Abstract

CURRENT CONDITION ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE SUSTAINABILITY OF HEALTH CENTERS BLUDS IS IMPORTANT THAT REQUIRE FURTHER STUDY IN ORDER TO FORMULATE STRATEGIES FOR STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A BREAKTHROUGH IN PEKALONGAN CITY BLUDS HEALTH CENTERS. THIS STUDY AIMS TO ANALYZE EXISTING AND FORECASTING HEALTH CENTERS BLUDS PEKALONGAN CITY: EFFORTS TOWARDS INDEPENDENCE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE. THESE STUDIES INCLUDED EXPLORATORY RESEARCH STUDY WITH QUALITATIVE APPROACH THAT IS SUPPORTED BY STATISTICAL DATA TO TRIANGULATE THE SOURCETHROUGH IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW ON THE MAIN INFORMANT (8 HEADS OF HEALTH CENTERS), INFORMANTS TRIANGULATION (2 MANAGERS AND 2 BLUDS HEALTH DEPARTMENT) AND COMPANION INFORMANTS (16 VISITORS OF HEALTH CENTER). USING RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS INTERVIEWING GUIDANCE. METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION USING IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW WITH TRIANGULATION. DATA PROCESSED BY DATA REDUCTION APPROACHES, TESTING THE PROPOSITION, AND THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE MAJOR CONCLUSIONS. INPUT INDICATORS EXSISTING ANALYSIS RESULTS ON A MAP TBSP COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN MET WITH A PROPORTION OF 70% ENERGY AND 30% CIVIL SERVANTS AND QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES BLUDS ALREADY MEETS 6 PROFESSIONAL HEALTH WORKERS. BUT SOME CONDITIONS STILL REQUIRE THE APPLICATION OF DOUBLE DUTY. CENTRALIZED RECRUITMENT PATTERNS MADE BY MANAGER SKILL DEVELOPMENT BLUDS ACCOMPANIED BY TRAINING ALTHOUGH FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL SERVANTS STILL POWER TAKE PRECEDENCE. ON ASPECTS OF FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE HAS FOCUSED ON THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BLUDS HAS SOME ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. THE LOGISTIC ASPECTS OF HEALTH CENTERS, IMPLEMENTED BY THE MANAGEMENT HOLDING BLUDS PEKALONGAN CITY HEALTH CENTERS. ASPECTS OF THE PROCESS INCLUDING: PLANNING, ORGANIZING, AND EVALUATION GENERALLY NOT MUCH DIFFERENT FROM BEFORE BLUDS, AS A POINT OF EMPHASIS BLUD’S MORE TO FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE, IS NOT AT VARIANCE SERVICE PROGRAM. FORCASTING ANALYTICAL RESULTS REFER TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES TO CONTINUE HOLDING TWO APPROACHES, WITH SOME IMPROVEMENTS AND TRANSFORMATION OF THE PATTERN OF THE CONCEPT OF SELF BLUDS. Abstract

Background : AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area) is a form of free trade which requires Indonesia to be excellentin terms of products that promote not only quality products but also processes, ensuring quality and standards. Indonesian batik has been recognized by UNESCO as an in tangible cultural Indonesian nation, which mustbeone of exellent products that will participate in the AFTA. Branding the world city of batik for Pekalongan, a positive consequence very proud. But on the other side of the batik processis generally still dependent on raw materials hazardous material negative impact on workers and the environment. The purpose of this study rests on the demands of AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area) in 2015 is to improve the quality and the quality and the protectionof domestic products (batik) to be able to compete with foreign products brought marketable products, wherethe production process considering various aspects of health and safety works. Technical outputis generated in the form of data on workers health problems batik, and identification of wastes in this production of Pekalongan City in 2014 through the study and measurement of epidemiology and Environmental Health. Such data as one of the keyst in batik branding strategy formulation protection in the form of a draft SOP and healthy environment for the workers to wards the implementation SMK3 the batik industry with zero accident and zero cases. Results. Batik worker health problems in the form of 67.5% lungcapacity disorders; 33.8% decrease invisual function; dermatitis extremities 30%. Distribution of workers with impaired lung capacity, decreased visual function, and dermatitis extremities were observed at the stage of wax sticking, respectively 64.8%; 48.1%; and 66.7%. While the profile of batik waste outlet or point before entry into free waters showed temperature (30 o C), pH(9), and COD (18.7 ppm) waste is under the maximum level (safe), where as the levels of BOD(162 ,2ppm) as of yet safe because it is still above the maximum levels of environmental quality standards. Conclusion :Some of the health problems in batik workers found that lung capacity disorders, visual impairment, and dermatitis extremities. While batik waste profile shows temperature, pH, TSS, and COD are under environmental quality standards, but still above the levels of BOD quality standards. Keyword: Batik, health problems, waste

