Abstract

Universities are designed to prepare graduates who are ready to enter the workforce and are able to develop a professional attitude. Educational institutions such as the University need a form of decisions in determining the right concentration for students, so that the learning process can be achieved well. The decision is very influential on the process of handling the choice of alternative concentration, choosing an appropriate concentration of interest will also have an impact on the research focus for the final assignment of students. This research develops student concentration selection system in Electrical. Currently the concentration determination system is based only on academic assessment alone, regardless of student interest, so that it can impact on student learning outcomes. The system was developed by combining academic judgment and interest inventory with three criteria, ie, interest tests using interest inventory, prerequisite concentration course grades, and GPA. The system is built using an intelligent system model that is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM), which helps the Department in the selection process and helps the process of career guidance on students. With this selection system, the Department can be provide the most suitable concentration decisions with interest in student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis web pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis web ini. Implikasi penelitian ini pada siswa atau guru untuk mengubah pola pengajaran sesuai kurikulum saat ini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis kebutuhan mengacu pada pencapaian hasil belajar siswa, kegunaan dan masalah yang dihadapi siswa dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan serta perumusan media yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 31 orang siswa TKJ dan 2 orang guru mata pelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan di SMKN 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner dan dianalisis kemudian membuat kesimpulan berdasarkan interpretasi hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) Masih banyak siswa yang nilai pembelajarannya dibawah KKM sebesar 61,29%, 2) Keterbatasan penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk mendukung pembelajaran mandiri, 3) Media yang perlu dikembangkan untuk pembelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan adalah media pembelajaran berbasis web (e-learning) untuk mendukung pembelajaran mandiri.

Abstract

This research aims to develop module products in electronic or digital form about mikrotiks and reveal their validity and practicality. This type of research is the development of research using the ploomp and nieveen models, with three stages of development, namely 1) preliminary research 2) prototyping stage and 3) assessment stage. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. The mikrotik training module was validated by six experts namely three mikrotik material experts and three module experts. The practicality of mikrotik e-modules is carried out on computer network engineering teachers in several State Vocational High Schools in Padang. The validity test results obtain results with a valid category. Based on the practicality test by the computer network engineering teacher at the State Vocational High School in Padang, the results obtained indicate that the module has a very high practicality category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the mikrotik e-module training is considered valid and practical.

Abstract

Based on preliminary analysis, the results of student learning object oriented programming courses show the numbers are still relatively low, the low expected learning outcomes is due to the limitations of learning resources or existing instructional media. This research was conducted using the method of research and development (R&D) by using the Four- D model. The development of Mobile Learning used method Design of Exploratory Tutorial. The result of validity test shown that Mobile Learning media was valid. Then the result of practicalities test obtained also show the practicalities of media. Effectiveness of Mobile Learning media declared effective in improving student learning outcomes. Based on the findings of this study concluded that Mobile Learning was valid, practical, and effective to be used as media learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Kelistrikan Otomotif di jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK N 1 Lahat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dan penelitian ini juga menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (four-D), yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perencanaan), develop (pengembangan), dessiminate (penyebaran). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif untuk menentukan kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Kelistrikan Otomotif. Media pembelajaran ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Lectora Inspire. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Validitas media pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan valid pada validasi ahli materi dengan nilai 0,95 dan pada validasi ahli media dinyatakan valid dengan nilai 0,93, (2) Praktikalitas media pembelajaran interaktif berdasarkan respon guru dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan nilai 96,11 dan berdasarkan respon siswa dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan nilai 90,54, (3) Efektivitas media pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dimana rata-rata pretest 61,46% menjadi rata-rata postest 81,37%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Kelistrikan Otomotif ini valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai sebuah media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran interaktif yang bias membantu siswa dalam belajar mandiri serta valid, praktis, dan efektif. Sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya modul ini siswa dapat belajar mandiri dimana dan kapan saja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (four-D). Tahap penelitian meliputi define (tahap pendefinisian), design (tahap perancangan), develop (tahap pengembangan), dan disseminate (tahap penyebaran). Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket yang digunakan untuk mengukur validitas dan praktikalitas. Sedangkan untuk mengukur efektifitas menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Modul pembelajaran interaktif ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modul pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan valid dengan nilai kevalidan 0,89 berdasarkan validasi dari tiga orang validator media dan dari segi kevalidan materi dinyatakan valid dengan nilai 0,88 dari dua orang guru yang mengajar OOP. Modul pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan respon guru dan siswa. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa, modul pembelajaran interaktif dinyatakan efektif digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat direkomendasikan bahwa modul pembelajaran interaktif merupakan salah satu alternatif bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran yang dapat di gunakan pada pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Object Oriented Programming (OOP).

Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies now provides new opportunities for businesses to increase revenue and expand the marketing area. Example is the use of e-commerce. The implementation of e-commerce is one good way to deal with the existing trade competition. So the marketing information system design is a solution for Mujahidah Computer to overcome marketing problems. The system design is described in three stages diagram of Unified Modeling Language (UML). These stages are context diagram, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system uses PHP programming language with Codeigniter framework and MySQL as the database. This information system will be facilitated with online sales to expand the marketing targets and provides information about the Mujahidah Computer a means of promotion. Abstract

This Research background is still many students  in class 1 TKJ obtaining result of learning below KKM, although flatten of class have exceeded KKM skor at the subject of Installation Peripheral of Local Area Network (LAN).The specified KKM in the school is ≥ 70,00 with the spanned 0 - 100. The purpose of this research is to express there are any contribution between enthusiasm learn and style learn to result of learning outcame of subject Installation Peripheral of Local Area Network ( LAN) Class 1 SMKN 1 Lhoksukon. Type of this research is descriptive  korelasional. Type of the data in this research  is primary and sekunder data. Primary data obtained data direct from responden concerning enthusiasm learn and style learn, while data of sekunder is students learning outcomes obtained from a teacher Installation Peripheral of Local Area Network ( LAN). Population in this research is 83 students class 1 TKJ SMKN 1 Lhoksukon that divided into two class. Technique to take a sampel in this research is random sampel technique by using formula of Taro Yamane obtained sampel counted 46 students. Data analysed by using program of SPSS ( Statistic Product Service Solution and) version 16.0. from result of this research got (1) Enthusiasm Learn (X1) give contribution to result learning outcome 28,94%.(2) Style Learn (X2) give contribution to result learning outcome 16,97% and (3) Level of pesentase of enthusiasm variable contribution learn (X1) and style learn (X2) collectively together is 33,64%. It can be concluded that Enthusiasm Learn and Style Learn give contribution to learning outcome, if students enthusiasm learn and style learn is high learning outcome will be increase. Keyword : Contribution, enthusiasm learn, style learn, learn outcome of subject Installation peripheral of local Area network ( LAN)

Abstract

Laboratory of SMKN 2 Payakumbuh not well organized, whereas all activities in thelaboratory requires administration, so that the laboratory can be functioned optimally. Informationtechnology is one way that can be used to simplify the administrative management of the laboratory.The aim of this research was to design and build a web-based laboratory information system inorder to facilitate the administrative management of the laboratory. Information systemdevelopment methods carried out by the approach of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) anddesigned using system modeling tools. Implementation of this information systems using webprogramming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript by using CodeIgniter framework andMySQL as the database server. The information system can be accessed via web browser byteacher as user of goods in laboratory, laboran as laboratory activity manager, engineer asmanager of the broken equipment, and the head of the laboratory in main charge of the laboratory.Web Based Laboratory Information System of SMKN 2 Payakumbuh can help the administrativemanagement of the laboratory to booking, use, return and maintenance of laboratory instruments,manage laboratory activities and preparing reports, so that making the laboratory functioned moreoptimal.Keywords: Laboratory, Web, Information Systems, CodeIgniter

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of independence students and lab work are jointly or singly against the results of the study. This research population amounted to 58 people and sample totaling 37 students of class X TKJ in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang. The technique of sampling was done randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data about student learning result obtained from subjects teachers repair pheriperal grade X TKJ in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang. While data on independence students and lab work are collected through the now presented to student by using Likert scale which have tested the validity and realibility. The results of the analysis of the data shows that (1) independence students and lab work are jointly contribute significantly to student learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang of 43,42%, (2) independence students contributed significantly to the results of the study amounted to 23,61%, (3) lab work contributed significantly to the results of the study at SMK Negeri  1 Sintuak Toboh Gadang of  37,21%.
