<![CDATA[Radiographer is health is health workers that have given duty, authority and responsibility by authorized official to do radiography and imaging activities in health sevice unit. Radiographer is health workers tat give contribution in radiography and imaging field in an attempt to rise the quality of health service.Lack of public knowledge about radiographer role especially in Rokan Hilir district. There is no devotion to students or society about radiology and radiographer role until 2020. Added with Radiology study program STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru is the only one in Riau, Kepri and Jambi take campus attention to give devotion to students for introduce and give understanding about radiology and radiographer. The aim of this devotion is to explain about definition from radiology and radiographer. Explain about medical radiographer role. Thie devotion implemented in Rokan Hilir district. The socialization is done by teacher and students SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Bagan Siapi-api. This devotion is done with extension way. Giving instruction to students about radiographer definition, function and scope of radiology. Explain about definition and many kinds of radiology examination.Give leaflets about medical radiographer. The devotion activities has been done in SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Bagan Siapi-api. All teachers, students that follow this activities has understand about radiographer role. They also understand about radiographer and radiology definition. <![CDATA[People activities have changed by the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak which continues to increase. The public's lack of understanding of the Covid-19 Virus and efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is the duty of educators to provide education to the people. In this article, the author describes people activities that have been carried out to increase public understanding about Covid-19. People activities carried out at the Rejosari Health Center, Tenayan Raya District used the method of distributing brochures, lectures, discussions and questions and answers. For the results of this people activity, the people has understood the efforts that can be taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19, one of which is by implementing health protocols. The implementation of this activity is also a form of support for the Pekanbaru mayor's regulation Number 104 of 2020 regarding guidelines for new productive and safe people's living behavior in preventing and controlling the 2019 corona virus disease. This activity can also increase public awareness in maintaining personal hygiene and the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[There are several things that are factors that influence mutual cooperation behavior such as the absence of a driving team and lack of support from related parties. Improving the behavior of mutual cooperation in the community of the yellow bamboo village is important because with the existence of mutual cooperation activities, it creates a clean environment. A clean environment certainly makes life healthy for humans because the environment plays an important role in the development of human life. Therefore we need care and attention to the environment around us in order to balance life in living daily life. The method used is lectures and posters, and activities are carried out at the Posyandu, Bambu Kuning Village on Saturday 27 March 2021 at 08.00 am until finished. The counseling materials provided include the objectives of mutual cooperation, the benefits of mutual cooperation and the presentation of data on the 10 biggest diseases in the yellow bamboo village. At the end of the counseling, the community understood the importance of mutual cooperation behavior and solutions were also found in order to improve mutual cooperation behavior such as the result of a mutual agreement between the RW heads, RT heads and the surrounding community, namely by making a mutual cooperation schedule for each RT in turn and determining the gotong royong post, which was set. at posyandu. And the driving team is the RW and RT heads in the yellow bamboo village.]]>

<![CDATA[In 2020 WHO gave the status that Corona Virus Disease -19 (COVID-19) became a Global Pandemic. Health workers who handle cases of COVID-19 are responsible for protecting themselves and others to break the chain of spread of COVID-19. One of the medical personnel involved in handling COVID-19 is a radiographer. The role of radiographers in handling COVID-19 in hospitals needs to be socialized more, considering its very important role in evaluating patient health and requiring radiographers to have direct contact with positive patients. For radiographers, the source of danger at work is not only COVID-19, but ionizing radiation is also a source of danger that must also be taken into account. The public must also be aware of the risks and challenges faced by radiographers in their work during this pandemic. The method used in this community service is by presentation or extension or education. This Community Service is carried out to introduce the role of radiographers in hospitals when there are patients with COVID-19 cases, so that these health workers can be more recognized by the general public. The target audience for this community service is SMA (High School) students with the aim of cultivating an interest in the younger generation to become radiographic health workers. As a result of this community service, participants were given knowledge about radiology, starting from workers (radiographers), the tools used to their role in the health world. The results of participants' understanding of Community Service activities, all participants understood the role of radiographers in treating COVID-19 patients in hospitals and 91% of participants understood what a radiographer was, and as many as 64% of participants were interested in becoming radiographers, and the remaining 36% of participants were not interested. be a radiographer. Community service activities regarding the role of radiographers in hospitals have been carried out well. Participants become more familiar with the duties of workers in the radiation field.]]>