Abstract

Pekalongan City targets in 2019 all villages with ODF status, so that Pekalongan City can be achieved 100% of open defecation. This strategic step must continue to be pursued, considering that as of March 2019 there were still 14 villages that had not yet reached 100% ODF, namely: Kelurahan Tirto, Pringrejo, Pasirkratonkramat, Kalibaros, Setono, Gamer, Panjang Baru, Panjang Wetan, Padukuhan Kraton, Bandengan, Krapyak, Degayu, Jenggot and Sokoduwet (Dinas Kesehatan, 2019). BABS behavior and unreachable pillars of STBM have an impact on the high increase in cases of environmental-based diseases. The results of Restu Prasetyo, et al., 2017 in the Indonesian Population journal found that 1 in 25 children under five suffer from diarrhea each year. This research method uses qualitative design with in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation totaling 28 people consisting of village heads and BABS actors at the research locus. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews and observations. Data processing uses the stages of reduction, narrative building and pattern matching. The results of the mapping of the causes of the problem of not achieving 100% ODF at 14 loci due to 4 aspects (environment, behavior, and health services), in addition the results of the study found two approaches to the acceleration of 100% ODF through behavioral engineerin g and the application of Tripikon WC in areas with tidal conditions. Conclusion 1. The causes of BABS (defecation) in Pekalongan City are three things seen from the environmental aspect (tidal conditions, settlements close to streams or rice fields / gardens), behavior (the perpetrators are not accustomed to using the family toilet) and also services health (there is still no massive BABS stop campaign, and there is no elaboration from other agencies related to the achievement of ODF in Pekalongan City), 2. Two models are formulated, namely the behavioral engineering model and Tripikon toilet to accelerate 100% ODF in Pekalongan City. Suggestions for adopting behavioral engineering models and the application of Tripikon WC in rob affected areas require close collaboration and synergy (Government, Community, Higher Education, and Private) to implement them. Abstract

Supervision of food safety in Pekalongan City in 2010-2012 shows 6.27% of food contains hazardous food additives. Pekalongan City Government policies related to food safety are contained in Pekalongan City Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2013, but their implementation has not been studied. The research objective was to further identify types of food co ntaining dangerous hazardous food additives, to further identify the implementation of Pekalongan City Regulation No. 07 of 2013, and further identify the knowledge and attitudes of food producers in Pekalongan City. This research design is a combination of quantitative and qualitative studies. The results of the research further identified that the types of food that were most often found to contain hazardous food additives were dangerous for the types of preservatives (formalin and borax), namely meatball, indi and cilok types of food; yellow noodles; and terinasi (teri Medan); and otak-otak, while the dangerous hazardous food additives types of dye (Rhodamin B and Methanil Yellow) are Krupukuseg red colored; powdered seasoning; krupuk useg yellow colored; and pudding. Pekalongan City Regulation No.7 of 2013 concerning the Prohibition of the Use of Hazardous hazardous food additives, has been well implemented, but not optimal. Abstract

