Abstract

Medical record retention is an activity of reducing medical record files from storage shelves by determining the storage period for medical record files that are stored for at least 5 years since the patient was last treated or returned from treatment at the hospital. RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru City filing rack conditions are narrow and full so that officers have difficulty finding inactive files that are still in active shelves for retention by taking groups of medical record numbers to look for medical records that must be retained. In this case, the medical record retention process which is still manual, by recapitulating the medical record files that have been retained with the retention form recapitulation in this case can increase the workload of medical record officers because they have to spend their working time outside the shift to retain medical record files. The purpose of this study was to create a medical record file retention system at RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, documentation and FGD This type of research is qualitative using the waterfall method. Making a system using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database, with admin lte as a template in this medical record file retention system. Testing this system using Black Box Testing. The results of this study are the medical record file retention system can facilitate the work of officers in doing retention by quickly finding files that have been inactive on the active shelf. As well as ensuring the storage of valuable medical record documents.

Abstract

Balung Regional Hospital is a type C hospital belonging to the government of Jember. The Balung Regional Hospital has problems, namely the time of patient attendance and the number of patients not previously known, difficult registration procedures and long registration, excessive waiting time for patients in outpatient services, and the accumulation of patients in outpatient services. The purpose of this study is to design and create an android-based online registration system at the Balung Regional Hospital which is expected to make it easier for patients who register online to get a queue number. Patients can register anywhere, anytime without being limited by space and time. In a system improvement process, this research uses the waterfall model system improvement method. The method begins with analyzing software requirements, designing, coding the system and testing the system. The final result of this research is android-based online registration at the Balung Regional Hospital. The benefit of this research is to improve the quality and quality of service at the Balung Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Rekam Medis adalah dokumen rahasia sehingga dalam penyelenggaraannya perlu adanya pencatatan data rekam medis yang terintegrasi dan lengkap. Klinik Pratama Kimia Farma Jember melaksanakan pencatatan rekam medis secara manual, belum dilaksanakannya retensi dan angka kunjungan yang tinggi sebesar 20416 pada tahun 2021 menyebabkan ruang penyimpanan yang tersedia tidak cukup untuk menampung berkas rekam medis, serta pencatatan penggunaan nomor RM dan laporan kunjungan pasien yang menggunakan Google sheets. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, pencatatan rekam medis yang dilaksanakan kurang efektif. Sehingga dibutuhkan rekam medis elektronik yang mencakup proses pencatatan rekam medis secara elektronik, pelaporan dan retensi rekam medis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan brainstorming. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan user, pembuatan prototype, penyesuaian prototype, pembuatan program, pengujian dan evaluasi. Tahapan analisa yaitu melalui analisa masalah dan kebutuhan sistem. Tahap pembuatan prototype menggunakan flowchart system, Context Diagram, DFD, dan ERD. Tahap penyesuaian prototype menggunakan metode brainstorming. Tahap pembuatan program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Bootstrap, MySQL, dan Codeigniter. Tahapan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing. Tahap evaluasi sistem menggunakan brainstorming. Hasil penelitian adalah rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dan mengatasi permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan rekam medis.

Abstract

The patient registration system at the Wringin Bondowoso Public Health Center is still done manually starting from providing queue numbers, calling queue numbers to making KIB and reports. Officers prepare queue papers every day and patients often lose being carried home and officers have difficulty finding patient data during the registration process. In addition, manual registration is prone to human error, and manually counting patient visits over a period of time may lead to inaccurate information. The purpose of this study is to create a company website with online queuing features and outpatient registration at Wringin Bondowoso Public Health Center. The method used in this research is waterfall. The stages of the waterfall method are requirements analysis, system design, system creation and system testing. The result of this study is a company profile website that helps patients get information related to puskesmas and register online queues. The results of this study are also an outpatient registration information system that can facilitate officers in the process of calling queues, printing queue numbers, recording patient data, patient visits, and making MCH and reports.

Abstract

The outpatient registration process at Asembagus Hospital Situbondo consists of offline and online via the WhatsApp. The problem that often occurs in offline is the accumulation of patients at the registration counter because the number of patients visiting and the number of officers are not comparable, while online often occurs when patient messages register that are buried, which results in patients not being served properly. The impact that can be generated from these things is the perception of patients and families on the quality of hospitals that have not been organized and are not good. The purpose of this study was to design and build an online outpatientThis study used the FAST method with qualitative research and data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study in designing an online outpatient registration system online outpatient.

