenaga kerja, dan kurang efisien dalam skala besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem klasifikasi tingkat kematangan tomat menggunakan pendekatan transfer learning dengan arsitektur ResNet50. Dataset terdiri atas 2.400 citra yang terbagi ke dalam tiga kelas matang (ripe), belum matang (unripe), dan tidak layak konsumsi (reject). Model dilatih menggunakan teknik fine-tuning pada sepuluh lapisan terakhir dari ResNet50, dioptimalkan dengan algoritma Adam dan learning rate sebesar 0,00001. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi validasi rata-rata sebesar 98,08% dengan nilai precision, recall, dan F1-score yang tinggi di semua kelas. Model yang telah dilatih kemudian diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja streamlit, yang memungkinkan pengguna mengunggah citra tomat dan memperoleh hasil klasifikasi secara instan melalui antarmuka yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan. Dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta kemudahan akses, sistem ini berpotensi menjadi solusi praktis untuk mendukung digitalisasi proses penyortiran tomat serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan di sektor pertanian.