The development of the pandemic in Pekalongan from the beginning of March 2020 to today is a total of 69 confirmed positive cases, with details: 8 people were treated, 12 people were isolated independently, 35 people recovered, 7 people died. To be able to reduce the prevalence rate of cases which continues to show a significant increase, a synergistic control scenario is needed with the optimization of the role of the pentahelix (government, society, academia, private sector, health service providers). Methods. This study used an exploratory research design with a qualitative approach. The research subjects which contained elements of the pentahelix (government, society, academics, private sector, health service providers). Result. Based on the research findings on the role and optimization of pentahelix, all elements of pentahelix (government, academics, society, media and the private sector) have all taken roles even though there are several implementation obstacles in the field, especially in the profile and level of community compliance, particularly in public facilities such as traditional markets, pilgrimages. sapuro, religious activities and others. Abstract

Latar Belakang : Gold standard (indicator keberhasilan) dari output dan outcame pembangunan kesehatan  adalah  terwujudnya  masyarakat  yang  mandiri  dalam  pengelolaan  kesehatannya sendiri. Kemandirian masyarakat akan timbul dengan adanya fasilitasi dan pendampingan dalam upaya  pemberdayaan  masyarakat.  Salah  satu  bentuk  fasilitasi  tersebut  dapat  ditempuh  melalui upaya  brainstorming  antara  beberapa  komponen  masyarakat  yang  meliputi  tokoh  masyarakat, tokoh agama, unsure penggerak masyarakat lainnya yang difasilitasi oleh provider kesehatan, hal inilah  yang  melatar  belakangi  urgennya  penelitian  strategi  pelibatan  masyarakat  dalam pengenalan  problematika  kesehatan  menuju  kemandirian  pengelolaan  kesehatan  di  desa Kalibeluk kecamatan warungasem kabupaten Batang dilakukan.Metode : Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  kualitatif  dengan  pendekatan  studi  kasus.  Adapun pengumpulan  data  menggunakan observasi, wawancara  mendalam  dan  FGD  (Focus  Group Discussion)  guna  menggali  permasalahan kesehatan melalui  musyawarah  masyarakat  Desa (MMD).  Informan penelitian  ini terdiri  dari unsur  tokoh  masyarakat,  perangkat  desa,  Kepala Puskesmas terkait dan bidan desa.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan kesehatan yang muncul dari upaya brainstorming  diantaranya  adalah TB  Paru,  DBD, Kusta, dan  kurang  optimalnya  pelaksanaan posyandu, .Adapun  dari  hasil  prioritas  masalah  didapatkan  bahwa  masalah TB  Paru menjadi pilihan prioritas untuk dilakukan penyelesaian dari hasil penghitungan hanlon matematis didapat scoring 300 dengan  pertimbangan  variable  berat  ringannya  masalah  yang  timbul  (severity), jumlah  masyarakat  yang  terkena  (prevalence),  kenaikan  angka  penyakit  (rate  of  increase), keinginan masyarakat (degree of unmeet needs), keuntungan social yang diperoleh jika masalah tersebut  ditangani  (social  benefit),  rasa  prihatin  masyarakat  terhadap  masalah  tersebut  (public concern),  teknologi  yang  tersedia  (technical  feasibility),  sumber  yang  tersedia  (resources availability), dan dukungan politik yang tersedia (political climate).pada penelitian ini juga dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  strategi  pelibatan  masyarakat  dalam  pengenalan  problematika  kesehatan menuju kemandirian pengelolaan kesehatan di desa Kalibeluk kecamatan warungasem kabupaten Batang cukup efektif dalam pengenalan problematika masalah kesehatan masyarakat.Suggest  : keaktifan  masyarakat  dalam  pengenalan  masalah  kesehatannya  secara  mandiri  dapat terwujud  melalui  fasilitasi  provider  secara  optimal  sehingga  dibutuhkan  upaya  peningkatan sinergitas  jejaring kerjasama  antara  tokoh  masyarakat,  tokoh  agama,  pemerintah,  provider kesehatan dan swasta guna penyelesaian masalah kesehatan masyarakat tersebut.Keywords: masalah kesehatan, musyawarah masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Studi ini menilik hubungan antara lama bekerja dengan kapasitas vital paru pada pekerja operator SPBU Sampangan Semarang ,Berlatar belakang tingginya tingkat cemaran udara di kota Semarang yang melebihi ambang standar baku mutu udara (kadar CO mencapai 200 ppm dari rentang normal 101-199 ppm) menurut KEP.107/KABAPEDAL/11/1997. menurut penelitian Jakarta Urban Development Project, konsentrasi timbal di beberapa kota besar termasuk Semarang mencapai 1,7-3,5 μg/m3, hidrokarbon mencapai 4,57 ppm (baku mutu pp 41/1999:0,24 ppm), NOx mencapai 172 μg/m3 (baku mutu : 150 μg/m3). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi lama bekerja dengan kapasitas vital paru operator SPBU Sampangan Semarang. Populasi dalam studi ini menggunakan metode total sampling sebanyak 20 orang pekerja dijadikan sampel. Lama bekerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kapasitas vital paru sebagai variabel terikat. Instrumen pengukuran menggunakan spirometri Riester dan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) antara lama bekerja dengan kapasitas vital paru ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman rs sebesar -0,434 yang mana lama bekerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap penurunan nilai kapasitas vital paru pekerja. Saran yang muncul dari studi ini adalah dilakukan upaya preventiv berupa pemeriksaan kesehatan dan fungsi paru secara berkala selain penyediaan APD masker dan pengaturan manajemen rotasi kerja pada operator SPBU.Kata kunci : Lama bekerja, kapasitas vital paru

