Abstract

Proses pembelajaran dikelas akan mencapai tujuan memerlukan pendukung dalam pelaksanaanya. Pembelajaran yang berlangsung masih kurang bermakna bagi peserta didik. Hal itu terlihat dari hasil perolehan nilai ujian peserta didik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran saat ini dilakukan secara daring (online) yang menyebabkan timbul berbagai macam permasalahan diantaranya sinyal internet yang tidak stabil, peserta merasa materi sulit dipahami, peserta merasa bosan dalam proses pembelajaran, kurangnya media pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, kurangnya kreativitas dan kesulitan guru dalam penggunaan dan pembuatan perangkat ajar berbasis budaya, kurangnya pelatihan terhadap guru mengenai pentingnya media pembelajaran berbasis budaya, Guru belum mempunyai wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai pengembangan dan penggunaan perangkat ajar matematika terutama yang pernagkat ajar berbasis budaya. Perangkat Ajar berbasis budaya adalah media pembelajaran yang menyajikan bahan pembelajaran yang didesign dengan mengkaitkan budaya yang dekat dengan peserta didik. Perangkat ajar berbasis budaya dapat membantu peserta didik dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat ini membahas mengenai pembuatan, perancangan dan penggunaan perangkat ajar berbasis budaya bagi guru – guru SMK Swasta Pangeran Antasari Labuhan Deli.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang menjadi mitra adalah UPT SD NEGERI 067250 Medan yang beralamat di Jl.mangaan I Gg Amal I kelurahan Mabar Hilir Kecamatan Medan Deli Kota Medan. Masalah mitra dari hasil observasi diketahui masih banyak guru yang belum memahami proses Pembelajaran Berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dengan baik dan benar hal ini dapat dilihat dari seluruh jumlah guru yang hadir pada kegiatan PKM sebanyak 30 Guru yang akan mengikuti Pembelajaran Berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) hanya 3 orang saja yang pernah mendengar Pembelajaran Berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) sedangkan 27 orang guru belum mengetahuinya. Metode kegiatan ini : (1) Penyajian materi mengenai pembelajran berbasis Culturally Pesponsive Teaching (CRT). , (2) Pendampingan sosialisasi pembelajaran berbasis budaya, (3) Evaluasi kegiatan dengan memberikan angket, (4) Refleksi hasil kegiatan. Dari keseluruhan rangkaian proses kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan, jumlah guru yang hadir yang ada berjumlah 30 orang, sehingga total dari kegiatan tersebut adalah 100% guru ikut berpartisipasi dan antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) Sebanyak 90% guru memberikan respon berupa pertanyaan dapat memahami Pembelajaran Berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Dan 10 % memberikan pernyataan belum memahami dengan baik terkait kegiatan tersebut di UPT SD NEGERI 067250.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau “Research and Development”. Produk yang akan dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah media Poster Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Sumatera Utara. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar ini adalah ADDIE. Model yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yang meliputi Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), Evaluation (evaluasi). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas IV di SD IT Darussalam Deli Tua serta Poster Tema Indahnya Kebersamaan kelas IV SD. Waktu penelitian pengembangan produk yaitu pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2023. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Berikut adalah teknik analisis untuk masing-masing data. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh pada uji validasi Materi berjumlah 83%, validasi Media 85%, respon guru 93% media ini termasuk kedalam kategori yang valid dan sangat layak. Hasil Pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahswa penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

This research is a type of research and development with reference to the 4D model which is an extension of Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The results of the validation of the teacher's response in class IV media did not have revisions, and obtained a percentage of 92%. The results of the validation of the assessment by media experts obtained 96% of the 10 statements. The results of the validation of the assessment by material experts get a score of 94% of 14 statements.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's ability to manage classes in thematic subjects in class IV SDIT Darussalam. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at SDIT Darussalam Deli Tua Village, Kab. Deli Serdang, the subject of this study was the fifth grade teacher at SDIT Darussalam. The instruments in this study were observation sheets, interview sheets and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses an inductive pattern, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that in classroom management the teacher always prepares learning tools such as lesson plans, learning resources and learning media, but teachers do not use various classroom management approaches and student-centered learning models. The conclusion in classroom management is that there are also obstacles experienced by teachers, namely internal and external factors, where external factors are student learning facilities, learning environment and teacher insight in understanding student needs. Internal factors are personality related to students' social-emotional as well as students' family background can also be an obstacle to effective classroom management in learning mathematics in class V SDIT Darussalam

