Abstract

In today's digital era, the internet has become a basic need that is inseparable from the lives of modern society. Almost all aspects of human life now depend on internet connectivity, from communication, education, work, entertainment, to financial transactions. The development of digital technology and increasingly widespread internet penetration have changed the way people live, work, and learn. The trend of internet usage, especially in Indonesia, continues to experience significant growth from year to year. As the need for internet access in Indonesia increases, determining a strategic location is an important factor for service providers such as MyRepublic to expand Wi-Fi coverage. This study aims to assist the decision-making process using the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The study was conducted in Plered District, Purwakarta Regency, with five alternative locations: Citeko Village, Cadasmekar, Citalang, Batutumpang, and Liunggunung. Data were obtained through observation and interviews, with criteria including the number of houses, resident responses, competitors, administrative costs, and distance to the Optical Line Terminal (OLT). The results showed that Citalang Village had the highest preference value (Yi = 0.2735), followed by Batutumpang (Yi = 0.2356) and Cadasmekar (Yi = 0.2178). The MOORA method has proven effective in analyzing multi-criteria, providing optimal location recommendations based on data. In conclusion, this method can help companies make strategic decisions more focused and accurate.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is an assistance program from the government for school-age children whose parents are less able to provide cash assistance as indicated by the existence of a Smart Indonesia Card (KIP). However, this program at Minnatul Huda Integrated Islamic Vocational School is still felt to be not on target in determining potential beneficiaries because it is not only from poor families who receive it and this causes injustice to students who meet the criteria for receiving PIP assistance. By making purchases using a decision support system, it is hoped that it will help reduce inaccuracies in selecting prospective beneficiaries. The Decision Support System in this study applies the Waterfall system development method and the appropriate Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to calculate the ranking of potential recipients of PIP assistance and uses the Rank Order Centrooid (ROC) method for weighting each rank according to its importance. This system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, namely Use Case Diagrams, Use Case Scenario Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, the programming language uses PHP, CodeIgniter Framework, and MySQL database. The features available in the system include the user can only see the final result data and print the final result, while the admin can manage criteria data, sub-criteria, alternatives, and assessments, and can view calculations and final results, the admin can also print the final results and manage user data and profile data. The results of the calculation process obtained alternative values that have the highest to lowest values as determinants of PIP assistance recipients. The research conducted resulted in the Agisna Billah Nurzaman Alternative as the Alternative with the highest score and the Iyah Saadah Alternative as the Alternative with the lowest score. Testing the system using black box testing.

Abstract

A Tourism Village can be understood as a village that organizes tourism activities due to the tourist attractions arising from the characteristics of the local community’s life, including various attractions available within the village itself. Each tourism village needs to be supported by tourist attractions, accessibility, and amenities, which include the potential of cultural tourism as well as natural tourism. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a Decision Support System for Determining the Priority of Pioneer Tourism Village Development using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The urgency of this research lies in the need for DISPORAPARBUD Purwakarta to have a tool to assist in making strategic decisions related to the development of pioneer tourism villages. The methodology used in developing this system is the Waterfall model. The system is designed using PHP with the CodeIgniter 3 framework, MySQL as the database, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling. The main criteria used in the MAUT calculation include public facilities, homestay management, local crafts, local arts, and local food. The results of the calculation using the MAUT method show that Batu Nunggal Margaluyu Tourism Village ranks first with a preference value of 100, Sasanakerta Tourism Village ranks second with a value of 96, and Sumbersari Tourism Village ranks third with a value of 90. Therefore, these three tourism villages are the best recommendations to be prioritized in the development of tourism villages in Purwakart

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah proses komunikasi yang bertujuan menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dengan cara yang efektif. Media memiliki peran penting sebagai salah satu komponen pembelajaran. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dasar adalah penggunaan media pendidikan. Di SDN Cipinang, guru masih menggunakan alat bantu seperti buku dan pernah mencoba aplikasi sebelumnya untuk murid. Hal ini menyebabkan sistem pembelajaran menjadi monoton, membuat siswa cepat bosan, dan mengurangi tujuan untuk menciptakan siswa berkualitas. Selain itu, materi yang dijelaskan dalam buku juga tidak terlalu lengkap dan mendalam. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti menggunakan metode User Centered Design dengan mengembangkan Prototype berbasis mobile. Pengalaman Pengguna (User Experience) dalam menciptakan atau menggunakan suatu produk dapat didefinisikan sebagai kesan dan interaksi yang dirasakan oleh individu-individu yang menggunakan produk dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Desain pengalaman pengguna bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa produk terlihat menarik bagi pengguna dan mampu menjalankan tugas-tugas yang relevan dengan konteks penggunaan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan figma untuk mendesain aplikasi, yang mencakup penjelasan provinsi, tarian, makanan khas, rumah adat, pakaian, alat musik, dan gif tarian daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype aplikasi mobile pembelajaran budaya Indonesia untuk sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan pengujian prototype menggunakan metode System Usability Scale, rata-rata nilai SUS yang didapatkan adalah 83,682. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi pembelajaran budaya Indonesia telah diterima dan memenuhi kriteria yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) merupakan program bantuan tunai pemerintah yang menyasar anak usia sekolah yang orang tuanya tidak mampu, yang teridentifikasi dengan Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP). Namun program tersebut masih belum menyasar calon penerima bantuan sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan bagi siswa yang memenuhi kriteria penerima bantuan PIP. Sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu dalam mengurangi ketidak tepatan saat memilih calon penerima bantuan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall dan metode WASPAS untuk menghitung peringkat calon penerima bantuan PIP serta menggunakan metode Rank Order Centrooid (ROC) untuk pembobotan pada setiap kriteria. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP, Framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Sistem menyediakan fungsi pengelolaan data kriteria, subkriteria, alternatif, penilaian, pengelolaan data pengguna, data profil, serta memungkinkan tampilan perhitungan dan pencetakan hasil akhir. Hasil perhitungan sistem ini memberikan urutan pilihan alternatif penerima bantuan PIP, dari nilai tertinggi hingga terendah.