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) melalui lembaga Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan  memberikan beban tugasnya kepada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Perempuan Perlindungan Anak dan Keluarga Berencana BPMP2AKB di Kota Pekalongan untuk mengembangkan program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) dalam rangka menghindarkan remaja Kota Pekalongan dari resiko Triad KRR (Seksualitas, Napza, HIV dan AIDS) serta membantu remaja dalam mempersiapkan kehidupan berkeluarga di masa yang akan datang. Pelaksanaan program GenRe melalui substansi 8 fungsi keluarga masih terdapat kontradiksi dengan adanya permasalahan triad KRR di Kota Pekalongan. Pembaharuan Strategi pelaksanaan 8 fungsi keluarga dibutuhkan untuk mencegah kasus triad kkr yang semakin meningkat. Kota Pekalongan adalah salah satu kota kecil di Jawa tengah yang merupakan jalur lalu lintas yang padat dan rawan karena terletak di jalur pantai utara (pantura). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi penguatan 8 fungsi keluarga dalam pencegahan Triad KRR (Seksualitas, Napza, Hiv & Aids) di Kota Pekalongan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Pekalongan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan 8 fungsi keluarga di Kota Pekalongan belum sepenuhnya diterapkan  pada masing-masing fungsi keluarga, karena dilihat dari hasil yang telah dilakukan terhadap 9 Informan utama yang diambil dari orangtua kelompok remaja rentan triad krr, orangtua kelompok remaja biasa dan orangtua kelompok remaja berprestasi menunjukkan bahwa masih ada beberapa fungsi keluarga belum diterapkan sesuai pedoman 8 fungsi keluarga BKKBN. Terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapan fungsi lingkungan, dan pendidikan seks serta pemahaman tentang sebab akibat penyalahgunaan narkoba, hiv & aids. Pelaksanakan strategi dari pengelola Program GenRe terkendala dana operasional dan media pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Saran. Abstract

