Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah sosial yang kompleks dan multidimensi yang dihadapi oleh banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan bantuan sosial (bansos) untuk membantu masyarakat miskin dan mengatasi kemiskinan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana kebijakan bantuan sosial pemerintah telah berhasil dalam mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni dengan studi literatur. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dalam tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan bantuan sosial (bansos) di Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatera Utara, belum optimal karena pembagian bansos masih belum merata. Ketidakmerataan ini dapat menciptakan ketidakpuasan di kalangan masyarakat dan mengurangi efektivitas kebijakan bansos dalam mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Simalungun. Sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan dan distribusi bantuan sosial untuk memastikan bahwa bantuan tersebut benar-benar mencapai mereka yang membutuhkannya secara merata dan adil.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Marketing Mix Development Strategy in Lesehan Coffee Business in Tebing Tinggi City Using the Market Segmentation Priority Scale Method. The results showed that the Organizational Factor variable i (X1). i has an effect on the Loyalty variable (Z). hypothesis 2 can be iseen that the variable Compensation (X2). From this description it can be seen that tcount (4.919) i> ttable (2.042), and a significance ivalue iof 0.000 i<0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Compensation variable (X2) affects the Loyalty variable (Z). Hypothesis 3 can be seen that ithe Organizational Factor variable (X1). X1) has no ieffect on the Performance variable (Y). hypothesis 4 can be seen that the variable Compensation (X2). From this description it can be seen that tcount (2.690) > ttable i(2.042), and a significance value of 0.012<0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, imeaning that the Compensation variable (X2) affects the Performance variable (Y). hypothesis 5 can be seen that the variable Loyalty i(Z). From this description it can be seen that tcount (1.891) < ttable (2.042), and a significance value of 0.069 i<0.05, iit ican ibe concluded that the fifth ihypothesis iis rejected, meaning ithat ithe Loyalty ivariable (Z) has no effect on the Performance variable (Y). Based on the results of the intervening test, it shows that the direct iinfluence of Organizational Factors (X1) on ithe Performance variable (Y) s 0.678. While the indirect effect through the Loyalty Z variable is 0.548 x 0.550 = i0.3014, the calculation results obtained show that the indirect effect through the Loyalty Z ivariable is smaller than the direct effect on the Y Performance variable. Based on the results iof the intervening test, it shows that the direct effect of compensation (X2) to Performance (Y) of 0.730 and Compensation (X2) through the variable Loyalty (Z) to Performance (Y) of 0.276 x 0.550 = 0.1518. From the calculation results obtained, it shows that the indirect effect through the Loyalty variable (Z) is greater than the direct effect on the Performance variable(Y)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan beberapa uji yakni reliability analysis, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan regression linier. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data primer yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 20, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 12,596 + 0,180 X1 + 0,496 X2. Secara parsial, variabel komitmen (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, terbukti dari nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,679 < 1,992). Variabel beban kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,916 > 1,992). Secara simultan, variabel komitmen (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (16,098 > 3,12). Variabel komitmen (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 30,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 70,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari kesimpulan di atas, penulis memberikan saran bahwa Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai hendaknya memberikan penegasan perihal komitmen dalam bekerja. Hal ini dikarenakan komitmen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hendaknya pegawai bekerja dengan senang hati tanpa adanya beban saat bekerja.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi harus dianggap sebagai bagian dari proses pendidikan yang mempunyai tujuan untuk memperkuat dasar-dasar pengetahuan dan pengembangan kepribadian. Karena melalui pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi merupakan upaya bagi remaja untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, sikap dan prilaku positif tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualnya serta meningkatkan derajat reproduksinya. Menarche merupakan menstruasi awal yang biasa terjadi pada masa pubertas dalam rentan usia 10 sampai 16 tahun yang menjadi pertanda biologis dari kematangan seksual Wanita.  Tujuan: Adapun tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja Putri Tentang Menarche di SMP Negeri 1 Ajibata. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Experiment Design dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest Posttest Design without Control dimana dalam rancangan penelitian ini tidak ada kelompok pembanding (control), tetapi terlebih dahulu sudah dilakukan observasi pertama (pretest) yang memungkinkan menguji perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi setelah adanya perlakuan. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil ini dapat terlihat bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata (mean) skor pengetahuan subjek sebelum dan sesudah diberi pendidikan kesehatan tentang menarche sebesar 4,629. Dari hasil itu didapatkan nilai signifikansi p-value sebesar 0,000 (p0,05) maka dapat dinyatakan hipotesis penelitian diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi tentang menarche terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri di SMP Negeri 1 Ajibata tahun 2024. Kesimpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi tentang menarche pada remaja putri mayoritas skor pengetahuan remaja putri yaitu 7-9 sebesar (57,1%) dan skor mayoritas sikap remaja putri yaitu 19-24 sebesar (45,6%). Setelah dilakukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi tentang menarche mayoritas skor pengetahuan remaja putri yaitu 13-15 sebesar (51,4%) dan mayoritas skor sikap remaja putri yaitu 38-43 sebesar (48,5%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect Of Revolving Fund Program On Micro Business Development In Pematangsiantar City. In Indonesia, MSMEs have been proven to have an important role in overcoming the consequences and impacts of the economic crisis that occurred in 1997. Many large companies went bankrupt, while MSMEs were able to survive the crisis. The results of calculations using SPSS, the researcher concluded that consumer satisfaction of C'Betz Fried Chicken in Parepare City (Islamic Economic Analysis). This can be proven through the results of the t-test statistic obtained a sig. value of 0.00 <0.05. Thus, the comparison of t-count 5.611> t-table 2.001. so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that Price (X) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) of C'betz Fried Chicken in Parepare City (Islamic Economic Analysis). The results of calculations using SPSS, the researcher concluded that the price variable has a relationship (correlation). This can be seen in the sig. value of 0.00 < 0.05 so that it is stated that the two variables have a correlation (relationship). It can be seen in the Pearson Correlation value of 0.593 so that the relationship between the Price variable and the consumer satisfaction variable is quite strong.

The results of this research show. (1) It can be seen that the adjusted R square value is 0.688 or 68.8%. This shows that the Incentive Variable (X1) and Work Motivation Variable (X2) can explain the Performance Variable (Y) of 68.8%, the remaining 31, 2% (100% - 68.8%) is explained by other variables outside this research model. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of education and training levels on the performance of village officials in Tebing Syahbandar District. The data used is primary data. The sample studied was 50 respondents. Data obtained from respondents usingSPSS version 17.00. The research results show thatMultiple linear regression equation Y = 10.984 + 0.56X1 +0.575X2. Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination, the variable level of education and training influences the performance of village officials by 0.297 or 29.7%. and the remaining 0.703 or 70.3% is explained by other variables outside this research model. The hypothesis results show that the level of education has no partial effect on the performance of village officials. This can be seen from table 4.13, where the tcount value is tcount (0.634) < ttable (2.010), likewise with the significance value of 0.529 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected. The training variable partially influences the performance of village officials. This can be seen from table 4.13, the tcount value (3,881) > ttable (2.010), and the significance value is 0.000< 0.05 then it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted. The Fcount value (11.339) > Ftable (3.20), and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaningThe Education Level Variable (X1) and the Training Variable (X2) have a joint (simultaneous) effect on the Performance Variable (Y).

The results of this research show. (1) It can be seen that the adjusted R square value is 0.767 or 76.7%. This shows that incentives (Z) and work discipline (X) can explain job satisfaction (Y) by 76.7%, the remaining 23.3% (100% - 76.7%) is explained by other variables outside the research model This. (2) The results of the t test (Partial) show that the value obtained is tcount (4,251) > ttable (2.048), likewise with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the work discipline variable(X) has a positive and significant effectagainst incentives (Z).(3) The results of the t test (Partial) show that the value of tcount (4.221) > ttable (2.048), and the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that work discipline(X) has a significant effecton job satisfaction (Y). (4) The results of the t test (Partial) show that tcount(7.162) > ttable (2.048), and the significance value is 0.00<0.05, so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that incentive (Z)significant effecton job satisfaction (Y) (5) The results of path analysis show that the direct influence of variable X on variable Y2 is 0.395. Meanwhile, the indirect influence through variable Z is 0.620 x 0.670 = 0.415. From the calculation results, it can be seen that the indirect influence through variable Z is greater than the direct influence on variable Y.
