Abstract

This study aims to explain Government Policy, Internal Environmental, Innovation Capability, and Its Influence on the Business Performance of Craftsmen at the Silver Handicraft Industry Clushter in Pasuruan Regency. The research model with hypothesis development was derived based on the literature. To provide empirical evidence, this study conducted a survey, using primary data collected using a list of questionnaires, and saturated sampling of 50 craftsmen at the Silver Handicraft Industry Clushter in Pasuruan Regency. The results showed that Government Policy had an insignificant effect, Innovation Ability had a positive and significant effect, Internal Environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Silver Handicraft Industry Center in Pasuruan Regency. The results of this study do not support the research of Hafizah, et al (2017), Putra and Bayu (2017), Wisardja (2000), Yonggui, et al. (2000), Fogel (2001), Poisson, et al. (2002), Saxby, et al. (2002), Prasetyo (2003), Supriyono and Setiawan (2004), Mujali (2004), Ngamkroeckjoti, et al (2005), Pettus, et al. (2007), Rodrigues and Esteves (2007). The implication of the research is to examine the perceptions of 50 employees at the Brem Small Industry Clushter in Pasuruan Regency. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to explain Workload, Competencies, Work Motivation and Its Effect on Employee Performance at the Small Processed Wood Industrial Center in Madiun Regency.. Design/methodology/approach: Research models with the development of hypotheses are derived based on literature. To provide empirical evidence, researchers conducted a survey, primary data was collected using questionnaire lists, and saturated sampling of 60 employees. Findings: The results showed that each variable of Workload, Competence, and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Processed Wood Small Industrial Center in Madiun Regency. Practical implications: The implication of the research is to examine the perceptions of 60 employees at the Processed Wood Small Industrial Center in Madiun Regency. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression.. Originality/value: This paper is original. Paper type: Is categorized as a research paper.

Abstract

Di era Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru ini, masyarakat terutama anggota Koperasi Wanita “BOUGENVILLE” Kelurahan Penjaringansari Kota Surabaya dapat melakukan pola harian/pola kerja/pola hidup baru yang berbeda dengan sebelumnya agar tetap produktif dan aman dari Covid-19 di masa pandemi. Diharapkan dengan seringnya menerapkan kebiasaan baru dimanapun, semakin mudah dan cepat menjadi norma individu dan norma masyarakat, maka kita dapat bekerja, belajar, beribadah dan beraktivitas lainnya dengan aman dan sehat. Guna mendukung kehidupan masyarakat terdampak, edukasi dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi sangat diperlukan, terutama bagi anggota Koperasi Wanita “BOUGENVILLE” Kota Surabaya, di era adaptasi kebiasaan baru atau di era normal baru. Anggota koperasi ini terdiri dari 60 orang anggota, yang bergerak di bidang pangan sekitar 20 orang. Anggota memiliki beragam latar pendidikan dan sosial, kondisi anggota Koperasi Wanita “BOUGENVILLE” ini terbilang heterogen, yang mana anggota koperasi berasal dari berbagai suku, agama dan mata pencaharian. Koperasi ini memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan bidang perekonomian, terutama perdagangan karena banyak pedagang-pedagang perseorangan baik menengan maupun kecil yang dapat medorong perekonomian. Dalam usaha meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pendapatan, kendala yang dihadapi oleh anggota Kopwan “BOUGENVILLE” yang bergerak di bidang pangan adalah rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam penyediaan pangan yang aman, pengemasan yang baik dan higienis serta kiat-kiat berwirausaha terutama dalam kondisi New Normal. Edukasi mengenai keamanan dan pengemasan yang baik, higienis dan menarik serta prospek bisnis terutama pada produk pangan merupakan solusi yang diberikan pada anggota Koperasi Wanita “BOUGENVILLE” kota Surabaya.agar produk yang dibahsilkan aman dikonsumsi, menarik serta bisnis pangan yang telah dilakukan meningkat dan perekonomian mereka lebih baik. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah: Buku pedoman untuk anggota koperasi “BOUGENVILLE” dan masyarakat umum tentang Peluang Usaha Bidang Makanan yang telah di publikasi pada media massa online di Kompasiana.com

Abstract

Purpose: The phenomenon that occurs in the midst of wooden furniture SMEs in Pasuruan City shows that labor competence is still low, innovation behavior is less creative, motivation for low achievement and employee performance fluctuates. This study aims to determine the influence of labor competence and innovation behavior on the motivation for achievement and performance of employees of the Wooden Furniture Medium Keil Industry (IKM) in Pasuruan City. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research models with hypothesis development are derived based on literature. To provide empirical evidence, researchers conducted a survey, primary data were collected using a list of questionnaires, and saturated sampling of 50 employees. Findings: The results showed that the variable of Labor Competence had a positive effect on Achievement Motivation, while Innovation Behavior had a positive and significant effect on Achievement Motivation. However, the three variables of Manpower Competence, Innovation Behavior and Motivation for achievement have a direct effect on the Performance of Wooden Furniture IKM Employees in Pasuruan City. Practical Implications: The implications of this study are to test the perception of 50 employees of IKM Wooden Furniture in Pasuruan City. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Abstract

Purpose- This study was aimed to determine the influence of technical skills, work experience, work discipline on the performance of craftsmen in the pottery cluster in Tulungagung Regency. Design/Methodology/Approach- The population in this study were 35 pottery craftsmen who had more than 2 years of work experience. The sampling technique use complete enumeration method where all members of the population are used as respondents. Using primary data related to technical skills, work experience, work discipline and their impact on the pottery craftsmen's performance. While the analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. Findings-The results of the study show that technical skill, work experience, and work discipline have positive and significant effect on the craftsman's performance in the pottery cluster in Tulungagung Region. Practical Implication- many workers lack of discipline at work and less innovate in form of creating new product. Meanwhile most of the owner of small bussiness had years in experience inherited from their parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisa biaya total, penerimaan, keuntungan, serta kelayakan usaha industri batik di Kecamatan Mayangan Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan biaya tetap, biaya variabel, biaya total, penerimaan, keuntungan serta kelayakan usaha. Perhitungan kelayakan usaha menggunakan 3 parameter yaitu B/C, R/C, dan ROI. Penelitian ini melibatkan 6 informan yang merupakan pemilik usaha batik di Kecamatan Mayangan Kota Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata biaya total ke-6 informan pemilik usaha batik yaitu sebesar Rp18.916.042/bulan, penerimaan diperoleh dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp32.062.500/bulan, serta keuntungan rata-rata sebesar Rp13.124.458/bulan. Perhitungan kelayakan usaha menggunakan B/C ratio didapat hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,69 dimana B/C > 0, perhitungan rata-rata R/C ratio 1,69 dimana R/C > 1, dan perhitungan rata-rata ROI sebesar 73,53% dimana ROI > 0%. Hasil perhitungan tersebut menyatakan bahwa usaha batik di Kecamatan Mayangan Kota Probolinggo layak untuk dijalan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of financial feasibility of small industrial sandal businesses in Prajurit Kulon Village, Prajurit Kulon District, Mojokerto City. Which aims to determine and analyze the cost, revenue, business profits and analyze the feasibility of the business financially, in this study the analysis used Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C ratio), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C ratio) and ROI (Return On Investment) so that it can be known whether the sandal business is feasible or not to run. This research took as many as 6 informants who will provide information through interviews. The results of this study indicate that after reviewing the financial aspects that the 6 sandal businesses namely Mr. Taufik, Mr. Annas, Mr. Oky, Mr. Marno, Mr. Wawan and Mr. Rudi are feasible to run.