Abstract

Nutritional status in early childhood is very important, with one of the problems that is still high, namely stunting. One effort to overcome nutritional problems is by carrying out early detection, namely the EDOS (Early Detection of Stunting) application. So research is needed that aims to analyze the role of using EDOS in monitoring children's height. This quasy experimental study involved 40 mothers with toddlers, who were selected by total sampling technique. The measurement instrument is a child growth monitoring observation sheet. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, the p-value = 0.027 was obtained, which means that the EDOS application affects the awareness of mothers in monitoring children's height. It was concluded that EDOS is very useful in early detection and prevention of stunting.Keywords: stunting; application; attitude; toddler mother ABSTRAK Status gizi pada anak usia dini merupakan hal yang sangat penting, dengan salah satu masalah yang masih tinggi yaitu stunting. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah gizi yaitu dengan melakukan deteksi dini yaitu dengan aplikasi EDOS (Early Detection of Stunting). Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan penggunaan EDOS terhadap pemantauan tinggi badan anak. Penelitian ini quasy experimental ini melibatkan 40 ibu yang mempunyai balita, yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengukuran adalah lembar observasi pemantauan pertumbuhan anak. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik didapatkan nilai p = 0,027 yang berarti bahwa aplikasi EDOS berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran ibu dalam memantau tinggi badan anak. Disimpulkan bahwa EDOS sangat bermanfaat dalam deteksi dini pencegahan stunting.Keywords: stunting; aplikasi; sikap; ibu balita

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan kegiatan dan mendapatkan keungulan dalam persaingan. RSUD Besuki mengalami permasalahan pada pelaporan sensus rawat inap dan sistem farmasi yang tidak terintegrsi dengan SIMRS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi rawat inap di RSUD Besuki. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan brainstorming. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode pengembang perangkat lunak prototype yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi prototype, pengkodean sistem dan pengujian sistem. Teknik pengujian sistem yang digunakan adalah teknik black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi rawat inap yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan user yang dapat memudahkan dalam pengoalahan data rawat inap sehingga mendapatkan laporan sensus harian rawat inap dan memudahkan pelaporan untuk farmasi. Pada sistem ini terdapat menu terkait pasien masuk rumah sakit, pasien pindah, pasien dipindahkan, pasien keluar rumah sakit, pasien meninggal, hasil perhitungan indikator rumah sakit serta penggunaan obat yang digunakan pada rawat inap.

Abstract

Patient medical record in Midwife Independent Practice (MIP) must save and keep the secret for give quality of health care, quantity, and quick response to patients. MIP of Erliyanti Sukirno, S.ST,. Tanah Bumbu build at 2012. Since 11 years old, patients must queue in waiting room in quite a while. This is because of the service process and medical record using manual. The purpose of this research is to make a design for MIP application. Researchers use the research and development method to facilitate the research process and the waterfall method as a reference for the MIP application development process. The product is MIP application can give ease to the midwife officer in providing service to the patient and reduce the length of the patient queue in waiting room. Data collection used interview to 2 respondents are the owner of MIP and midwife. The result is functional system needs and non-functional to MIP application. Then, needed to transmit in system design by flowchart system, use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship diagram, and data flow diagram. The design is then translated to a programming language using PHP program and MySQL database. From the results of this study, it has several features are login features, patient visit report features, patient referral letter features, patient and midwife detail identity data features, notification features, patient registration features independently, and feature records of patient examination results. Features that unavailable in the MIP application are the automatic payment features and the distance between the MIP and the referred hospital.

Abstract

Implementation of SIMPUS at the UPT Puskesmas Sananwetan Blitar has a several problems were found, including that there were still patient data that had not been filled in, the loading process was long, and an analysis had never been carried out to assess the success of the system. The purpose of this study was to analyze the successful use of SIMPUS at Public Health Center Sananwetan Blitar based on the relationship between system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefit through the information system success analysis method Delone and Mclean (2003). This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample for this research was 55 officers who had a username and password to log in to SIMPUS. The results of this research are that the significance value for all variables is <0.05 and is positive so that the relationship between each variable is in the same direction towards the user and user satisfaction. The strongest relationship is in the quality of service to user satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.646 and a coefficient of determination of 41.73%. The lowest relationship occurs in system quality to user intensity with a correlation coefficient of 0.429 and a coefficient of determination of 18.40%.