Abstract

Tenaga Fasilitator Lapangan (TFL) bertugas mendampingi masyarakat penerima program bantuan DAK secara intensif, mulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan pembangunan. Proses pemilihan TFL saat ini masih manual dan tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan metode SMART untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang akan menampilkan TFL yang layak. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode Prototype dan dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman Java serta MySQL sebagai database. Hasilnya, sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman, khususnya bidang PERKIM, dalam menerima TFL yang sesuai

Abstract

Jagung adalah salah satu jenis tanaman serealia yang memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam penyediaan bahan pangan karena kandungannya yang kaya akan karbohidrat. Namun, jumlah produksi jagung pada tahun 2023 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan pada tahun 2022. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan menurunnya produksi jagung adalah serangan hama dan penyakit pada tanaman jagung. Dengan perkembangan teknologi pengolahan citra digital dan pembelajaran mesin, diagnosis penyakit tanaman dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset citra daun jagung yang mengandung berbagai jenis penyakit. Citra-citra tersebut diproses dan diolah oleh sebuah model dengan algoritma convolutional neural network (CNN) yang telah melalui proses fine-tuning hyperparameter. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan metode convolutional neural network dengan fine-tuning hyperparameter memberikan hasil yang memuaskan dalam mengklasifikasikan jenis penyakit pada tanaman jagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini mampu mencapai nilai akurasi sebesar 0.92 dan nilai loss sebesar 0.363. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar penggunaan CNN dalam mendeteksi penyakit pada tanaman jagung, yang dapat membantu petani dalam meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas hasil panen mereka.

Abstract

Business development is currently growing very rapidly, with the development of internet technology that can facilitate all business activities. Increasing business development has an impact on presenting new business competitors, so companies need strategies that are able to maintain customer quality. This study aims to segment customers from the company's sales transaction data, with a large number of transactions, technology is needed to group a data so that the method used in this study is a data mining method  and uses  the K-Means algorithm. With the K-Means Algorithm, it  can help in grouping customers to make it easier for companies to strategize each customer group. This customer grouping uses an initial model of Recency, Frequency and Monetary (RFM) to help calculate customer groups. Data mining evaluation  was carried out  using Silhouette Coefficient with test results using Visual Studio Code software python programming language, The results of this study selected 3 clusters consisting of Low Loyalty totaling 137 customers, Medium Loyalty totaling  1636 customers and Highest Loyalty totaling 2395 customers.

Abstract

Indomaret is one of the franchise business ventures which is a company owned by PT Indomarco Prismatama. At this time the process of monitoring products that are approaching the expiration date is still inefficient, often there are products whose expiration dates are missed and employees have difficulty finding products that will expire while there is no data and reminders about products that will expire. Therefore, a user interface design is needed before designing an application that can facilitate employees in managing expired products to be more efficient. In designing the user interface, researchers used the Double Diamond method which includes 4 stages, namely discover, define, develop, and deliver. For user experience testing, researchers adopted the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method using 6 aspects with 26 items, including Attractiveness, Perpicuity, Effciency, Depandability, Stimulation, Novelty. The test results showed that t5 UEQ scales were on the "Excellent" assessment, namely on the Attractiveness, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, Novelty scales. While one UEQ scale is at "Above Average", namely the Perspicuity scale.

Abstract

Landslides represent one of the major geological hazards in West Java Province, posing serious impacts on social life, economic activities, and public infrastructure. A key challenge in landslide mitigation lies in the inaccuracy of spatial and temporal classification of landslide-prone areas, as well as the limitations of single-method approaches in disaster data analysis. This study aims to develop a data-driven classification model for landslide-prone areas using a hybrid clustering approach that combines the K-Means and DBSCAN algorithms. The dataset consists of landslide incident records from 2020 to 2024 and administrative spatial data at the regency/city level. The analysis stages include data integration and normalization, statistical exploration, the application of K-Means clustering as a global segmentation framework, and DBSCAN for identifying local patterns and outliers. Model validation was conducted using internal evaluation metrics, yielding a Silhouette Coefficient of 0.448 and a Davies–Bouldin Index of 0.602, indicating that the hybrid method provides superior performance in terms of cluster compactness and separation. The classification results are visualized through an interactive Web-GIS platform developed using Streamlit and Folium, enabling users to select specific years and classification methods while displaying mitigation strategies based on risk categories. This study concludes that the hybrid clustering approach enhances the accuracy of landslide-prone area classification and makes a significant contribution to the provision of more adaptive and practical spatial information to support mitigation policy decision-making in landslide-vulnerable regions.
