Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sumber data diperoleh dari data sekunder yaitu data responden dan sumber data primer yaitu wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada para responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 37 orang pegawai yang berada di Kantor Camat Pagar Merbau, digunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh untuk menarik sampel penelitian dikarenakan populasi penelitian relatif kecil. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas untuk mengetahui keakuratan alat ukur atau instrumen penelitian, selanjutnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis yang diuji dengan menggunakan spss versi 27. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang, serta motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job training and human resource development (HRD) have an impact on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The sampling technique uses the SPSS program. The population used is 66 respondents where the entire population is sampled. The techniques used in this study use data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained are job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency and Human resource development (HRD) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency, as well as job training and human resource development (HRD) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and work facilities on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation. This study uses a quantitative method, data sources are obtained from secondary data, namely respondent data and primary data sources, namely interviews, observations and questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The population in this study were 35 teachers at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation, sampling using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated samples because the research population is relatively small. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests to determine the accuracy of the measuring instruments used in the study, then classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests are tested using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation, and incentives and work facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation at the Al-Karim Tanjung Morawa Education Foundation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompensasi, Pengendalian Internal dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan rumusan masalah: (1) Apakah pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, (2) Apakah pengaruh Pengendalian Internal terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, (3) Apakah pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, (4) Apakah pengaruh kompensasi, pengendalian internal dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan total sampel berjumlah 41 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reabilitas, asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (f), dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, (2) Variabel Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, (3) Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan, (4) Variabel Kompensasi, Pengendalian Internal dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Putra Otto Mandiri Medan.
