Abstract

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia due to the Covid-19 pandemic for the past two years has triggered a movement to change business models into e-commerce, including MSME units. This will certainly affect the logistics sector where this sector is one of the most important parts of e-commerce. Therefore, this scientific article aims to explain the optimization of e-logistics for MSMEs to prepare for the new normal era. This scientific article uses the literature review method with a conceptual framework that is expected to facilitate the reader and provide managerial and academic benefits. The results of the literature review that have been reviewed by the researcher showed that there is a need for supporting aspects of information and communication technology (ICT) to support the optimization of e-logistics for MSME units. The implementation of these aspects is divided into two categories, specifically for micro and small-medium enterprises

Abstract

Nowaday rapid development of communication and information technology also influences the sector of education. The main activity in the education process is learning. Learning is a process of interaction between students and their environment, leading to better behavior changes [1].One of the learning subjects that students must learn is science. But Indonesian student’s scientific literacy is still low [2]. Students still consider science subjects difficult and boring [3]. One learning material that is classified difficult is the human digestive system [4]. Therefore a solution is needed to make interesting learning one of them by using learning media.Learning media that can be used for the solution is game based on motion sensors. By using games, students will be happy to accept the learning process. Based on a survey conducted on 30 respondents of junior high school students in the Semarang, it turns out that the game used as a human digestive system learning media is able to provide positive results. Through this game students can understand the digestive system material and more enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

PT. ICF is a start-up company in psychological consulting that was established in the midst of a pandemic. In an effort to increase its brand awareness and improve purchase decisions, PT.ICF conducts marketing communication activities (advertising, sales promotion, and public relations and publicity) through social media, especially Instagram. This study aims at determining and analyzing the influence of the marketing communication mix on purchase decisions through the role of brand awareness. In this quantitative descriptive study, 100 respondents were involved through purposive sampling method and 2 key informants comprising CEOs and social media specialists. This study uses tabulation and multiple regression analysis. The result indicates that the comapny’s target market has not been well targeted. Advertising is considered as the best strategy and brand awareness of PT.ICF is on the level of brand recall. Finally, effort to increase brand awareness and purchase decisions is addressed steps that can improve the performance of advertising programs to a maximum.

Abstract

Startups in Indonesia are currently experiencing rapid growth, along with an increase in the number of internet network service users and the purchasing power of their consumption. The popularity of online or internet services is able to make Indonesia's market share not only a target market for sales but also a place for startups. Startups are often starting or growing businesses that have recently been started and are synonymous with technology. However, the level of achievement of startups in Indonesia is still low. The failure of a startup is caused by a managerial factor such as lack of experience and a clear vision from the founders of the company, lack of company focus in running the business or running out of funds, and other factors like the absence of market needs (no market need). Based on the above background, further research was made on the development of application service startups that will be designed with a scope at UNIKA Soegijapranata, as UNIKA Soegijapranata has an entrepreneurial forum called the Center for Student Entrepreneurship (CSE). The application development method used is the Waterfall method which has 5 stages, namely defining and analyzing requirements, designing software and systems, implementing and unit testing.The impact of planning the MentorKu application shows that users plan will use the MentorKu application in order to increase productivity in developing startup businesses and plan to use the MentorKu application in the future. This is shown based on the results of statistical tests obtained after conducting a survey of 60 respondents with 5 variables, namely PE, EE, FC, HM where all of these variables were assessed for their correlation with the BI variable or Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