<![CDATA[Healthcare and Social Security Agency is one of the health programs facilitated by the government. In order to improve the quality and ease of access to health services for all participants, Healthcare and Social Security Agency has offered a service program called the referral program (RP). The amount of public misunderstanding of the program is a challenge for Healthcare and Social Security Agency service officers and the government. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to provide an understanding to the public about the program. The community service activities have been carried out in RW 1 Kulim Village, Kulim District, Pekanbaru City, in order to assist the government's task to provide understanding to the community. The method of community service activities carried out is by distributing brochures, giving lectures by resource persons, discussions and questions and answers. As for the results of this community activity, the community has understood what a referral program (RP) is and how to get a referral program. The evaluation of this community service activity was also carried out through a discussion forum with the village and sub-district leaders of Kulim. In the evaluation activity, village and sub-district leaders said that this activity provided benefits for the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Radiation is the transmitter and propagation of waves that carry energy through space or intermediate substances. In physics, radiation can be interpreted as a process in which energy moves through a medium or through space, and finally is absorbed by other objects. Gadgets as an electronic tool for communicating and accessing information are growing rapidly. The use of gadgets for students is urgently needed with the aim of supporting their learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic yesterday. Some examples of using gadgets as learning media such as the zoom application, gmeet, teacher's room, zenius and so on. Apart from being used for studying, gadgets are also used by students to play online games or open social media such as Instagram, Whatsup, TikTok, Youtube and others. The purpose of this community service is to determine the effect of gadget radiation on student achievement. This community service is Quantitative community service with a survey approach, samples were taken using the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents. The instruments used in community service are questionnaires and documentation. The classic assumption test uses a normality test, auticoleration test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test using a regression analysis with a significant value of 0.05 or 5%.]]>

<![CDATA[Pekanbaru City is the most populous city in Riau province which has 31 hospitals that provide various services. The distribution of hospitals affects the distribution of services, especially polyclinics. This can indirectly affect the degree of public health. This community service aims to introduce a prototype in the form of an Android-based application that helps people find hospitals in Pekanbaru City that provide the services needed. This Hospital Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City makes it easier and faster for people to find the health services they need. The Community Service carried out begins with the design of the Health Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City. The next activity is to conduct a function test and feasibility test on the Android application. The results of the function test and feasibility test are considered quite good with a value of 100% functioning and 87,5% said to be feasible. Workshop activities were carried out on several occasions, namely for high school students, the general public, students, and patients in hospitals. The results of this workshop activity generated very high interest from the community. Activity evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires where 83% of respondents considered this application to be very much needed by the community, while the rest stated that it was not needed. Based on the application concept, 70% of respondents stated that the application was good, 25% of respondents stated that this application needed to be improved and 5% of respondents stated that this application was not good. This Hospital Health Service Search Application is based on Android and this Application can be upgraded to be registered on services that can be accessed by the entire community for free.]]>

<![CDATA[Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a disease that is feared, especially in tropical countries, including Indonesia. Continuous efforts are needed to prevent dengue fever. In 2012, Indonesia was recorded as the country with the highest number of dengue fever cases in the world based on World Health Organization (WHO) records. One of the factors that spread dengue infection is the Aedes aegypti mosquito. These mosquitoes live and breed in environments that have hot and humid climates such as Indonesia. The aim of this outreach is to provide information to the public about dengue fever, the symptoms of dengue fever and also how to prevent dengue fever. The method used in this counseling is providing material using PowerPoint. The way to prevent dengue fever used in this outreach is to remind the community, especially the community of Bamboo Kuning Pekanbaru sub-district, of knowledge about the causes and consequences that arise from not keeping the environment clean which is at risk of spreading. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, increasing insight for the community regarding information about the dangers of dengue fever if quick and appropriate action is not taken, as well as inviting participation and active role from the community, even if possible, becoming ambassadors for the surrounding environment to work together in preventing dengue fever.