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the development of Articulate Atoryline 3 learning media based on Problem Based learning on theme 6 energy and its changes in elementary school. (2) determine the feasibility of Articulate Storyline 3 media based on Problem Based Learning on theme 6 energy and its changes. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subject of this research was the Articulate Storyline 3 learning media. The instruments used were validation questionnaires for media experts, material experts, teacher responses and student responses. The data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. From the validation results, the average for media experts was 83.6%, from validation, the average for material experts was 88%, from the response results, the average for teacher responses was 100%, and from the results of student responses, the average for student response was 84.5%. Based on the results of the data above, an average percentage of the feasibility of problem-based learning media for Articulate Storyline 3 based on problem-based learning is 89%, which can be categorized as very good. So it can be concluded that the learning media in the Articulate Storyline 3 application based on Problem Based Learning theme 6 energy and its changes for class III elementary school can be said to be "very good" to be applied as learning media during the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Cooperative Learning model to thematic learning on the theme "My Residential Area" and improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 105322 Mesjid Village. Learning improvement activities as many as two cycles on the theme of my residential area through the Cooperative Learning model in fourth grade of SDN 105322 Mesjid Village, Batang Kuis District, semester I of the 2023/2024 academic year were successfully implemented and the results were very satisfying. The improvement in student learning outcomes in participating in learning in each cycle really made researchers and teachers learn a lot. In order to improve learning outcomes, teachers spend a lot of time to be patient in choosing and studying the right model according to the material being taught. The results of this study are that the application of the Cooperative Learning model to the subject of my residential area at SDN 105322 Mesjid Village, Batang Kuis District can foster student learning motivation so that student learning outcomes increase. The learning outcomes in the form of average class scores in the initial conditions in the pre-cycle were only 55%, then increased in Cycle I to 75% and increased again in Cycle II to 95%. The percentage of learning completion in each cycle was very satisfying. The Cooperative Learning learning model can also be applied to other themes

Abstract

The Student Community Service Program (KKN) is a higher education curriculum that integrates student learning with community life. The purpose of this study is to optimize the development of Durian Tinggung village through the KKN program. The method used was participant observation conducted by the 29th KKN group at Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University Medan for 20 days from July 15 to August 3, 2024. The village development program focused on four main areas: education, religion, environmental hygiene, and health. Activities carried out included private lessons for elementary school students, teaching iqro reading, gotong royong with village officials, installing cleanliness signs, and gymnastics for the elderly and mothers of Durian Tinggung Village. The results showed that all programs implemented received a positive response from the community, especially in the fields of education and health. This KKN program was able to have a significant positive impact on the people of Durian Tinggung Village by improving the quality of education, environmental awareness, and physical health of the village community

Abstract

The implementation of training and development programs should have various benefits for long-term careerdevelopment helping employees to accept future tasks and responsibilities. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is explanatory research. The populat ion is employees of the Madani Medan hotel sample purposive sampling method, namely employees involved in training and development programs. The data collection technique is using the questionnaire method. The results of the study showed that training did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee development has a significant effect on employee performance. R Square for y (employee performance) is 0.425. This means that 42.5% of employees work variable (Y) is influenced by variables X1 (training) and X2 (employee development) and the balance is 57.5% determined by other variables outside of research contribution. This research has a high urgency because it can provide useful insights for both HR practitioners, companies and academics i n understanding the relationship between employee training and development and employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference in designing more effective and efficient policies that will ultimately improve employee p erformance and the company's competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dan IPS (IPAS) khususnya pada pokok bahasan Warisan Budaya melalui penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada Kelas V SDN 101789 Marindal I. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 19 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan positif pada perilaku belajar siswa, seperti meningkatnya partisipasi aktif dan perhatian terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Penerapan pendekatan CRT mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan relevan dengan latar belakang budaya siswa. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan prestasi belajar siswa.
