Dalam sektor pertanian tanaman pangan termasuk dalam pembahasan dan dalam pengelolaanya. Di indonesia sendiri sektor pertanian memiliki andil yang tidak sedikit dalam memajukan perekonomian, seperti ekspor bahan makanan ataupun hasil bumi indonesia yang melimpah akan rempah rempah yang jarang ditemukan di luar negeri. Kabupaten Karo salah satu daerah di indonesia yang memiliki sektor pertanian yang sangat luas. Dilakukannya penelitian di kabupaten Karo tentang tanaman pangan bertujan untuk kita bisa mengetahui apa saja yang bisa di tanam di daerah tersebut serta peluang apa saja yang bisa dikembangkan di berbagai daerah di kabupaten tersebut sengga pemerintah bisa membuat rencana kedepannya apa saja yang perlu diperbaharui dan di tingkatkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaf dan metode pendekatan sekunder, di kabupaten karo jenis komoditas yang ditanam seperti komoditas holtikultura, komoditas tanaman pangan, tanaman keras maupun perkebunan, komoditi unggulan tanaman pangan di kabupaten karo ada banyak contohnya padi sawah, padi ladang, jagung, kedelai kacang tanah dll. Pada tahun 2019 kontribusi dari penerimaan komoditas jagung sebesar 767305 ton , komoditi tanaman panngan padi sawah sangat bagus yaitu luas panen sawah 20006 ha, produksi 126956 ton. Pada tahun 2019 setiap daerah mempunyai panen yang sesuai dengan luas dari sawah setiap daerah.

Kondisi kepercayaan diri siswa di MAN 2 Deli Serdang tergolong cukup tinggi namun masih ada beberapa siswa yang tingkat kepercayaan dirinya rendah. masih ada beberapa siswa yang masih ragu dan malu dalam mengemukakan pendapat, takut dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh guru, takut tampil kedepan kelas. Faktor-faktor penyebab ketidakpercayaan diri siswa di MAN 2 Deli Serdang adalah faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial yang membuat cara berpikir siswa lain yang diluar dari kategori ekonomi menengah keatas dan sosial yang baik akan kesulitan dan tidak percaya diri terhadap potensi dan bakat yang dimilikinya, sehingga merasa dikucilkan, lebih suka menyendiri dan pendiam dan dari hal tersebutlah yang menciptakan ketidakpercayaan diri siswa disekolah.

The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of the counseling teacher in terms of the educational background of the counseling teacher. This is done because many counseling teachers have non-counseling education backgrounds. The type of research conducted is qualitive research, where the results of the research are stated in oral from. Data collection was carried out using literature studies. The results of this study are that counseling teachers who have a non-S1 counseling background are also able to provide effective counseling services for their counselees if the counseling teacher is willing to learn about the abilities that a counselor must have.

Saturation of learning is something that must be felt by students. Students often experience the name saturation in learning. This problem needs to be overcome so that students are not lazy in achieving what they have aspired to. This type of research uses a type of qualitative research which This study aims: (1) To find out whether by conducting group counseling can overcome student problems in dealing with learning boredom. (2) To find out how effective the results are after students conduct group counseling. The subjects of this study were students where the researcher collected eight students as samples to carry out the group counseling process about boredom in learning. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results and discussion are how to prevent students from getting bored in doing learning by using group counseling services as a solution. Group counseling activities are able to provide the right choices and results to anticipate and prevent learning saturation for these students.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Income Tax on economic growth in Indonesia. Income Tax is one of the main sources of state revenue used to finance development and improve people's welfare. The study uses secondary data from various official sources and applies quantitative methods to measure the relationship between Income Tax revenues and national economic growth. The results of the study show that tax revenues, including Income Tax, generally have a positive and significant effect on economic growth at the provincial and national levels, especially in the long term, as tax funds are used to fund productive projects and infrastructure development that boost economic activity. However, there are also findings that in the short term the influence of Income Tax on economic growth is not always significant, depending on other macroeconomic factors. The implications of this study confirm the importance of efficient tax management and the expansion of the tax base to support sustainable economic growth. The government also needs to ensure that tax policies do not hinder investment and continue to encourage public participation in national economic development.

Stunting masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang penting di Indonesia karena berdampak terhadap pertumbuhan fisik, perkembangan kognitif, produktivitas, serta kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa mendatang. Upaya percepatan penurunan stunting memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif melalui advokasi kesehatan yang melibatkan pemerintah, tenaga kesehatan, kader, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi advokasi kesehatan dalam percepatan penurunan stunting di Indonesia melalui metode literature review. Artikel yang dianalisis diperoleh dari Google Scholar berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi advokasi kepada pemerintah dilakukan melalui penguatan komitmen politik, koordinasi lintas sektor, pembentukan Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS), pemanfaatan data sebagai dasar kebijakan, serta penguatan dukungan sumber daya kesehatan. Sementara itu, advokasi kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui penyuluhan kesehatan, kampanye sosial, konseling gizi, pendampingan keluarga, pemanfaatan media komunikasi, dan pendekatan berbasis budaya lokal. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan advokasi meliputi komitmen pemerintah, keterlibatan kader kesehatan, kolaborasi lintas sektor, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Adapun faktor penghambat yang ditemukan antara lain rendahnya literasi kesehatan masyarakat, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kondisi sosial ekonomi yang rendah, serta belum optimalnya koordinasi antarinstansi. Dengan demikian, advokasi kesehatan yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan menjadi strategi penting dalam mendukung percepatan penurunan stunting di Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of information technology, usefulness and trust on customer interest in using mobile banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. The methodology used is a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 100 mobile banking users of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. This research uses primary data collected through surveys. Data analysis in this research uses the SPSS software program to calculate validity, reliability, multiple regression, classical theory, f-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. This research found that information technology, usability, and trust all have partial and simultaneous effects on customer interest in using mobile banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Pulo Brayan.

The use of digital media in health education is crucial to raising teenagers' awareness about the dangers of fast food consumption. The high trend of consuming convenient foods poses risks such as obesity and metabolic diseases, necessitating innovative and effective educational strategies. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with survey methods, involving 50 active social media-using teenagers interacting with online content. The results indicate that digital media in the form of short videos and interactive visual content can significantly improve teenagers' knowledge and perceptions of the hazards associated with fast food, although their consumption habits remain high. These findings confirm the importance of leveraging digital media in health promotion as a strategic step in preventing long-term health risks among teenagers.