Using an Accounting Information System in a company can help the company in enhancing its performance. CV Indo Sangkar Emas is facing some problems at their business, such as frequently finding duplicate data, giving code to its data, recording purchase and sales transactions, and making financial statement all done manually. All the problems caused by the company still not using an Accounting Information System. Therefore, the company decided that they need Accounting Information System. The research aims to analyze and design Accounting Information System that can improve data accuracy, Quality Control, and financial statement quality on CV Indo Sangkar Emas, and improve communication between warehouse employees and office employees. The System will be developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method with the help of observation, interview, documentation, and Unified Modeling Language, such as use case diagram and class diagram.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted various activities, including the operation of school and campus canteens. In response, innovative solutions are needed to ensure the continuation of the culinary business while keeping all stakeholders safe during the pandemic. This study proposes the development of IoT-integrated entrepreneurial lockers that enable cashless payments through QRIS. These lockers can be used to revive the culinary business in school and campus canteens that had to close due to the pandemic. The results of the study show that the use of these lockers can reduce physical contact during transactions, thus minimizing the risk of virus transmission. Overall, this research offers a practical solution for sustaining the canteen business in the face of the pandemic.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, someone is always demanded to be creative and innovative in their existence in the digital world. The strategies to jump into the digital marketing field are an effective way to market products in an era of an onslaught of technological advances and the addition of the post-COVID-19 pandemic. A part of digital marketing, internet marketing is one form of marketing innovation that utilizes internet technology and creates marketing in the digital world, including among others, social media marketing, content marketing, and online platform marketing [1]. The baby shop business is one of the businesses that can implement digital marketing because the needs of babies are a primary need that must be sufficient. Strategies that can be used to increase sales of baby and children's equipment businesses are developing an ecommerce website that implements plugins, attractive landing page designs, promotion through social media, integration of online transactions, payments, and logistics, and creating a user-friendly website. Implementation of an e-commerce website can increase revenue and facilitate product marketing. This research aims to increase Melisa Baby and Kids Shop sales through ecommerce website creation strategies by utilizing plugins that enhance website functionality. By implementing those strategies, the result to business is gaining more visibility and increased sales by up to 30% based on an interview with owner.

Abstract

The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic may cause stress that leads to both physical and mental health issues, especially for those who categorized as mentally fragile people, such as the people with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) where their fragility is caused by overreaction to stress compared to normal people. This journal explains how AI is applied in form of a Telegram-bot based expert system that aims to be a tool to detect early symptoms of BPD and provide treatment advice to people with BPD (PWBPD) as well as people who can potentially be PWBPD, according to recommendation of the psychologist. This research was conducted with qualitative method. The data collection is done by interview and literature study. Application development is carried out using waterfall method, forward chaining reasoning method, PHP, and MySQL. Application testing is done by interview to psychologist. The study shows an overall result that this tool is useful in providing education, detection, and the right ways to treat early symptoms of BPD. This application is also considered interesting and easy to use. The application testing results have been confirmed to pass the qualitative test using interview method with the psychologist and BPD expert, Dr. Christin Wibhowo, S.Psi, M.Si.

Abstract

Mobile app developers are often overwhelmed when they must create mobile applications, which must create applications for iOS and Android users. The problem is that each one has a different programming language, for iOS users it must be developed with Objective-C or Swift while for Android it is developed with Kotlin or Java programming language. This research was conducted with a tool that in the research process using observation. Observations were made by testing native applications with applications that were already using Progressive Web Apps (PWA) using the PageSpeed Insights tool. Progressive Web Apps (PWA) help optimize websites so that they look like native applications both on computers and on mobile. Application can be accessed offline, provide notifications, and there is no need to download application on the PlayStore or App Store, just through the website. This PWA exists to address these issues. PWA makes things faster and optimizes quality.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine the influence of e-servqual on customer e-satisfaction. The study took a case in a state-owned bank that has been applied digital service. It focused on a unit located in Semarang and used purposive sampling for selecting the respondents who use the bank’s digital service of particularly BRIMO, QRIS, Brizzi, and SMS Banking. The data from 120 customers was gathered using questionnaire and was analyzed using multiple regression. E-servqual was measured using nine dimensions of efficiency, reliability, responsiveness, personal needs, fulfillment, security/trust, ease of use, site organization, and privacy. The results show that e-satisfaction is significantly influenced by the dimensions of e-servqual. However, of the nine dimensions, only site organization that has a negative effect on e-satisfaction.
