Pertumbuhan IPTEK membuka peluang baru bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Wonorejo untuk mengembangkan bisnis Berbasis teknologi AI. Artikel ini mengulas dinamika dan dampak dari pengembangan bisnis online di kalangan UMKM Kelurahan Wonorejo. Melalui penelitian ini mencakup analisis konteks para pelaku UMKM di era digital, keuntungan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM, serta peran pemerintah dan lembaga pendukung dalam memberikan fasilitasi. Studi kasus dari UMKM yang sukses memberikan wawasan konkrit mengenai strategi implementasi bisnis online. Pemerintah setempat dan lembaga pendukung memiliki peran krusial dalam memfasilitasi UMKM mengadopsi teknologi ini. Dukungan dalam bentuk pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, dan infrastruktur digital menjadi faktor penentu bagi keberhasilan UMKM dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi AI. Hasil penelitian juga menyoroti dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang dihasilkan dari pengembangan bisnis online di Kelurahan Wonorejo. Peningkatan pendapatan UMKM tidak hanya berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.

Kemajuan teknologi akan terus berkembang dan akan selalu ada inovasi baru yang diciptakan. Dengan adanya kegiatan Bina Desa ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Kelurahan Wonorejo dalam memperbaiki branding produk foto katalog pemilik UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu observasi, wawancara, diskusi, dan hasil branding foto produk yang diberikan kepada UMKM Dapur Darizka. Foto produk yang menarik akan membuat para pelanggan menjadi lebih tertarik untuk membeli produknya. Saat menggunakan teknik fotografi yang benar, pengaturan cahaya yang tepat, serta susunan foto yang menarik akan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik visual katalog foto produk yang ada. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilitian ini adalah penggunaan strategi branding foto produk yang benar oleh pemilik UMKM, akan dapat mengoptimalkan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi pengembangan produk usaha “Madestrong.id”. Metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan survei, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Strategi pengembangan produk melalui foto produk yang dapat dijadikan foto katalog memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan usaha ini. Faktor Internal, seperti pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi masa kini, serta dukungan lingkungan, memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan bisnis ini. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pembaruan kemasan juga diperlukan untuk menambah daya tarik pelanggan. Penelitian memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi UMKM serupa dalam mengembangkan bisnis berkelanjutan di era digital seperti ini.

This study aims to explain the effect of compensation, motivation, and HR competence on employee performance. The object used in this research is the employees of UMKM Griya Tas Indah Sidoarjo. While the sample in this study were employees of UMKM Griya Tas Indah Sidoarjo. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique with a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which shows that all of these tests used a quantitative research design, data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics and PLS analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: 1) the fulfillment variable is able to support employee performance improvement, 2) motivational variable is able to support employee performance improvement, 3) HR competence variable is able to support employee performance improvement.

Evaluation of a company's success can depend on the effectiveness of its human resource management. One of the main objectives of this management is to foster employee involvement, as it has been shown that when employees develop a sense of attachment to the workplace, they tend to exert their best efforts in carrying out tasks to the best of their abilities. This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, company reputation, and affective commitment on employee engagement at PT. Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk. The research method applied is a quantitative research method. The samples in this research were employees of the project division and HRD&GA at PT. Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling method with 37 respondents obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The research results explain that the variables of non-physical work environment, company reputation, and affective commitment positively and significantly influence employee engagement at PT. Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk.

The purpose of this research is to find out how work life balance, work stress and job satisfaction affect the performance of nurse at the Undaan eye Hospital in the city of Surabaya. This research method is quantitative by taking sample of 73 respondents. The collection techinique uses purposive sampling. The sample consisted of the performance of nurses at the Undaan eye Hospital. The analysis technique used in this research is (PLS) with validity testing, reliability testing and hypothesis testing. The result of this research prove that: (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance.

Penurunan kinerja Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Komersial Kayu Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur tercermin dari realisasi pendapatan yang menurun disertai fluktuasi kedisiplinan karyawan dengan tingkat ketidakhadiran kasus per bulan. Permasalahan ini mengindikasikan perlunya evaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, khususnya disiplin dan motivasi kerja sebagai determinan utama produktivitas organisasi.Penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori ini menggunakan populasi seluruh karyawan KBM Komersial Kayu berjumlah 47 karyawan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan via Google Form, sedangkan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi kinerja dan absensi. Analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan Smart PLS untuk menguji hubungan struktural antar variabel.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja menunjukkan pengaruh lebih kuat. Kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan, membuktikan kontribusi substansial dalam pencapaian target organisasi.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at PT X. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 40 respondents of bus employees and bus conductors at PT X. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled. Data is processed using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) software. The test results show a significant influence between work discipline and compensation on employee performance and competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

The objective of this research is to investigate and evaluate how employee turnover intention PT Hikmah Sejahtera is impacted by job motivation and compensation. A quantitative method was used, applying a census sampling technique to a population of 50 employees permanent and contract staff. The data was gathered by a questionnaire, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used for analysis. Analysis's findings demonstrate that employee turnover intention is significantly impacted negatively by remuneration. Conversely, work motivation showed a negative, but not significant, influence. The implication is that compensation serves as a stronger predictor, where a substantial increase in compensation is capable of mitigating turnover intention. Meanwhile, although work motivation is an important variable, an increase in compensation is more effective in reducing employees' desire to leave the organization. Therefore, the company is recommended to revitalize elements of work motivation and ensure a fair and competitive compensation system to minimize turnover intention.

This study aims to examine how job training, work motivation, and job satisfaction contribute to employee performance at PT Astra Internasional TBK Auto 2000 Waru. Because the focus is on sales and customer service, it is very important for the company to pay attention to employee performance and what factors support performance improvement for employee performance. The level of product sales quantity is a serious concern for employees, especially at the company. To 52 respondents who work at the Auto 2000 Waru company, a questionnaire with a Likert scale weight of 1-5 was given as a quantitative approach and respondent survey in this study. In analyzing and processing the data obtained, the Smart PLS application was used. The findings show that job training, work motivation, and job satisfaction contribute positively and significantly to improving employee performance. This finding indicates that these variables play a crucial role in increasing employee productivity contributions in the company environment.