ABSTRACKFood Safety is a condition and effort needed to prevent Food from the possibility of biological, chemical and other contamination that can disturb, harm and even endanger human health, and do not conflict with religion, belief and culture of the community, so that it is safe for consumption. Supervision of food safety in Pekalongan City in 2010-2012 showed that 6.27% of food contained hazardous food addictives. Local government policies related to food safety already exist, but their implementation has not been studied. The research objective was to identify the type of food containing dangerous food addictives and the implementation of Pekalongan City Regulation No. 07/2013. The design of this study was qualitative research. The results of this study identified that the Regional Regulation of Pekalongan City No. 7/2013 has been implemented well, but has not been optimal in enforcing sanctions against violators of regional regulations and lack of socialization to the community.Key Word: food safety, local regulations ABSTRAKKeamanan Pangan merupakan kondisi dan upaya yang diperlukan untuk mencegah Pangan dari kemungkinan cemaran bilogis, kimia dan benda lain yang adapat mengganggu,merugikan dan bahkan dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia, serta tidak bertentangan dengan agama, keyakinan dan budaya masyarakat, sehingga aman untuk dikonsumsi. Pengawasan keamanan pangan di Kota Pekalongan tahun 2010-2012 menunjukan hasil 6,27% pangan mengandung BTP berbahaya. Kebijakan Pemerintah  Daerah terkait keamanan pangan sudah ada, tetapi implementasinya belum dilakukan kajian. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi jenis pangan mengandung BTP berbahaya dan implementasi Perda  Kota Pekalongan Nomor 07 Tahun 2013. Disain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil  penelitian ini teridentifikasi Peraturan Daerah Kota Pekalongan No.7 Tahun 2013 sudah diimplentasikan dengan baik, tetapi belum optimal dalam penegakan sanksi terhadap pelanggar perda dan kurang sosialisasi ke masyarakat.Kata Kunci : keamanan pangan, peraturan daerah

Abstract

Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) bertujuan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta derajat kesehatan peserta didik dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat. (Pedoman Pelaksanaan UKS tahun 2014). Kelemahan UKS yang menjadikannya belum berjalan optimal hingga saat ini adalah masih beranggapan bahwa UKS hanyalah sebuah ruangan berisi tempat tidur dan kotak P3K sebagai tempat istirahat siswa yang sakit. SMA Negeri 3 Kota Pekalongan merupakan salah satu SMA sederajat di Kota Pekalongan dengan strata PHBS Paripurna. Strata paripurna yaitu strata tertinggi dari suatu tingkatan dengan memenuhi 15 indikator PHBS di sekolah. (Pendataan PHBS di sekolah Puskesmas Dukuh 2016). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pelaksanaan program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Pekalongan. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterlaksanaan Trias UKS : Pendidikan kesehatan 93,8% kategori baik, Pelayanan kesehatan 56,8% kategori baik dan Pembinaan kesehatan lingkungan 93,4 kategori baik. Kata Kunci      : Trias UKS, Program UKS, UKS SMA N 3 Pekalongan School Health (UKS) aims to improve the quality of education and learning achievements of learners by increasing clean and healthy lifestyles as well as the degree of health learners and create a healthy environment. (Guidelines for implementation of the UKS year 2014). The weakness of the INFIRMARY which have not run optimally to this day is still contended that the INFIRMARY is simply a room contains a bed and a first aid box as a place to rest the ill student. SMA Negeri 3 city of Pekalongan is one of equal HIGH SCHOOL in the town of Pekalongan with strata PHBS Plenary. I.e. highest strata plenary strata of a level by meeting the 15 indicators of PHBS in school. (Logging PHBS in school Clinics Dukuh 2016). The purpose of the research is to find out the School Health program implementation (UKS) in SMA Negeri 3 city of Pekalongan. Quantitative research methods IE. Research results show that keterlaksanaan Triassic UKS: 93.8% health education categories good, health services 56.8% category either and the construction of environmental health 93.4 category either. Keywords       : Trias UKS, UKS program, School Health graduate HIGH SCHOOL 3         .                          Pekalongan
